Highlights of the News

I don't know this man, but I am pretty sure he is my brother.

ITEM 1: CBS reported, "Denver Police Chief Paul Pazen has had it. He says his officers are arresting a record number of armed felons, but the Denver County Court and Denver District Attorney’s Office are releasing them with low or no bonds.

"In a desperate attempt to address the issue, he’s forming a partnership with federal agents so the cases will be heard in federal court instead, where prosecutors and judges show less leniency toward violent offenders.

"Pazen says a DPD officer and federal agent will respond together to active shooting scenes and review cases involving felons who are accused of illegally having a weapon."

I like Pazen.

Democrats turned the state court system into a Racketeer Influenced Criminal Organization, so he is taking local crime cases to federal court.

Make no mistake. Democrats want crime. They are not dummies. The rise in crime from their policies is not an unintended consequence; it is why they adopted their policies.

ITEM 2: BBC reported, "A prominent Chinese billionaire has been sentenced to 18 years in prison, the latest in a string of punishments against outspoken corporate bosses.

"Sun Dawu runs one of the country's largest private agricultural businesses in the northern province of Hebei.

"Sun, 67, has in the past spoken out about human rights and politically sensitive topics."

Someday soon, Red China will send Bill Gates to re-education camp.

Collaboration offers no protection. It merely delays the inevitable.

ITEM 3: Washington Secrets reported, "In a sign that President Joe Biden’s new call for masks even on the vaccinated could turn contentious, a groundbreaking survey has found that just 41% feel mask mandates on airlines should be extended, and a near equal number just won’t wear them."

Well, if 41% of Americans want to wear masks, let them.

It is a free country.

Just don't expect me to wear one.

ITEM 4Just the News reported, "Black leaders across the country are saying that there is a large gap between what regular Black American voters want and what activists want. They argue that what leaders in Washington D.C. and activist types are arguing for is not what regular people want, and would end up hurting Black Americans."

The same is true for White Americans.

ITEM 5: DPA reported, "For some drivers, safety means more than airbags and assistance systems. For those with extra needs, Mercedes is offering its S-Class as a bulletproof, grenade-proof, you-name-it-proof saloon with its own fire extinguishing system.

"The S-Class Guard fulfils the highest ballistic test level (protection class VPAM VR10) for civilian vehicles allowing it to withstand not only explosive attacks but also hand grenades and sniper rifles, the manufacturer says.

"Built for world leaders and members of royalty, the S-Class Guard uses a construction of overlapping armored steel and special tires under an aluminum body, as well as thick-as-your-arm window panes with particularly robust foils in between.

"Despite sounding like a tank, the car's thick protection is almost invisible from the outside."

Mercedes did not just develop this $650,000 car out of the blue.

There is a market for such cars because today's elitists know they created a huge gap that eventually the rest of us will want to close.

ITEM 6: Business Insider reported, "1 in 5 electric vehicle owners in California switched back to gas because charging their cars is a hassle, research shows."

Plus, gas stations don't suffer rolling blackouts.

ITEM 7David Gewirtz wrote, "I live in a state where it's legal to buy weed, but not high-end gaming PCs."

Five states won't let you buy a new Dell computer for gamers because it uses too much electricity.

Those states also promote switching to electric cars.

Maybe Dell can invent a gasoline-powered computer.

ITEM 8: News Busters reported, "The Olympic games will now be adding a category for ‘best virtue signaler’ after Costa Rican gymnast Luciana Alvarado decided to throw up a fist at the end of performance in support of the Marxist organization Black Lives Matter."

She failed to qualify for her event.

If I want to watch people kneel, I'll go to a Catholic mass.

ITEM 9John Nolte reported, "During Tuesday night’s primetime coverage of the Tokyo Summer Olympics, a mere 16.2 million people tuned in. That’s across all platforms, including streaming. That’s also nearly 20 million fewer viewers than the 36.1 million who tuned in this same Tuesday for the Rio Summer Games in 2016.

"So we’re talking about a 55% crash."

If an Olympic athlete kneels and nobody sees it, does it really make a sound?

ITEM 10: Zero Hedge reported, "Biden Mandates All Federal Workers Must Be Vaccinated... Except Postal Workers."

He said he's just following the science, which evidently shows that postal workers are immune to covid.

So why are we bothering with vaccines?

Just make everyone a postal worker.

(I have been vaccinated.)

ITEM 11: CNBC reported, "Disney fired back against Scarlett Johansson on Thursday after the Marvel actress filed a lawsuit against the studio for releasing Black Widow on Disney+.

"Johansson claims she had been guaranteed an exclusive theatrical release of the film and much of her salary was tied to its box-office performance."

Disney strikes again. It promised a cut of the box office, and then undermined the box office.

Harvey Weinstein was an amateur compared to Disney when it comes to screwing actresses.

ITEM 12: NBC reported, "The White House seems to be playing catch-up on coronavirus messaging."

You know you are being shellacked when your cheerleaders begin to worry.

ITEM 13: Axios reported, "Biden administration unveils strategy to slow migration from Central America."

A better strategy would be to resign and turn the government back over to President Donald John Trump, who dropped illegal border crossing to a 50-year low.

ITEM 14: The Post Millennial reported, "Washington state legislators passed a series of new police reform bills that went into effect on Sunday, the most noteworthy being HB 1310 where law enforcement officers can only make arrests on the grounds of probable cause instead of reasonable suspicion, giving a green light for criminals to commit crimes without being held accountable.

"Signed into law by Democratic Governor Jay Inslee without a vote from the people through ballot measures, HB 1310 also called the "use of force bill" drastically limits the way police officers respond to calls."

Moses Lake Police Chief Kevin Fuhr said, "There will be some calls that we just absolutely don’t respond to from here on out."

