AP has a strange take on children abandoned at the border

The announcement was heart-breaking. The press release said, "U.S. Border Patrol agents assigned to the Eagle Pass Station encountered five unaccompanied children near Normandy, Texas, on May 9."

They were five little girls ages 1 to 7.

The press release quoted Del Rio Sector Chief Patrol Agent Austin L. Skero II, who said, "It is heartbreaking to find such small children fending for themselves in the middle of nowhere. Unfortunately this happens far too often now. If not for our community and law enforcement partners, these little girls could have faced the more than 100-degree temperatures with no help."

Who does this to their own kids?

Apparently they are from 2 different families, one Honduran and the other Guatemalan.

Meanwhile the Associated Press, in another story, bitched about how the United States is treating children abandoned by their parents. The headline showed the slant of the reporters and editors, "Migrant children held in shelters with little oversight."

These are not migrant children.

They are abandoned children.

Their parents gave up on them, and now AP faults the federal government for not hugging and kissing them at night when they tuck them in bed.

The story said, "Confidential data obtained by the AP shows the number of migrant children in government custody more than doubled in the past two months, and this week the federal government was housing around 21,000 kids, from toddlers to teens. A facility at Fort Bliss, a U.S. Army post in El Paso, Texas, had more than 4,500 children as of Monday. Attorneys, advocates and mental health experts say that while some shelters are safe and provide adequate care, others are endangering children’s health and safety."

Their parents are using them to flood the gates and break the system to pave the way for open borders in which people are free to commit crimes in America and flee to Mexico, and vice versa.

And AP promotes this agenda. It quoted Southern Poverty Law Center attorney Luz Lopez, who said, "It’s almost like Groundhog Day. Here we are back to a point almost where we started, where the government is using taxpayer money to build large holding facilities … for children instead of using that money to find ways to more quickly reunite children with their sponsors."

The AP had 3 reporters on the story. No one bothered to call an opponent of open borders for comment.

There is only one side to the story with only one solution, the law and the sovereignty of the United States be damned.

We are lectured about how diversity is our strength, but what do we as a nation gain from adding child abusers to our population?

Have not the values of Guatemala and Honduras already ruined those nations?

Why accept people who ignore our laws?

Why accept people who abandon their children in the desert?

Why accept people who send their children unaccompanied in caravans, when they know there is a 60% chance they will be abused?

Republicans had their chance to build a border wall in 2017. They failed America.

While certainly Obama, Clinton, Biden, and both Bushes are largely responsible for this dumping of teens, children, and infants on our border, let us never forget the role of Paul Ryan and the rest of Republican leadership in Congress in enabling this catastrophe.

And it is a catastrophe for our country and these kids.

A year ago, we did not have this problem to this extent. That's because we had an American president.

Let's go back to that.

  2. Adding insult to injury, the URL in AP's story had "donald-trump" in it. That's either passive-aggressive cowardice, a move to disrupt the search engines, or both.

    1. Hey Schlong, elections matter. Especially stolen elections. Believe it. It’s only going to get worse, much worse, before it will get better, if it ever does.

    1. I'm sorry but elections don't matter anymore.

“The people who cast the votes decide nothing. The people who count the votes decide everything"

Until every corrupt globalist totalitarian is removed from society and strict voting measures are put in place with the death penalty for anyone who tries to cheat there will be no fair elections.

  5. Note for Don and others, this is how to report on the NYTimes and other Left-Wing media organizations.

Credit to The Conservative Treehouse (Sundance):

“In a PRAVDA-esque display of regime defense on behalf of JoeBama the New York Times (state run media) attempted to deny the reality of what many Americans are experiencing. However, after immediate backlash… the proverbial stealth edit, as people started pointing out the absurdity of their claims:“

The need to call a Spade a Spade, and the Left-Wing Propaganda Outlets Propaganda Outlets; and the Government Schools and Universities Indoctrination Centers is pressing.

The reality is that many, perhaps a majority, of the American People think that Demented Biden* and the minions that run his regime are Moderates.

That’s insanity, but it’s the world we live in. We all need to do more to discuss the reality of what is happening to the USA with those Americans who are willing to keep an open mind and discuss our reality rationally.

  7. Thing is, the "parents" get money sent home when they send their kids up here to be slaves.

We're back where we were 160 years ago.

  10. How many were kidnapped to make a "migrant family" as a passport to cross the border, and once the adults are across they drop their little passports as soon as they can?

    1. yes it is quite likely that kids were nabbed then abandoned by coyotes.

    2. Not willingly. There too valuable to the paedophile sex trade. Think it isn't real? Look up migrant house busts in Houston. You'll find that most of those houses are crammed with children and pre teen girls. Sometimes up and over 40 people in a small house. Their destiny is sex slavery.

  11. Any parent in the US who did this to their kids would have them taken away and the parent would be prosecuted, tried and incarcerated.
