Democrats want 10 year-olds to read gay porn

The American Library Association claims that the comic book, Gender Queer, is the most banned book in America because schools are taking the work out of grade-school libraries.

Meanwhile, the left praises Biden's new Ministry of Truth, which will censor mean tweets and anyone who dares question climate change, the election or American policy in Ukraine.

The New York Times piece on the comic book -- which they call a graphic novel -- surprised me by actually showing the other side, as represented by Jennifer Pippin. She is chairman of Moms for Liberty in Indian River County, Florida, which removed Gender Queer from school libraries.

Pippin said, "It’s not a First Amendment issue; this is not going against LGBTQ groups; we’re citing it for sexually explicit content."

A few paragraphs later, NYT reported, "It’s a graphic memoir that deals with puberty and sexual identity, and includes a few drawings of nude characters and sexual scenarios — images that critics of the book were able to share on social media to stoke a backlash. The book explores the author’s discomfort with traditional gender roles and features depictions of masturbation, period blood and confusing sexual experiences."

Imagine that. Exposing what school librarians allow children to read stokes a backlash. NYT knows sunlight is the best disinfectant.

What also stokes a backlash is reading passages from these children's books aloud at school board meetings. School board members get uncomfortable and occasionally ask parents to stop reading because there are children present.

The left opposes protecting kids from books and comics designed to groom them for LGBT predators.

Via The Hill, the ALA's Top 10 books taken off school library shelves:

  1. Gender Queer, by Maia Kobabe. Reasons: Banned, challenged and restricted for LGBTQIA+ content and because it was considered to have sexually explicit images.
  2. Lawn Boy, by Jonathan Evison. Reasons: Banned and challenged for LGBTQIA+ content and because it was considered to be sexually explicit.
  3. All Boys Aren’t Blue, by George M. Johnson. Reasons: Banned and challenged for LGBTQIA+ content, profanity, and because it was considered to be sexually explicit.
  4. Out of Darkness, by Ashley Hope Perez. Reasons: Banned, challenged and restricted for depictions of abuse and because it was considered to be sexually explicit.
  5. The Hate U Give, by Angie Thomas. Reasons: Banned and challenged for profanity, violence and because it was thought to promote an anti-police message and indoctrination of a social agenda.
  6. The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian, by Sherman Alexie. Reasons: Banned and challenged for profanity, sexual references and use of a derogatory term.
  7. Me and Earl and the Dying Girl, by Jesse Andrews. Reasons: Banned and challenged because it was considered sexually explicit and degrading to women.
  8. The Bluest Eye, by Toni Morrison. Reasons: Banned and challenged because it depicts child sexual abuse and was considered sexually explicit.
  9. This Book is Gay, by Juno Dawson. Reasons: Banned, challenged, relocated and restricted for providing sexual education and LGBTQIA+ content.
  10. Beyond Magenta, by Susan Kuklin. Reasons: Banned and challenged for LGBTQIA+ content and because it was considered to be sexually explicit.

Why are all the LGBT books sexually explicit? Because sex sells. And they want them young.

While defending books aimed at grooming kids, the left wants to ban those who expose lefties. Last week the Washington Post outed the woman behind Libs of Tik Tok, a Twitter account that shows conservatives videos of themselves that wacko liberals post on Tik Tok. That backfired. Instead of getting Libs of Tik Tok banned, the story nearly doubled its followers. Sunlight not only disinfects, it helps good things grow.

While defending the grooming of kids, the left demands the left must be protected from any scrutiny. Biden created a ministry of truth last week to do just that.

The Hill reported, "Biden’s ‘Mary Poppins of Disinformation’ the perfect nanny to tidy up mess of free speech?" (It is a column by Jonathan Turley that mocks the ministry of truth.)

I suppose free speech is messy. People say hateful things. People spread lies. People deliberately try to undermine presidents with those lies.

But enough about the New York Times. The Washington Post. CNN. AP. Et cetera.

Free speech protects all those things. And the First Amendment protects free speech. The First Amendment does not define free speech. The First Amendment does not limit the definition of censorship to the government.

Elon Musk nailed it. Twitter should not censor. Indeed, Section 230 protects Twitter and the rest of social media from liability if someone writes something that hurts someone else's feelings.

Odd that the same press that demanded -- in the name of the First Amendment -- that Donald Trump not be allowed to block people cheered long and loudly when Twitter banned him.