Let's go over this again.

Democrats want crime. They are not dummies. The rise in crime from their policies is not an unintended consequence; it is why they adopted their policies.

ITEM 15: Breitbart reported, "Republican staffers defied Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) on Thursday evening by playing beer pong (with water) in a Capitol office hallway, smoking cigars, and socializing — without masks, courting arrest by Capitol Police.

"As Breitbart News reported Thursday, Pelosi ordered Capitol Police to arrest any staff and visitors who refused to comply with new mask mandates, which she imposed earlier in the week, regardless of vaccination status. She ordered the Capitol Police to report members of Congress who refused to comply to the House Sergeant at Arms for disciplinary action.

"In response, several GOP members of Congress defied Pelosi’s orders by allowing staff to work without masks, or remotely.

"But young Capitol Hill staffers had another idea: they brought out drinks, inflated a rubber duck, and let the good times roll.

"That caught the attention of Aaron Fritschner, a staffer for Rep. Don Beyer (D-VA), who sought to shame them on Twitter."

Bwa ha ha.

FINALLY, Fox reported, "Members of the House Freedom Caucus on Thursday called for House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy to boot Reps. Adam Kinzinger and Liz Cheney from the House Republican Conference, yet another chapter in the intra-party battle between the two anti-Trump Republicans and Trump's loyalists."

I agree.

And Mitt Romney can go with them.

  1. 15: The staffers had best beware. Capitol Police have used deadly force against an unarmed person breaking the rules.

  2. Item #1 Denver police/federal agent partnership. I dunno, the citizens need to force local change. This is exactly the situation the fed gov't needs to establish plausibility that a national police force is necessary.

    1. That is exactly the Demonrat/Socialist plan; make local law enforcement so ineffective the citizens will demand a federal takeover.

Shouldn’t the White House staff be forced to receive it first if Child-Toucher really wanted to set an example?

And, better yet, if they really believed their own bullshit, shouldn’t the NIH, the CDC and the FDA be the very first in line for the Mandatory Jabs since they cooked up this evil Wuhan Flu-Juice?

  7. "Disney strikes again. It promised a cut of the box office, and then undermined the box office."

Hollywood accounting refers to the creative accounting methods used to record profits for film projects. Expenditures can be inflated to eliminate the reported profit of the project, thereby reducing the amount which the corporation must pay in taxes and royalties as these are based on the net profit.
For example, Return of the Jedi, despite having earned $475 million at the box office against a budget of $32.5 million, "has never gone into profit"

  17. 4 - very true. I am on the way home from a conference of elected municipal officials. Over 70% of our towns have under 2000 people. About half have under 1000. The small towns care about their people. There was no politics here. No partisanship here. Never heard one wor about Republican or democrat. Small town people care about each other. More to come.

  19. Donald John Trump is still our president.

3: It is a free country.

Apparently, the Demos haven't gotten the word.

5: There is a market for such cars because today's elitists know they created a huge gap

No. they just went through the archives and found what Der Fuhrer wanted and figured a lot of politicians (hardly elite) are running scared these days.

10: The mailmen said, "Drop dead", just like the German Christian wives of Jewish husbands told Himmler.

See what happens when you grow a pair?

13: A better strategy would be to resign and turn the government back over to President Donald John Trump

Don, if you're saying it, most of the country is.

14: Go back to '68. They tried it then, too. 25 years without a Demo President.

  20. ITEM 1:
Almost 30 years ago, Richmond Virginia was having a serious epidemic of crimes and murders, primarily involving firearms. Someone in the city - I’m not certain whom - decided to try a new approach. The city began using every applicable law, be it city, state, or federal in the pursuit of criminals. They also used billboards around the city informing everyone that under “Project Exile”, if you used a firearm in the commission of a crime you were going away for a minimum of five years. It was very successful, so much so that it was recommended to the Feds. However, the Just-Us department had by then been placed under a certain Marxist lesbian who wanted nothing to do with reducing crime but was only interested in eliminating the Second Amendment.

Your assessment of the Democrat’s only seeking more crime is absolutely correct.

  24. ITEM 15: More than a little familiar with Rep. Don Beyer (D-VA), unfortunately.

Don had the good fortune of being born to a father who founded a chain of car dealerships; and Don and one of his brothers bought the business from their parents.

Certainly do not begrudge Don’s and his family’s successful businesses. In fact, I bought my current used car from one of Don’s dealerships over 10 years ago.

What is highly irritating is that Don and his Congressional staff, I understand from very reliable sources, are one of the most left-wing among Congressional Democrats — supporting Medicare for All; the Green New Deal — and most of the Bernie, Liz Liawatha, and Squad proposals. So, in short, he has his wealth and all others who would like to achieve his level of wealth can pound sand and be happy with their regular rations of government cheese.

Don represents a very close to DC, Northern Virginia district filled with highly compensated Federal Employees, Military Woke Officers, and Contractors. There are many “Love Trumps Hate” and “We Believe…[Liberal Nonsense] signs” in his district.

It is such a safe district for Democrats that a Republican has not won an election for the House seat since 1988; and according to the Cook Political Report it is the most Democrat Congressional District in Virginia.

The thing is, because of Don’s relatively low profile, and being an old white non-communist (unlike Bernie) man, Beyer is viewed by many as a “Moderate” Democrat; and with suspicion by some of the Democrat Party’s younger, more “diverse and inclusive” activists.

This means that if Rep. Don Beyer were to lose his seat before he retires or leaves office feet first; he is much more likely to lose to someone from the AOC-wing of the Democrat Party than a Republican.

Which is why some RINO NeverTrump so-called Republicans I know vote for Beyer in the Dem primary.
