The court must take the case

Amid ample evidence that Democrats cheated in a dozen different ways to steal the presidential election, the U.S. Supreme Court will decide the election. I have no doubt Chief Justice John McCain Roberts would love to deny President Donald John Trump his day in court because Roberts is a passive-aggressive evil little man who repeatedly stabs in the back those who entrusted him with the highest judicial office in the land.

Not hearing the case is a nifty way to certify a stolen election without accepting responsibility for their decision.

But evidence of computers flipping votes for President Donald John Trump to Xiden (as a reader calls him), of shipments of ballots from New York to Pennsylvania, of ballots marked Biden only, of Trump votes dumped, and on down the line matter.

Hundreds of whistleblowers put their lives on the line signing affidavits giving testimony to election theft. They deserve the protection of the court so that their valor is not for naught.

Readers may have noticed that I do not chase after every rumor. This situation has made people too wired to be trusted. They want President Trump to prevail and so they lie or they mislead or otherwise engage in rumor-mongering which is unhelpful.

I try to see the broader picture, and the evidence is there. Democrats did not cheat in just six states. They won by cheating in six states. I am convinced that they tried to steal North Carolina but were thwarted.

Everyone deserves his day in court.

The president made his pitch on Wednesday afternoon.

He said, "For months, leading up to the Presidential election, we were warned that we should not declare a premature victory. We were told repeatedly that it would take weeks if not, months, to determine the winner, to count the absentee ballots and to verify the results. My opponent was told to stay away from the election, don’t campaign. 'We don’t need you. We’ve got it. This election is done.'

"In fact, they were acting like they already knew what the outcome was going to be. They had it covered and perhaps they did, very sadly for our country. It was all very, very strange. Within days after the election, we witnessed an orchestrated effort to anoint the winner even while many key states were still being counted.

"The constitutional process must be allowed to continue. We’re going to defend the honesty of the vote by ensuring that every legal ballot is counted and that no illegal ballot is counted. This is not just about honoring the votes of 74 million Americans who voted for me, it’s about ensuring that Americans can have faith in this election and in all future elections."

He also said, " While it has long been understood that the Democrat political machine engages in voter fraud from Detroit to Philadelphia, to Milwaukee, Atlanta, so many other places. What changed this year was the Democrat party’s relentless push to print and mail out tens of millions of ballots sent to unknown recipients with virtually no safeguards of any kind. This allowed fraud and abuse to occur in a scale never seen before. Using the pandemic as a pretext, Democrat politicians and judges drastically changed election procedures just months, and in some cases, weeks before the election on the 3rd of November."

John McCain Roberts aided and abetted this mail-in theft by not forcing Pennsylvania to follow state law and count only those mail-in ballots that arrived by 8 PM on November 3rd, when the polls closed.

So much for his phony baloney argument that states should decide.

46 states decided to ban abortion, but this same Supreme Court in 1973 overturned those laws by creating a right out of thin air.

California voters outlawed gay marriage. The court used that to impose gay marriage on the entire land -- which was the opposite of the outcome of that vote.

He is the worst chief justice since Roger Taney.

I do not want to hear about states rights from people who routinely deny those rights.

President Trump ended his speech, "If we don’t root out the fraud, the tremendous and horrible fraud that’s taken place in our 2020 election, we don’t have a country anymore. With the resolve and support of the American people, we will restore honesty and integrity to our elections. We will restore trust in our system of government. Thank you. God bless you. God bless America."

His speech was echoic of a speech made 157 years ago.

"It is for us the living, rather, to be dedicated here to the unfinished work which they who fought here have thus far so nobly advanced. It is rather for us to be here dedicated to the great task remaining before us -- that from these honored dead we take increased devotion to that cause for which they gave the last full measure of devotion -- that we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain -- that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom -- and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth."

As a lad, I memorized that speech in school.

It is in my heart.

Government by the people now is on life support.

The 5 conservative justices must stand up to the turncoat chief justice and vote to hear the case, and then vote to toss out the elections in the 6 states Democrats stole because to do otherwise is to make this the last election in U.S. history.

  2. They'll take it and at best Trump gets a legal victory in PA (though it may not be enough to move it back to the win column where it belongs). That leaves us two states short. The Supremes will punt on those.

    17. Well, was learned of old flight stories from at the knee of a great uncle, semi-famous Air Force legend (not at Gen. Yeager's level, but certainly of note)...And may've mistaken a bit of headstrong, combative narratives posted, as negative; however remembering that hard-headedness could be a detriment, staying with a plane too long when punching out was the lifesaver; that from the great uncle's stories (though his most famous mission was staying with the plane)...Am of a somewhat similar caliber from motorcycle racing days. The hardest thing to let go of was the bike ("I can get out of this, if I just regain control"). The occasional chest spasm is an old reminder of the handlebar grip endcap, breaking the ribs it speared (stayed a bit too long). zb

      I've worked beside other highly qualified pilots that were also clueless morons when it came to anything else.
      Any one who thinks that because they are a pilot (or a Doctor, Lawyer or whatever) that they know more than anybody else simply because of their title has just proven themselves to be nothing more than an arrogant idiot.

