Trump's plan to defeat the cheats

A snarky reader asked what's President Donald John Trump's plan. What is his Sun Tzu plan now, the reader taunted. I thought about it, and I have figured it out.

Democrats are stealing the election in Michigan and Pennsylvania. This bothered the heck out of many people because it seems as if nothing can be done to stop them. In Michigan, people born before the Civil War voted. In Philadelphia, Democrats ignored a court order to let Republicans observe the voting. Those are just two of the many irregularities.

Republican Senator Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania, told NBC his state's  Supreme Court "went rogue and decided to violate the U.S. Constitution, ignore Pennsylvania law, and just rewrite the law themselves.

"In Pennsylvania, unfortunately, it's been a little bit complicated by a Pennsylvania Supreme Court that went rogue and decided to violate the U.S. constitution, ignore Pennsylvania law, and just rewrite the law themselves.

"They have no authority to do that. And they extended the period of time over which ballots can arrive beyond the deadline. That's outrageous, frankly."

Some people are banking on state legislatures overturning election. Perhaps they can.

Forget recounts. The same people who counted the votes the first time will count them again.

Biden declared victory on Saturday night.

Big mistake.

Democrats took the bait. Now President Trump can go to the Supreme Court and have the elections in Michigan and Pennsylvania declared invalid. Without those Electoral College votes, Biden fails to reach 270 and the election gets thrown into the House.

Other states also may be invalidated. The Supreme Court will decide, and I believe President Trump has 5 votes and Chief Justice John McCain Roberts has only 4.

Ignoring a federal judge's order is never a good idea when you are stealing an election.

In 1876 when Sam Tilden had a majority of the popular vote and the electors he needed, but because of election irregularities, the elections were invalidated and Rutherford B. Hayes elected.

A commission decided that race. No commission will decide this one.

In 1824, John Quincy Adams lost to Andrew Jackson, who failed to have a majority of the electors needed. The House decided the election.

But the Constitution holds that the state delegations each get one vote in electing a president. Thus California's 53 seats don't matter. It gets one vote. So does Alaska.

By my count, President Trump has the 26 states he needs even if Democrats steal the House race in Alaska.

He also has a legal team that includes Mafia Buster Rudy Giuliani, Nicholas Sandmann's lawyer Lin Wood, and General Flynn's lawyer Sidney Powell. He is in good hands.

Donald Trump, the man, knew Democrats were up to something. Likely fraud. He figured out how to beat them. Now he is Sun Tzu fighting.

Ruth Ginsburg's death helped him. I am not saying The Lord intervened, but Otto von Bismarck said, "There is a providence that protects idiots, drunkards, children, and the United States of America."

(He was the man who pieced together the Republic of Germany using the USA as his model.)

Biden called for national unity on Saturday night. OK. Let us unite behind President Trump.

Never give up. Never compromise with evil.

Oh and Never Bet Against Donald John Trump.

3 counties in MI have already been fixed, advantage R. This is now verified a problem. A lot more votes could be changed or invalidated.

20,000 votes in PA were found to have been switched from Trump to Joe and the Ho.

VA has been found to have deleted 170,000 votes.

132,000 votes in Hotlanta were found to be from voters that moved. May be ineligible.

Other states also may be invalidated. The Supreme Court will decide, and I believe President Trump has 5 votes and Chief Justice John McCain Roberts has only 4.

When he sees the votes and the evidence is clear, I think he'll be a good little Chief Justice.

Just who in those states were involved? The list must be long. Seth Rich wannabe's will be falling by the wayside with two to the back of the head, any day now. Clintoncide you know. The weakness in the plan is that it requires the legislatures to refuse certification (something I've advocated since the day after the election) and the Supreme Court to rule in favor (assuming they even accept the case). I don't see either happening.

Trump already has a plan for beyond that eventuality, too. He's not gonna sit quietly on the sidelines.

    5. Hoping for multiple state legislatures or state/federal courts to invalidate what the people counting the votes in any given state produce as the results in their state is a Hail Mary. To call it a longshot is to dramatically underestimate just how remote of a possibility it is. Would I love to see it? Yes. Do I think there's a realistic chance of it happening? No. Multiple state legislatures and/or state/federal courts would have to invalidate the results in multiple states. Do I think shady stuff happened in many states? Yes. Do I think it impacted the election? Yes. Do I think that enough fraud can be proved to satisfy legislatures and judges that they have no choice but to invalidate enough votes that put Biden over the top? Sadly, no.

      Delete
    6. The really frustrating part was watching the media try to create the illusion that they proclaim the winner. That's now gone to the side, as everybody is getting an education on how the media does NOT call elections. So things are starting to look up.

The week-kneed GOPers, outside of the idiots who've already called their side, will have to see for themselves that the fraud was so large, that they will have to come to the conclusion that they are backing the wrong team. Trump will make them understand that the +71 million aren't going to back a GOP who let Trump get railroaded. He's given then ample examples of fighting and winning. So, we shall see. But the crux is going to convince the court. Somebody got to Alito, to get him to issue his order for Penn. to segregate the the after hour votes. Some convincing evidence was presented.

