DeSantis to sign anti-Woke bill into law

Ron DeSantis will sign into law that protects workers from indoctrination by Woke Corporations. Coca-Cola will no longer be allowed to order white workers to "try to be less white."

The news comes on the day he signed a ban on abortions after 15 weeks of gestation. Florida Republicans are not letting up.

Naturally, the Miami Herald hates the anti-indoctrination bill because it will shut down socialism on one more front. In a 25-paragraph story that quoted Democrats and opponents to the new law extensively, the Herald's only quotes from a Republican were relegated to Paragraphs 18 and 19.

And even then they were old quotes. Writer Ana Ceballos did not bother talking to any Republicans.

The story said, "the bill could also alter Florida businesses’ labor practices — in particular restricting how employers present programs aimed at promoting diversity, equity and inclusion at work.

"Ellen M. Leibovitch, an employment lawyer based in Boca Raton, says employers who offer training to employees on discrimination and harassment should be prepared to tailor the curriculum and presentation of their training programs."

Leibovitch said, "I think that employers are maybe not going to be doing these trainings anymore, or they’re going to do these trainings so neutral as to really not have the intended impact that they are supposed to have."

The bill predated Disney's demand that Florida allow teachers to talk about their sex lives to kindergarteners captive in a classroom. The Herald said, "In practice, the bill would amend the Florida Civil Rights Act and make it unlawful for employers to subject workers to 'training, instruction, or any other required activity” that promotes or compels them to believe the following concepts:

"That virtues such as merit, excellence, hard work, fairness, neutrality, objectivity, and racial colorblindness are racist or sexist, or were created by members of a particular race, color, sex, or national origin to oppress members of another race, color, sex or national origin."

The list include 6 other prohibitions and ended with a ban on preaching "That an individual, by virtue of his or her race, color, sex, or national origin, should be discriminated against or receive adverse treatment to achieve diversity, equity, or inclusion."

Florida is making companies follow the 14th Amendment, which bans discrimination based on race, sex and national origin. The amendment calls for equality, not equity -- whatever the heck they mean by that.

Socialists are upset because this hampers their ability to divide us by race and conquer us. Diversity is not our strength. It is a weakness because united we stand, divided we fall.

This is one of a series of new state laws that try to undo the damage of liberalism.

DeSantis is among the leaders in this movement to restore our actual rights (particularly the right to keep and bear firearms) and to overturn fake rights (mainly abortion).

Plenty of other Republican governors are fighting back -- Noem in South Dakota, Ivey in Alabama, Abbott in Texas, et cetera -- but DeSantis has emerged as the man the liberals really, really hate. Every day he wakes up and asks himself, how can I tick off liberals today?

I congratulate him. He's done so well that now his mere waking up in the morning triggers the snowflakes.

And I look forward to seeing what he does tomorrow to tick off liberals.

  1. "...they’re going to do these trainings so neutral as to really not have the intended impact that they are supposed to have."

    No longer disguising their agenda.

  2. I hope Desantis does family law next and states like WV follow suit (No pun intended). Women and family law courts need to stop destroying men and families.

    1. Specifically limit Alimony to 2 years and guarantee men get 50/50 custody as a baseline starting point rather than Alimony for life and men getting 25% of the time with their kids.

  3. BRAVO Don. Very well written. Keep them coming.

  4. I do not think he is doing this to piss off communists. He is a man of faith and knows liberty is a gift of our Creator, not government. The haters are living a life similar to living in hell. What a waste.

  5. Refreshing to see someone really taking it to the perverts!!

  6. And STILL I can’t imagine what FL - and the nation, increasingly - would look like if Disney had stolen the 2018 gov election for that drugged-out homo Andrew Gillum.

    1. I agree Z...Both Homeboy and Tank Abrams in Georgia thought for sure they had it in the bag! It seems we had a few too many votes than the cheating bastards expected. Born and raised in Florida really makes you hate some of the other states. On the flip side, my "bucket list" of places to visit has been cut in half!!!

    2. 🤣🤣🤣 True, Rickster, so true!

    3. Hey Abrams was president of the Federation in "Star trek discovery"
Abrams is sitting in her office suddenly the Borg
Queen appears: "We are Borg. Resistance is futile. Prepare to.. Never mind we want subjects that are useful. Also we have nothing in your size." the Borg Queen disappears.

    4. I'm thinking the Master of Lard possibly identified her as a "Black Hole". I could be wrong. Personally, I hope she never produces Tribbles!!!

    5. Indeed I did.

Catching up. Massive internet and cable outage due to storms. No loss of power like neighboring communities. Spent the night clearing trees from roads in county.

  7. DeSantis is the brightest star in the Republican Party. Not only does he destroy the ridiculous Dems, he also keeps RINOs in line - see Florida redistricting issue.

  8. Now all we need is Trump reinstated.

restricting how employers present programs aimed at promoting diversity, equity and inclusion at work

That's the whole idea, mi mejillas dulces.

  9. Got an ES&G commie message in my Merck ballot for board of directors. Voted against every thing on the ballot.
Of course with Blackrock holding 9 trillion or so in stocks they're pushing the hell out of it.

BLACKROCK CEO: My Job is to ‘Force Behaviors’

  10. Polly Pessimist here. For each and every good news statute story like this, two questions should be asked:
    (1) Who has standing to prosecute or sue? (2) Are there any meaningful penalties for non-compliance?