  3. The President (Our duly re-elected 2020-24, POTUS), touched on a matter that the SCOTUS has to address and it is a major point that will be at a Brown v. Board of Topeka, KS; which undid Plessy v. Ferguson of 1896. State election shenanigans cannot be looked at on a State by State basis in national elections, even at the Congress or U.S. Senate levels. to allow any of those including, POTUS affect every American, as Congress and Senate members cast votes that affect ALL Americans.
    So, if one State has illegal voting it the has the metaphoric effect of the Titanic sinking. Each compartment that filled with water, spilling over into the next compartment which eventually pulled the mighty ship down nose first into foundering. If one State is corrupted the whole process must be put to the House of Reps. to decide the POTUS, and maybe the Senate and Reps. ZB

    The 6 states decided the election. That's the common perception. I suspect it's more. But a part of the plan was to win by just enough in states and in the electoral college to make it appear legitimate.

    The reality of vote counting as witnesses have testified to is simply gut wrenching. The fact that 95% of those in office at all government levels accept this is appalling. We do not have a government of the people and by the people. Simply put.....

    America needs paper ballots along with Voter ID and thumbprint verification - the technology exists. All precincts then count the votes and send the totals to a main computer in the state capital via Internet in encrypted packets. State voting supervisors then call each precinct head to confirm the data totals are correct. The paper ballots need be kept for at least 90 days.

    1. Every ballot needs to have a serial number. Each should have a removable tab which the voter keeps so they can verify that their vote was counted.
      Each precinct should receive enough ballots for their registered voters plus 5 percent to allow for errors.
      At each ballot site they should have a scanner and camera which records a photo of the ID and the person presenting it for later verification.
      When the counting takes place there should be three people at each table, an official counter and a representative from each party. Upon determination of the vote, the ballot should be handed to the representative for the not selected party to examine.

      I check myself out at almost all big box stores. A picture of me is taken as my credit card is processing. They can look me up if the transaction is in any way fraudulent. They have a date/timestamp and face recognition technology which can easily identify me.

    I do see our last Democrat in all his vanity. someone who loves the attention of being the maverick, the swing voter, the center of attention.     Why I think every state should be audited. The farther down the road we go, I'm more and more willing to believe Trump got 100 million votes and 410 EV.

  9. The President of the United States of America gave a 41 minute speech on the hottest topic of the day and in the msm, crickets.
    I saw only one article as I bounced around the internet this morning. The theme of that one article was that Trump had delivered the most dishonest and untruthful speech in the history of the presidency. No actual details of what he had said, just the blanket assertion that it was all lies.

    Just that and crickets.

    When the revolution comes, I expect to see the enemies of the people first against the wall.

    There is legal and there is political. Roberts is political. I couldn't stand either of the Bushes, it's hard to say which one was worse. But W's Roberts appointment - along with RBG - by a supposed "conservative" President moved the country so far away from the Constitution that Sarah Palin could no longer see it from her window.

    Lin Wood keeps bringing up - "Who is the John Roberts" on the plane manifests to Epstein Island. Say what you will about Mr. Wood, but it's possible he's onto something here.

  11. This time around, the Supreme Court, itself, in on trial, with the whole world watching. Even the crown prince of Saudi Arabia has his fingers crossed. Will SCOTUS give the middle finger to 70-80 million work-a-day, tax-paying, actual Americans, or will they issue an open invitation to cheating refugees worldwide to come on in for endless smorgasbord of goodies, courtesy of hapless taxpayers. I expect the narrowest possible ruling that settles nothing, which is their specialty. Will law and order prevail or will we have chaos as far as the eye can see? We'll soon see.

This is bad for us citizens: we are redundant and unnecessary to them. Our votes are an illusion under their system. If they keep pushing him, and they do because they obviously don't think he will react, they will find out that he will destroy them. Right now, he is still giving them a chance to surrender.

  18. Any comment concerning voting in 2022 or beyond is absolutely meaningless, unless this current voter fraud is corrected. Who in their right mind would ever trust an american election again?? Who would actually trust their ballot counted for anything?? Now that they have it perfected, the steal will happen over and over.

    If he "loses" I'm not one for burning the country down or having another revolution. We on the right are the worker bees of this country and I want to pass it down to my kids . NOOOO what we need to do is look at Saul Alinsky Rules for radicals and what DJT has done up to this point. We need to to fight( in future elections) the fight on THEIR rules . No more playing honest. There are a helluva lot of smart people on our side who can hack into Dominion software or any other electronic voting system . In 2022, make sure that Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff as well as most Democrat reps and senators lose in their home elections with 211% of registered voters participating in the elections to give them the worst shellacking in history. We need to cheat better and harder than they do. Only then will the Democrat party come to the table looking to reform the voting system. We are smarter than they are--lets figure out how to do it and get it done. We just need to find candidates who have the balls to do the right thing when they enter congress and not become part of the swamp

    Despite republicans saying they like federalism I doubt that 5% would agree with my plan.