      Delete
    7. I read the after 8 PM votes were only around 4000. Seems like someone got creative with arrival times if that's the case.

      Delete
    8. From what I've read they already mixed a large number of late ballots into the count. Even it we trusted the to segregate going forward (do we?) there's no way to pull out anything they already counted. They separated the envelopes from the ballots long ago.

      Delete
    9. J, as soon as Alito issued his ruling on Oct 28 saying that the state court ruling allowing ballots to be received after 8:00pm Tuesday would most likely (Alito used the term "strong likelihood") be unconstitutional, that just gave the D's a week to make sure everything was "received" on time. The same people who forbade poll watchers, etc, wouldn't blink an eye about getting creative with arrival times.

  7. You think that SCOTUS is going to act as a deus ex machina and invalidate several state elections where millions of real people (regardless of fraud) participated? That is not what an originalist court would ever do. This is prima facie nonsense. If you want to guarantee court-packing next time the Democrats have the presidency and the Senate, this would be the perfect excuse for their "court reform" even for more reluctant Democrats. The Justices know this. They'll avoid making it look like they are scratching the president's back at all costs.
At the absolute most, they would order a new election in a particular state. More likely, they would invalidate certain types of ballots such as those received after a statutory deadline. Or they would order a recount/audit. But all of this only after the district courts and appeals courts rule on all the factual findings. If a district court rules that there wasn't fraud or the fraud was minimal and an appeals court agrees, the SCOTUS will be extremely reluctant to overturn findings of fact. So what value does the conservative majority have? Going forward, they will uphold election laws that would have been previously considered "too restrictive" or "burdensome" that are passed by states to avoid fraud. For example, if Pennsylvania gets a Republican governor and the legislature bans early voting, bans absentee ballots except for military personnel, requires a photo-ID+ voter ID card, the SCOTUS will uphold those 5-4 or 6-3. But those are reliant on the states to pass, not the courts to write or rewrite existing laws. Unless Trump has compiled nuclear-level fraud (which I don't entirely discount), it's probably too late for this election.
I guess this makes me a communist/progressive/fascist/RINO/defeatist/secret Never-Trumper. Or maybe I'm not an idol worshiper who thinks everything the president does in 4th dimensional chess.

Even if he wins, there still are questions about the voting system, but with Trump winning, there's a better chance that the system gets some reform. So, being pessimistic isn't an option for me, because of Trump. He has beaten the incompetents for four years. This is just another fight for him, that he knows he has to win. He's faced them all of his life.

I don't understand this "wait till 2024 spiele, because the dumbocats will control all branches of federal government through the rigged voting system.

  11. One small mistake, Don: Bismarck established the German EMPIRE. The Weimar Republic came after WWI.

It IS accurate, though, that Bismarck used the US federal system as a model. Bavaria, for example, was the most reluctant recruit into the unified Germany. To sweeten the pill, Bismarck allowed them to retain their own independent army (which they had until well into WWI, when it was no longer practical), as well as their own diplomatic corps. (Msgr. Eugenia Pacelli -- the future Pope Pius XII -- was the Vatican's ambassador to Bavaria in the 1920's.)

Pundits tell us to watch what happens if Biden becomes president, but if he starts doing what he has promised to do, we hear nothing. How about go to the streets to peacefully protest and resist the Left's expected violence if attacked.

I'm ignoring all the spreaders of fear, uncertainty and doubt. They haven't anything new to say, but they sure can make the situation seem hopeless & that we may as well give up. Well, I ain't giving up!

Remember what Chesty Puller, USMC said: "They are in front of us, behind us, and we are flanked on both sides by an enemy that outnumbers us 29:1. They can't get away from us now!"

President Trump has the enemy exactly where he wants them! Don't know about you doomsters, but I'm going to greatly enjoy the next few weeks, and I expect the bloodbath to be both substantial and entertaining!

The FUDsters can do whatever they like, but I won't be paying any attention to them; YMMV!

Plenty of westerns ended in the defeat and/or death of the hero. Tragic heroes generally lose. That's what makes them tragic--like Trump.

  18. Here is a pretty good article summarizing the depth of the cheating:

    https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2020/11/wait_just_a_minute_some_very_good_news_may_be_coming.html

Yeah, I know, it's confirmation bias on my part. But the guy brings up some good points:

"Start with Pennsylvania. Biden, as of this writing, is at 290 electoral votes. Pennsylvania is 20.

I read the Justice Alito opinion, and it is pretty clear that he wants the after election night at 8:00 P.M. votes separated for a reason. Biden is going to lose at the Supreme Court, and they know it. Four justices already said the Pennsylvania Supreme Court cannot adjust voting rules. A new arrival, Justice Barrett, says she is there to apply the rules in the Constitution. OK, wanna bet she does?"

For those of you who are skeptical of the SCOTUS stepping in on this, THEY ALREADY HAVE, with Alito's directive. Also, they admonished the SCOPA for changing the rules. If RBG was still alive, and in SCOTUS, your cynicism is warranted. But she ain't. So, stop with the court pessimism.

"Voter fraud is kind of like larceny. A little is OK. It is even kind of entertaining.