Well, it is not odd once you understand that the press is anything but American anymore. The press opposes and would destroy anyone who wants to make America great again,

The press pushes sexually explicit LGBT comics for kids while being appalled that you can show on Twitter what libs post on Tik Tok.

UPDATE: Changed headline because Kane at Citizen Free Press is a genius. Credit him.

  1. I'll go first then: Global warming is a HOAX! Man cannot control nature. End of story.
There are only 2 genders, male and female. Period.
Men are NOT women and cannot be pregnant, they have NO uterus.
Transgenders make up LESS than 1% of the population. They have all the same rights as the rest of us. End of story.
Marriage is between a man and a woman. Case closed.

Now they can come after us heathens for stating facts.

    1. Let's add more. Covid was no more deadly than seasonal flu
The Covid vaccine is more dangerous to those under 80 years old than the Covid virus is
The 2020 presidential election was the biggest fraud in US history and people should hang. Many many people should hang

    2. Fellow Submariner, when the two of us were at 400 ft making patrols who among us would have ever believed America was capable of having such a corrupt, anti american braindead CIC? In reality though, Obama's 3rd term?

    3. 😂 I love it! I couldn't have said it any better! God bless conservatives 🙏🇺🇸

    4. Hardly. The bio weapon Democrats funded was certainly more deadly than any flue in almost 100 years. That said, it wasn't nearly as deadly as the Spanish Flu.

The Covid vaccine certainly has worse side effects than the sum of all other "approved vaccines" in the past 60 years - but still is not as deadly as Covid. Under 20 years old, the numbers certainly begin to converge - and with the correct treatments, may even reverse. But, still not more deadly at least until you get to the pre-teens and even that is questionable.

They certainly lied to it, but it doesn't help when we simply tell un-truths in response.

Yes, the election was illegitimate. That is true whether or not (there is a possibility, because the violated election rules mean we CAN'T KNOW for certain) Xiden actually received enough legitimate ballots to win. It is invalid because, in violating state election integrity laws in the swing States, they FAILED to collect the evidence necessary to prove it legitimate in violation of our Constitutional right to "a Republican form of government." Since the entire legitimacy of our government rests on free and fair elections, anytime government cannot prove it legitimate, it isn't. Period.

  2. My son knows how I feel about this shite. Allie and Miracle Bears WILL NOT BE GROOMED. selfhood.

  3. Matthew 18:6 -parent's are the least of the Groom crew's worries.

    1. Well, Sir Doug, then we’re just gonna hafta MAKE EM WORRIED.

  4. The Lefties were all First Amendment when it helped them push things like flag burning because people opposed it.

Now the First Amendment means resistance to the Left (actually, it always did), so they want it suppressed.

  5. I am glad I lived long enough for the left to go so far that people finally realize what they have always been about. I know evil can never truly be vanquished, but perhaps beginning this November we can push the totalitarians back into the shadows for another generation.

    1. Evil is almost certainly less than 10 years from being done away with for 1,000 years, and eternally not long after that.

    2. George, neither of us know the day, but I agree it's closer than it appears in the mirror.

    3. The win will be mostly fruitless is we don't get the right Republicans in there.

  6. Scary Poppins 2 years ago:

“Thank you very much, Congressman. I totally understand your aversion to the idea that government would fight back against disinformation. In fact, you know, the use of that term has been basically the foundation to some very draconian fake news laws in places like Russia, or even Singapore. I do not believe that government should be in that business either.”

Today: “Honored to be serving in the Biden Administration @DHSgov and helping shape our counter-disinformation efforts.”

Robert Spencer: "Anyone who understands the vital importance of the freedom of speech will oppose the very existence of the Disinformation Governance Board, and be even more alarmed by the fact that it started out on Wednesday focusing on alleged disinformation concerning illegal migration and Russia, and by the very next day had already apparently expanded its purview to include COVID, as well as “elections and eligibility.”"

By "eligibility", they mean they have already decided Actual Pres. Trump can't run, or MTG, either.

  7. God bless 'em, I've never seen such a farce as the current administration!!

  8. We’ve come a long way since I was in school and we couldn’t wait for the latest edition of National Geographic to arrive, hoping they had a story on a tribe from Africa or New Guinea.

  9. The American School in Saudi Arabia had its issues, for sure, but at least when I sent my kids there, I knew there wouldn't be any of THIS nonsense.
