Make Trump the border czar

Chairman Xiden's border czar is leaving in a few weeks after 100 days on the job. She revoked President Donald John Trump's policies of making asylum seekers stay in Mexico while their case was adjudicated, building a wall, and having Mexico protect our border in the meantime.

Why 1960s music was the greatest

This morning in Highlights of the News, I did a parody of the theme song to the Beverly Hillbillies. Many readers liked it. We are all familiar with the song even though no one under 50 was alive when the show was on the air on CBS.

Jim Crow is busy, busy, busy

When Democrats took charge of the South after Reconstruction, they made racial discrimination the law of their part of the land. They passed Jim Crow laws to keep the black man down.

Why they are dumbing down Bar exams

The best bloggers are the lawyers. The best of the blogging lawyers are the law professors. Journalists suck at blogging, with one major exception of course.

AP -- Always Propaganda

Kane at Citizen Free Press spoke for many of us last night when he posted, "I shouldn’t link to this AP infrastructure puff piece… But hot damn does the bias piss me off…"

I feel Kane's pain. The bias pisses any thinking person off.

Abandoning children at the border is child abuse

NBC reported that after a year of searching for them, lawyers have found the parents of only 61 of 506 illegal alien children.

That shows how much concern those parents have for the welfare of their offspring.

60 Minutes embarrasses media

60 Minutes did a hit piece on Governor Ron DeSantis on Sunday because that is what the show does best. Cleveland sports teams gotta lose, 60 Minutes gotta do hit pieces on Republicans.

But 4 days later, something odd has happened. The media has turned on 60 Minutes because the piece was an embarrassment.

They did not want to be great again

An odd thing happened on the way to making America great again. Nearly half of Americans did not want to be great again. Not out of modesty, but sloth

Gallup announced that 49% of the nation identify as Democrats now (preferred pronoun: mostly peaceful protesters). That is the most in 13 years, when we elected a president who disdained the country and saw nothing exceptional about it.

Remember all those shovel-ready jobs that weren't?

Democrats plan to spend $2 trillion on infrastructure. Before we do that, let's look back on the $787 billion Democrats blew the last time they controlled Congress and the presidency.

The American Reinvestment and Recovery Act was supposed to save jobs and improve our roads, bridges, and airports.

Baseball? Protest a real injustice

Democrats labeled the voter integrity law in Georgia racist, and Corporate America kneeled like a good boy. Democrats smiled. Then Major League Baseball moved its all-star game out of Atlanta in protest, and now Democrats whine that baseball is hurting the "victims," i.e. the Democrat mayor of Atlanta and her cronies.

I own this boycott of baseball. I haven't watched a game in years, and have not attended a game in decades.

Democrats blame honesty for defeats

How easy it seemed last summer for Democrats to have a landslide in November. The economy was in the tank and people were scared of a virus. Business Insider said Democrats had a winning slogan. Defund the Police.