Dead people have been voting for a hundred years in Democratic cities. It is such a constant that one would think the Republican Party would consider a Dead Voter Outreach program to get their share.

But voter fraud on this scale is just not sustainable. It does not pass the common sense test."

And, therein lies the key to this whole fraud. The dumbocrats, once again, as they did in 2016, underestimated the amount of fraud they needed beforehand, so, they had to scramble to produce the rest of the fraud to overcome the Trumpslide. When people get in a hurry, they make mistakes. Mistakes that can be found or traced. Like computer "glitches" that change votes instantly from one candidate to another. Mistakes like only filling out Slow Joe's name, and no others on the down ballots. And so on.

Patience people. Patience. More evidence is coming out daily.

Be glad you are alive to witness one of the biggest election turnarounds ever. Which, when the depth of the cheating is considered, will have to lead to SCOTUS backed reform to the States' election systems, such that the ability to commit fraud this blatantly is severely diminished.

    1. Germany divided had spent the 7 Years war, the American Revolutionary war, and the Napoleonic wars as the cockpit of conflict. The wars after unification were bigger, but they mostly took place outside German territory. Bismark would not have taken on Russia, France and Britain at the same time--or gone to war with the US. His policy was alliance with Russia, palliation of British concerns, and isolation of France. If Napoleon III had not attacked first Russia (in Crimea) and then Austria (in Italy), then there would have been no Franco-Prussian War. The idiot who started the naval arms race with Britain, pissed away the Russian alliance in favor of Austria-Hungary,and thought that central Europe could take on the entire world economy in a war of annihilation was the guy who fired Bismark--Kaiser Wilhelm II. I don't love Bismark, but he wasn't a neocon. He is famous for saying "The whole of the Balkans is not worth the bones of a single Pomeranian grenadier." The Wilhelm who fired Bismark was as stupid and arrogant as the Wilhelm who is now mayor of NY.

  24. Every time I read someone type to not have absentee ballots except for military, I hurt. For the past 10 years I have had to vote absentee. The first 6 because I was THE caregiver for my mom with dementia (she died 4 years ago at age 92); the last 4 years because now my health is such that I cannot walk much more than to the next room, and cannot stand. Taking away absentee ballots takes away the vote from millions of conservatives like me... not just fraudulent ballots from D's.

    1. Can you be driven to the polling place? In my state, Ohio, and possibly others there is an option for curbside voting. In my 10 years of being an election official, I only had one time that someone did curbside voting. We had eight curbside votes at my precinct. Just remember that can be an option.

      Delete
    2. Absentee ballots aren't the problem. Mail-in ballots are a different kettle of fish! Mail-in ballots have no chain of custody, while absentee ballots do; it's the sent-out-to-all-and-sundry mail-in ballots that are liable for fraud.

To get an absentee ballot, a registered voter has to request one. The envelope is registered to that voter when he returns it, and his vote is counted anonymously after it's taken from the envelope. The process can be checked all along the way.

Mail-in ballots are sent to everyone, and are easily collected, filled out fraudulently and returned; no one knows who sent that ballot in or whether they're registered to vote (or even alive.) Vote harvesting is easy with mail-in ballots.

In Texas we allow absentee ballots for those over 65, those suffering from illness, or have another legitimate reason for voting absentee. One blue county here tried to send out thousands of mail-in ballots to everyone in the county, but that was halted by the Texas Supreme Court.

There's nothing wrong with absentee ballots, but mail-in ballots are an invitation to fraud, and I hope they're banned everywhere!

  27. Don, don’t forget the vice president selection. Remember that the house votes by states but chooses from the top three vote getters in the electoral college. If you have a rogue voter, you could possibly have a third candidate, It could even be Hillary Clinton.

But the Senate picks the vice president from the top two, by a simple majority vote. Don’t discount that the Supreme Court could also throw out the election of the senators of the disputed states. So the Democrats could lose their Michigan vote for vice president. So let’s suppose the Republicans retain the Senate, and Mike Pence is elected vice president. What what if the house doesn’t reach a majority on the first vote, and then stops voting. Theoretically Mike Pence then becomes president because there’s a vacancy in the presidency when he is inaugurated. Thus the vice president serves as president until the house decides to vote again.

Thus these Georgia run offs could actually decide the presidency.

    ReplyDelete
  28. My question is, when this is sent to congress, are the votes automatic due to party affiliation or does a rep from each state have to issue the vote? If so, who is the rep? My only concern is a McCain job or Comey job. us thinking it is in the bank and then we get stabbed in the back. Maybe someone in the group of 26 has adoption problems like Roberts or worse a seat on the Epstein express.

  34. Trump will win in Pennsylvania once the SC invalidates mail in votes and the decision of the liberal Pennsylvania SC to decide voting laws and usurp the rights of the legislature. It appears Trump will win NC. Wisconsin, by statute will have a recount and there were Milwaukee districts had 100-120% of registered voters vote. Arizona is also more likely to go to Trump than Biden. So who looks like the real winner? Once Pennsylvania craters, Joe will be back in the bunker. Meanwhile, social and network media are censoring Americans who disagree with them
