Democrats want to kill and replace justices

I am not going to mince words. Democrats want to kill justices and replace them with loony lefties like Ketanji Brown Jackson.

Chuck Schumer implied this in March.

The Democrat Senate leader said, "I want to tell you, Gorsuch, I want to tell you, Kavanaugh, you have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price."

The threat came because Gorsuch wrote an opinion that upheld a Louisiana restriction on abortion.

Oh, the next day, he tried to pass it off as rhetoric. The godfather of Senate Democrats said, "Now, I should not have used the words I used yesterday. They didn’t come out the way I intended to. My point was that there would be political consequences — political consequences — for President Trump and Senate Republicans if the Supreme Court with the newly-confirmed justices stripped away a woman’s right to choose."

Bull.

Today, someone tried to assassinate Kavanaugh.

The Washington Post reported, "A California man carrying at least one weapon near Brett M. Kavanaugh’s Maryland home has been taken into custody by police after telling officers he wanted to kill the Supreme Court justice, according to people familiar with the investigation.

"The man, described as being in his mid-20s, was found to be carrying at least one weapon and burglary tools, these people said, speaking on the condition of anonymity to discuss an ongoing investigation. Police were apparently notified that the person might pose a threat to the justice, but it was not immediately clear who provided the initial tip, these people said. The man apparently did not make it onto Kavanaugh’s property in Montgomery County but was stopped on a nearby street, these people said.

"Two people familiar with the investigation said the initial evidence indicates that the man was angry about the leaked draft of an opinion by the Supreme Court signaling that the court is preparing to overturn Roe v. Wade, the 49-year-old decision that guaranteed the constitutional right to have an abortion. He was also angry over a recent spate of mass shootings, these people said."

Schumer's words were not an empty threat. His was a warning. Democrats had doxxed where Justices Kavanaugh, Gorsuch and Barrett live.

Republicans rightly are worried. When Democrats began demonstrating in front of the homes of justices, Republicans tried to get Democrats to beef up protection of justices.

Democrats refused.

Today, McConnell said, "House Democrats need to pass this bill and they need to do it today. No more fiddling around with this. They need to pass it today. They need to stop their multi-week blockade against this Supreme Court security bill and pass it before the sun sets today."

Nancy Pelosi won't because she wants a vacancy on the Supreme Court. Keep in mind, the Democrat Party mantra is by any means necessary.

Schumer's call for a whirlwind was similar to the warning he issued on national TV two weeks before President Trump's inauguration.

The senator said, "Let me tell you: You take on the intelligence community — they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you."

On Inauguration Day, the New York Times published on its front page a story based on transcripts of the FBI wiretapping of  Donald Trump. 

Schumer knew then.

Schumer knows now. Kavanaugh, Gorsuch and Barrett will serve on the Supreme Court for decades, unless a whirlwind between now and when Republicans retake the Senate gives Schumer a chance to confirm another ideological nutcase.

Chesa Boudin is looking for a job.

    1. How much worse must things get before we as a nation wake up? Today Dem senator came right out and said publicy "i don't care about gas prices", and it could have been the border, inflation, crime etc. Meanwhile nothing changes until the dems steal the next election!!

  4. Evil and nothing but evil. I pray for the safety of all the Supreme Court justices. Killing them would solve nothing and rip the country apart. And, yes, Chesa Boudin is looking for a job. He will fail upward like Mayor Pete.

(what else is new) Roske was armed with a 'black tactical chest rig and tactical knife, a Glock 17 pistol with two magazines and ammunition, pepper , zip ties, a hammer, screwdriver, nail punch, crow bar, pistol light, duct tape, hiking boots with padding on the outside of the soles, and other items.'
      Roske turned himself in by calling 911 while in Kavanaugh's neighborhood, and informing them that he was armed and suicidal.
      It's not clear if Kavanaugh or his family were home at the time.

    5. Z, special Ed was pretty good until Xiden successfully stole the election. In the time between the election and J6, he made a lot of comments that this regime might consider inflammatory or traitorous to their take over. I won't call it treason, treason happened when the China installed puppet took office.
      Ed was hoping that our elected representatives would do the right and honorable thing. Instead, they went for the money.
      If that drove him to drink, I get it. Mostly I pick on him because his attacks on others are not beneficial. Then again, neither are my attacks on him. Still, if it drives blog traffic, that's a good thing.

    6. Ed, it's "fail upward." In the government world, protected individuals who fail are kicked upstairs. We've seen it a thousand times. "Falling upward" isn't specific enough. "Failing upward" is a perfect description.

  6. I'm really starting to buy into the idea the FIB does have a line on a lot of nuts they can use for mass shootings, assassinations, etc.

    Why haven't we ever heard anything about Vegas?

  7. Seems to me that this potentially deadly behavior advances locking down 5 Supreme Court votes to protect 2nd Amendment rights when relevant cases present to the Court.

    Roberts votes however his GOPe masters tell him. But ongoing won't these 2nd Amendment cases be decided 5-4/6-3 now as a result of this CA man's admission that "...he wanted to kill the Supreme Court justice....?"

    1. I haven't read this yet, but I do hope the FBI eats a huge....Dick wants them to be taken down. I would love to see terminations...BIG ONES! I know it's taxpayer money, but at least we know it would stay home and help some people...

After Mike Mukasey, as a US District Judge, presided over the trial at which the blind sheikh was convicted, he received 24 hour protection from the US Marshals service (in fact, I am told, that the floor of his courtroom was rigged so if one pushed down on the floor at certain spots, it would alert the marshals who would rush it; this apparently occurred when his courtroom was being used for a lecture or CLE of some kind, and the lecturer hit the sweet spot and the marshals rushed in).

    Anyway, give that protection to the SCt justices.

    1. Yes, their narrow rulings are frustrating. Maybe a lawyer can explain to us why they do that. Perhaps a broad ruling could be considered legislating from the bench. Narrow rulings seldom solve the original problem and only invite further litigation on the same issue.
