Insurrections everywhere. Cowards too

Iran replaced Ukraine as a cause célèbre after the Mullahs killed a woman for not covering her face.

The Guardian reported, "Joe Biden has said he is stunned by the mass protests in Iran and that the U.S. stands with that country’s brave women.

"The president said at a college in Irvine, California, during an address to a group of protesters holding Free Iran signs: 'I want you to know that we stand with the citizens, the brave women of Iran.'

"Biden said: 'It stunned me what it awakened in Iran. It awakened something that I don’t think will be quieted for a long, long time.'"

This is a reversal of the 8 years he spent as vice president for a regime that gave Iran more than $100 billion and agreed to a plan to enable Iran to build nukes. I believe Iran is close to succeeding and will nuke Israel.

Biden and the left are less impressed by the Brazilian protests of a rigged election. There is no Stand By Brazilian Voters virtue signaling. The press is lame in its coverage, telling the story from the government's side.

AP reported, "The two men were sitting at a bar on Nov. 21, sipping drinks for relief from the scorching heat of Brazil’s Mato Grosso state, when police officers barged in and arrested them for allegedly torching trucks and an ambulance with Molotov cocktails.

"One man attempted to flee and ditch his illegal firearm. Inside their pickup truck, officers found jugs of gasoline, knives, a pistol, slingshots and hundreds of stones — as well as 9,999 reais (nearly $1,900) in cash.

"A federal judge ordered their preventive detention, noting that their apparent motive for the violence was 'dissatisfaction with the result of the last presidential election and pursuit of its undemocratic reversal,' according to court documents reviewed by The Associated Press."

So Brazil is treating its protesters like America and Canada treated theirs. Brazil stripped its protesters of their constitutional rights to due process. Calling a protest an insurrection is the Biggest Big Lie ever because this lie enables the government to dehumanize the opposition and lock them away for good. The United States treated the Confederate army better, granting soldiers and officers blanket amnesty after the war.

But when it comes to cracking down on protesters, none beat Red China. It is locking people up in apartment buildings to starve. In at least two cases, people died when the buildings were torched.

Red China bought Biden long ago through bribes collected by his son, Hunter. Biden even took Hunter to Beijing in Air Force Two to pocket a bribe. Thus Biden's response has been timid.

Politico reported, "The Biden administration on Monday criticized China’s strict Zero Covid strategy that has sparked mass protests across the country calling for President Xi Jinping to resign."

Red China bought off the press too. Disney's ABC and the rest of Corporate Media cannot speak the truth because their CEOs have other deals with Red China.

A compromised Bloomberg reported, "Xi Has Few Good Options to End Historic China Covid Protests."

Poor Chairman Xi. Everything bad always happens to him.

In Canada, the crackdown on the convoy protest 9 months ago drew an inquiry.

The Toronto Sun reported, "Prime Minister Justin Trudeau defended his decision to invoke the Emergencies Act to a public inquiry, displaying moments of introspection while acknowledging the seriousness of declaring a public order emergency even as he insisted it was the right thing to do for Canada."

Nothing will happen to him. Power is power. The little weasel may not be able to punch his way put of a paper bag but he has plenty of goons to provide his muscle, and he is not above having an RCMP horse trample an old lady.

European farmers protested draconian environmental laws this summer to no avail.

Freedom is under attack by authoritarian governments in America, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, France, and Germany. Red China is burning people alive.

But let's talk about Iran because it is far easier to protest something you have no influence on than it is to actually take on your own government or the government that owns your government.

  1. Klaus Schwab of the World Economic Forum recently said the Chinese were a model in "systemic transformation of the world". Many world leaders like Trudeau and Biden are getting their guidance and orders through these global entities.

    1. Schwab is evil as is Trudeau, Biden and most other western leaders. Could the Chinese people be a model for freedom? My guess at this point is that they are going to be crushed just like they were in 1989.

  2. That's right on, Don! 110% correct.Yes, it's easier to support women and the long suffering people in Iran (which we should anyway) than to take on our own governments. I am not excusing myself, by the way. I wonder if we even know how to do that any more in western liberal democracies. We are so spoiled and complacent, which COVID policies proved, that I don't think we know what to do. Maybe we do need to look to the Chinese people (I am in no way supporting the commie government) to see what you do when you have nothing left to lose. You've raised excellent points. It's now over to us, the people, to figure it out or live with it.

  3. Tough to care about what happens in China, Russia or Iran when we seem to be speeding towards tyranny ourselves. Still praying that there is a point when the people rise up and overthrow our tyrants. Otherwise, we'll all be eating bugs soon enough.

As for standing up against tyranny we’re the only country that have gun rights which could make all the difference if and when we decide enough is enough. Just what that will be or when is hard to know, as things are shaping up to look rather dire real fast.

    3. If papa joe and his marxist bunch actually try to push these china type anti-freedom "measures" against individual liberty here, then the red states had better be prepared to stand up and say NO!
Thats when an armed populace can make themselves heard if necessary. But it will take some super strong backbones with governors willing to buck the feds to keep individual state s freedom.

  10. Speaking of Zero Covid policy, apparently the Washington Post had an article out on 11/23 that admitted "a majority of Americans dying from the coronavirus received at least the primary series of the vaccine.”

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2022/11/23/vaccinated-people-now-make-up-majority-covid-deaths/

I'm sure there are some nutty conspiracy theorists around here who will think those people didn't die from Covid, but rather that they died from the vaccine especially if the people that died aren't over 78 with multiple comorbidities.

  12. As usual the media gets it wrong about the CCP. The lockdowns aren't about a zero-Covid policy or public health. This is about a gang of thugs who run the CCP wanting to continue in power. Xi and his henchmen are desperate to squelch all criticism of their illegitimate regime. The CCP's running dogs in the US (Biden and corrupted politicians, Wall Street, and corporations who have business in China), are invested in continuing the slave state. What did Mao say? 'Who cares if a few million people die. They will fertilize the soil.' Xi is the modern day version of Mao.

  13. I do not believe that Iran will nuke Israel because Israel won't let them. It has that country under surveillance, including spy satellites, and if Israel has to attack, it will go for the delivery systems before the nukes themselves. I also believe they are giving covert aid to the Iranian protesters.

  16. Should be pointed out that Trudeau le petit has never received more than a third of the vote in any of his elections. Thanks to the vagaries of the Canadian political system (and the endless splits on the Right), that gives him virtually dictatorial powers until the next election.
