CNN to give Chris Wallace a Sunday night show no one will watch

Axios announced, "Warner Bros. Discovery, CNN's new parent company, plans to announce during its upfront presentation to advertisers on Wednesday that Chris Wallace will host a Sunday evening show on CNN."

Well they are on the hook for his big contract. Might as well put him on the air.

He was a fixture at Fox News Sunday for years. When he departed, ratings went up. So maybe the long-term plan is to have Wallace do the show for a little while and then replace him with someone more popular such as Nancy Pelosi, Mitch McConnell or Vladimir Putin and watch the ratings rise.

Wallace was a drag on the network's ratings and 74 years old, but the media insists he jumped ship to join the No. 3 network's unproven (and quickly abandoned) streaming service.

Axios said, "Warner Bros. Discovery executives haven't been shy about their intentions for CNN, saying repeatedly that they want to focus the network's future on nonpartisan reporting instead of personality programming at primetime."

Well, no one ever accused him of having a personality.

But he is about as objective a reporter as Jen Psaki, who is joining the more successful MSNBC channel.

Meanwhile, Carl Cameron, a failed Fox White House reporter, is with MSNBC. He called for jailing his former Fox colleagues.

Via News Busters, he said, "It’s, it really is kind of horrible to think that journalists with national and international capacity are putting together this type of nonsense. I think the president did a great job. I wish he had done a lot of this a lot sooner, and we need a lot more from the left and the middle, and we got to watch out because the Republicans have become the purveyors of misinformation, and when our two-party system is broken like that, democracy is seriously in trouble. The president acknowledged that. It's time to actually start doing things and maybe taking some names and putting people in jail."

They could sit right next to the dissidents that the FBI set up for Washington's False Flag Insurrection.

Cameron is as good a journalist as Wallace, which is to say he's not.
