Biden lost Russia to India and Red China

I cannot say who is winning the Ukrainian War but I do know that Biden is losing. Bigly. His economic sanctions enriched Russia, hurt our allies and worsened our sad, Biden-wrecked economy.

Russia has learned that it does not need the West. India and Red China offer larger markets of about 2.5 billion people. That's nearly triple the population of the NATO nations.

Jagran reported, "Russian President Vladimir Putin said that negotiations are underway to open Indian chain stores in Russia amid heavy Western sanctions on Moscow post its invasion on Ukraine.

"The Russian President said contacts between Russian business circles and the business community of the BRICS countries have intensified."

The BRICs countries are Brazil, Russia, India, Red China and South Africa. They cover 26.7% of the Earth's land mass and 41.5% of the world's population.

There is a world beyond NATO, Australia, Japan and South Korea. Biden does not realize this. He's stuck in the 1970s with Saigon as the center of his foreign policy.

Saigon died 47 years ago.

The Soviet empire died 30 years ago.

Russia subsequently embraced capitalism. We ditched it. We hounded the man who Made America Great Again. He was impeached twice and harassed by an unconstitutional witch hunt.

Now then, Russia may not have much, but it has what the world needs now.

And it isn't love, sweet love.

Russia is getting along fine without us.

And that is a problem for us. America's sphere of influence and its economy shrink because of the sanctions, while Russia thrives thanks to sanctions.

Reuters reported, "Russia is increasing gasoline and naphtha supplies to Africa and the Middle East as it struggles to sell fuel in Europe, while Asia is already taking bigger volumes of Russian crude, Refinitiv Eikon data showed and sources said."

We canceled Tchaikovsky.

While Americans were hitting those Ukrainian flag emojis to signal their virtue, Russia moved on. As every spurned lover must learn, there are plenty of other fish in the ocean.

AA.com reported, "Russia turns to East and South, says billionaire industrialist Oleg Deripaska.

"Russian billionaire Oleg Deripaska says about development of 'southern trade corridor' between Russia, Middle East, Russian-Turkish cooperation."

Kicking Russia out of the SWIFT banking system, seizing yachts and trying to make life miserable for Moscow has consequences.

Why would Russia want to be back?

Tom Luongo wrote, "Russia is done with the West. The divorce is nearly complete. In the past few days we’ve heard from all major Russian leaders the same thing, 'The West will play by our rules now.'

"You can decide for yourselves whether Russia is writing checks they can’t cash, but in the words of Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov telling the BBC bluntly, 'We do not care about the eyes of the West.' Lavrov has always been the soul of politeness and discretion when dealing with European media."

Biden and his pack of losers overestimated their worth and underestimated Putin's. They poked the bear. Never poke the bear, even if he's been tranquilized.

I said sanctions never worked and they don't. 70 years of sanctions haven't overthrown North Korea's rulers. 60 years of sanctions haven't overthrown Cuba's rulers. 40 years of sanctions haven't overthrown Iran's rulers.

Biden's sanctions Made Russia Great Again.

Luongo wrote, "Russia knows it has the West on the ropes. We need what they produce and now they are determined to set the rules on who gets them and for what price. It knows that European leaders are puppets with Klaus Schwab’s hand up their asses.

"And it knows Davos has zero leverage over Russia’s actions from here on out."

Biden hitched our star to Zelensky, who is bringing down not just Ukraine but the 30 members of NATO.

That includes us.

  2. Europe will sooner or later return to the purchase of inexpensive Russian energy. Russia lies on the doorstep and a natural economic relationship with Russia will possess overwhelming logic in the end.

Europe already perceives the US as a declining power with an erratic and hypocritical foreign policy “vision” premised upon the desperate need to preserve “American leadership” in the world. America’s willingness to go to war to this end is increasingly dangerous to others. https://www.moonofalabama.org/2022/06/ukraine-sitrep-lysichansk-cauldron-sinking-morale-more-provocations.html

    2. The problem for the EU is if the Russians will sell to them and at what price. There will be one price for "friendly countries" and one for "unfriendly countries".

The foundations of The Global South cooperation bloc were formally laid Putin and Xi at SPIEF on June 17th. The upcoming BRICS conference will be interesting, too.

    3. They will lure Europe back into the Russian energy sphere with low prices for fuel and later, into the Russian sphere of influence by default and dependance.

  4. Good pull on Revolver, Big D, but I would have gone with She Said She Said. You know, where Lennon took LSD and tripped out in a hot tub with Peter Fonda. Yeah, man, that’s our President!

  8. You'd think they'd be American "allies" after exporting America's manufacturing base to communist China and replacing American's with Indian H1B visa holders to those jobs that those American's they're replacing won't do. Maybe we need MORE Indian workers here on H1B visas and MORE offshoring of our manufacturing. Perhaps then they'll really like us...

  9. I make more then $12,000 a month online. It’s enough to comfortably replace my old jobs income, especially considering I only work about 11 to 12 hours a week from home. I was amazed how easy it was after I tried it…
    AND GOOD LUCK.:)

  10. Don,
No one could have put the present situation in print better. We keep, hearing about Putin's failing health but he is laughing all the way to the treasury. Meanwhile Brandon babbles and we are paying through the nose for fuel.
All the Dems care about is killing the unborn.

  11. Sorry Don, Russia is not great again. All Biden had to do is open up the oil gates here and Russia would have been check mated. The fact that FJB is dumber than a box of rocks means anything else he does works less well too.

India and China are getting discounts of about $30 a barrel. I didn't check crude today, but it has been hovering around 105 a barrel, and with the recession hitting futures have started to soften. If crude drops $20 more dollars, Russia loses money on every barrel they sell at that discounted price. Russia is playing the hand they have been dealt pretty well. China cannot afford to lose our market. Buying commodities from Russia at a discount does nothing to help staunch what is happening globally - the supply chain is detaching form China.

The BRICS are yesterday's news - only India has a good looking future.

  12. The Russia China alliance is growing stronger every day. They will soon dominate most of the world via economic, military and influence capability. While the West pursues mandating use of intermittent energy resources that are not only environmentally unfriendly but are unreliable and not dependable (particularly as energy capacity), the RC alliance (+ India and others) will continue to use the abundantly available Russian natural resources that traditionally are used for energy. The West is being driven into a very muddy lake by bureaucrats who arrogantly cannot grasp reality and seek only to make their funders, friends and family richer.
The war in Ukraine - provoked or fairy dust created - was lost 3 months ago. The war should have been formally ended with a negotiated settlement at that time. The "us vs them" theme being pushed by the West - especially by the Biden administration as a distraction from the "nothing but disasters" it has created - adds more momentum to the drive into the muddy lake & increases the depth of that lake. The world is becoming less safe and less secure. It could lead to a catastrophic disaster - icing on the Biden cake made by layers of disaster. Two years ago everything was so much better, safer and more secure.
