Cucker Tarlson sells out

As Fox News slides into its new CNN lite format, some conservatives are in denial. But Tucker, they cry. They will boycott the rest of Fox -- except for Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity and Laura Ingraham.

That's like giving up alcohol for Lent except for beer, wine, and bourbon.

Its prime time shows are its biggest moneymakers. Giving up Cavuto or some other minor show means nothing to Fox. The big money is in prime time. That is why they call it prime time.

And Carlson is laughing at his conservative viewers now. Last night, Carlson crapped on Sidney Powell for not going on his show and proving the president's case.

Who does he think he is? Chief Justice Tucker Carlson?

Ryan Saavedra reported, "Carlson said that he repeatedly tried to bring her on the show, offered to give her the entire hour to talk, and that she allegedly became angry and told his show to stop contacting her after they continued to ask for evidence."

How dare she tell him to take a hike.

So Carlson trashed her in his monologue.

He said, "So we invited Sidney Powell on this show, we would’ve given her the whole hour, we would’ve given her the entire week actually and listened quietly the whole time at rapt attention — that’s a big story. But she never sent us any evidence despite a lot of requests, polite requests, not a page. When we kept pressing she got angry and told us to stop contacting her. When we checked with others around the Trump campaign, people with positions of authority, they told us Powell has never given them any evidence of either, nor has she provided any today at the press conference. Powell did say electronic voting is dangerous and she’s right, but she never demonstrated a single actual vote was moved illegitimately by software from one candidate to another, not one.

"So why are we telling you this? We’re telling you this because it’s true. In the end, that’s all that matters, the truth. It’s our only hope, it’s our best defense. It’s how we are different from them. We care what’s true and we know you care too. That’s why we told you. Maybe Sidney Powell will come forward soon with details on exactly how this happened in precisely who did it — maybe she will, we are certainly hopeful that she will. What happened with the vote counting this month and at polling places in Detroit and the polling places in Philadelphia and a so much else actually matters. It matters no matter who you voted for, no matter whether or not you think this election is over. Until will know the answers to those questions conclusively and we can agree on them, this country will not be healed."

According to Carlson, the country won't heal unless Sidney Powell goes on his show.

Geez, even Bill O'Reilly at his zenith was not this insufferable.

(And if there is one thing we bloggers at eponymous blogs know, it is oversized egos.)

Powell has better things to do, such as prepare a Supreme Court case.

This is why people give press conferences: so they don't have to explain the same thing over and over again in 10 different interviews.

Carlson knows this. He is using this refusal to answer His Summons as an excuse to distance himself from the president and his supporters.

You know what would be refreshing? Having Democrats come on Carlson's show where he would grill them about the living dead voters and 3 AM dumps of 100,000 ballots all marked for Biden.

But booking a Democrat on his show would be difficult because Democrats prefer to work behind the scenes at Fox.

And face it, he is scared. If Fox dumped O'Reilly who built that time slot, Fox will not hesitate to dump Carlson.

Which explains why Carlson who stood up to the Conservative Establishment 4 years ago has hopped off the Trump Train.

What he does not recognize is that we have been Cheatfeated, not defeated. It will be in the hands of the Supreme Court, and not the media's paws. And I would rather Sidney Powell proved it to the 6 Old Men and 3 Old Ladies there.

UPDATE: Via Citizen Free Press, Sidney Powell went on Fox Business and replied, "No, I didn’t get angry with the request to provide evidence.

"In fact, I sent an affidavit to Tucker that I had not even attached to a pleading yet to help him understand the situation, and I offered him another witness who could explain the math and the statistical evidence far better than I can. I’m not really a numbers person.

"He was insulting, demanding and rude, and I told him not to contact me again, in those terms."

Also, I changed the headline to Cucker Tarlson as a nod to a comment.

    3. Yeah, I saw that clip of Kristen. Very disappointing to see a young woman, who might have had a brilliant future, flat-out lying like that.

Whenever I see her again, I'll know that whatever she says can't be trusted. Sad, that she has branded herself a liar for a mere salary.

It reminds me of the old joke, whose punchline is, "we know what you are, now we're bargaining over the price." For me, no sale!

    1. Ultimately the media types want "copy" - so that they can attract viewers and get high ratings.

But this often conflicts with the needs of legal proceedings.

S.P. was a federal prosecutor for ten years. She knows that she has to keep everything admissible - even if (quelle horreur!) that means not putting stuff out in public too soon and thus having it tossed out by the courts.

I'll trust an attorney rather than a media personality in things like this.

    2. I agree with Snowgander. While I would be very interested in seeing proof, if it is necessary to hold it back until it can be presented in the proper forum I will trust in Ms. Powell. I hope she doesn't let me down.

    3. Of course, no experienced attorney is going to lay out their plaintiff case before they go to court. Generalities and limited information will have to suffice. Why tell the opposing attorneys your complaints and evidence and allow them to begin a defense?

  15. Tucker is the best real journalist left on TV. He makes a valid point. Sydney Powell has made the most serious accusations of a generation. To date, she has indeed offered no real evidence. A statistical anomaly is just that until someone demonstrates conclusively the cause of the anomaly. Tucker is merely holding the right to the same standards to which he held Schiff et all over the last four years. Thank God there is at least one journalist like that out there.

