Lefty thongs and panties were in a bunch today because YouTube banned a video they like that quoted President Trump talking about the election. That is weird because lefties demanded YouTube ban all videos where he talks about the election.

The New York Times is worried. Voters may throw out Democrats come November. It told readers, "A Recession Would Hurt Democrats. Some Warn It’d Also Hurt Democracy.

President Dum Dum imposed economic sanctions on Russia 3 months ago to get it to stop the war in Ukraine. The war continues and instead of the Russian economy collapsing, the ruble is at an 8-year high as oil prices rise and Russian continues to export oil.

Samuel Johnson said of William Pitt, 1st Earl of Chatham, "Patriotism is the last refuge of the scoundrel." Johnson meant fake patriotism.

That was 18th century thinking. In the 21st century, Democrats wrap themselves in the rainbow flag and seek refuge in LGBT causes. They call it gaytriotism.

Sports Illustrated's staff felt so virtuous on November 30, 2017, when it bestowed its Muhammad Ali Legacy Award on Colin Kaepernick for kneeling on the football field to protest the national anthem.

This morning, Coinbase laid off 18% of its staff. Its stock has plunged from a high of $357.39 on November 9 to $49.72 seven months later.

Sheila Bair headed the FDIC, which insures bank deposits, through the Great Recession of 2008 and 2009. Bush 43 appointed her in 2006 and Obama kept her around until 2011, allowing her to finish her 5-year term.