I find it interesting that Powell's rebuttal essentially fell back to "I'm not a numbers person." Seriously? Right now our blogosphere has convinced she must be holding the goods for her day in court. I hope that is true, because all I see with regard to the hardware/software allegation is theory.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Disagree. When numerous statistical anomalies are beyond the range of possibility and are anchored in facts (actual tabulated votes) that is evidence that the impossible did not occur in the real world. Now I'd prefer electronic or paper trails leading back to the criminals, but I'll wait. And Sidney is tactically right to hold that back until the last minute.

  17. Oh, and Tucker, there are lots of computer experts on the internet, who can show the vote moving, using the live feed from the NYT on election night. I believe it is still out there, and they give a link to it. I've seen one guy show in several states the actual taking of votes. So, this is not some conspiracy theory. The proof is out there Tucker, if you bothered to look. But, he'd rather make controversy out of his poor reaction to Sidney's response, so he can now attract more dumbocrats to his show, to replace the real conservatives that rightly have dumped him. He really jumped the shark here. His problem, not mine.

By the way, if the NYT was receiving that live feed of votes, does anyone doubt that Trump, and his administration was intercepting that feed also? So, even if he does not have the servers, and I do believe he does have them, he still has the live vote feed. That raw vote feed, is where I believe that 410 Electoral Map that shows the Trumpslide, probably came from. Hello NSA!

"Sidney Powell just now on Glenn Beck:

Servers from ScytI in Germany were in fact confiscated and "I AM HEARING THAT IS WAS OUR FORCES THAT GOT THE SERVERS."

This is now different from her answer at the press briefing yesterday, where she claimed she didn't know if the good guys had the servers or the bad guys had them.

Those bazturds are caught now. As I said, I'm sure the Trump administration was intercepting those Dominion feeds across the Atlantic to the servers overseas (hello NSA, where the Smartmatix routines "fixed" the votes. And, now, the revalation that the servers are in the good guy's hands, which means they can pinpoint the vote fraud.

There is no way Biden will be POTUS. It's just a matter of time before the election results for Biden are nullified, as they have the raw vote feed prior to the manipulation. And from what has been leaked, is a massive Trumpslide, showing that Blacks and Latinos voted in record numbers for Trump. No way Biden gets close without a high turnout of those two. Plus, Trump increased his white votes too. The sooner this gets out, the sooner this nation can move on and prosecute those involved.

    5. Trump signed an Executive Order in 2018, that made integrity of Elections "critical

There is now collusion with a foreign entity too. Oh, would that be great or what? I can hear the squeals of the leftist MSM when it is revealed that damning information was gleaned through military surveillance on the Biden administration's activities. This is a great time to be alive, and witness this.

  36. I see no reason for Sidney to trust Carlson any more than any of the rest of the dancing marionettes at FOX. They have proven that that their principles are for sale. I won't assume that they ever had any to begin with. We also have to consider if it was all fake from the very beginning and none of them do or say anything but what they are told. That said I have to wonder if Carlson is being held in reserve as the "Tucker Torpedo" to try and strike the fatal blow. At this point there is no duplicitious, and yes TREASONOUS move by. FOX or any of them that would surprise me in the least.

  37. Carlson is hedging his bets. If, God Forbid, Biden is inaugurated, Tucker doesn't want to have to move his family to Antarctica, which may be the only safe place on the planet for American anti-communists. Carlson like the rest of them who want to keep their cushy jobs and their lives will take a HARD LEFT TURN.

  38. Well at some point you have to produce evidence that will change the election and there is evidence but in small numbers, intent with failure does not change the election

  39. I'm done. That disgusting hit job was worthy of CNN - why doesn't Cucker bring in Brian Alka-Steltzer to guest host.

When I next have the urge to lick globalist turds out of rotting diapers, I will tune into Tucker again.

    What a total fraud smh

  40. And the reason Sydney Powell or anyone else needs to kiss the low life media's ring, is what exactly. Who died and made the cheesy media whores lord over anything. We will win this fight. The cheesy FOX prostitutes' can just go sell their talent on the curb where it came from and where it belongs.

  49. Don't let "the perfect be the enemy of the very good".
The verdict is still out on Tucker. I was concerned too about his Sydney Powell comments, but bear in mind that these top 3 anchors are under severe pressure right now. We don't yet know how everything is going to play out, and how do you tread a line between having a complete VOID of conservative presence on a major network, versus being dismayed about a particular call he made on one topic. Maybe he was trying to show what he thought would be even-handedness but missed the mark a bit.
My choice is I'd rather have an anchor that is 90% correct than no anchor at all.
I remain grateful for all the indisputable good Tucker has done and on balance consider his voice a very helpful one.
I doubt Tucker will ever turn out to be a cohort of this attempted Marxist coup. If it were to become clear that he is, I will be disappointed and change my mind. But we are still a long ways from that.

  50. Thanks for this, Don. I was feeling conflicted, but you hit the nail squarely on the head: Tucker has no right to hear the evidence. Presenting it is a tedious, lengthy process and Sidney lives with it so much already that she is doubtless already tired of it. Tucker's giving himself airs of the sort Dan Rather did. Recall him saying, "It's not about me. Answer the question!" as if he were the boss. He wasn't the boss then and Tucker Carlson isn't the boss now.

    1. I enjoy Stuart. When the stock market is having a big up day Stuart can not hide his greed. He almost pees himself. He's OK but just another mannequin. Investment talk on TV is OK, but don't bet the farm on the talking heads advice, they may have an agenda of their own. Mainly they can read and talk for an hour and keep a reasonable demeanor. It is a valuable skill, but not one you would want to put your faith in. A good place for general ideas, but not professional investment advice by any stretch.
