Term II, the gloves come off

Despite all the noise, President Donald John Trump has been a nice guy. Too nice. He has been so nice that a 78-year-old demented derelict almost stole the election with 10 million illegal votes.

No more Mister Nice Guy.

His second term should see President Trump use the power we have entrusted in him to lay down the law. This means making certain changes in approach.

As entertaining as they are, he must stop the tweets, act like a businessman, and be the nicest president anyone ever saw -- on the surface. That will allow him to cover the long knives that will be deployed.

Then he should make his moves.

First he must declare the national health emergency over. The science is there. He can cite Sweden's success with herd immunity, and end this foolishness. He should make all federal buildings, parks, and beaches open. He should allow visitors and workers to decide whether they want to wear a mask.

He can point out that covid 19 deaths have been inflated by a factor of up to 10 and that its survival rate tops 99%. It is a seasonal virus.

Second, he must fire Fauci and any other political appointee who was not appointed to that office by him. He can call this a government reform aimed at bringing fresh blood and new ideas to the government that will make it work better for the American people. No one will buy this argument but it will entertain the troops while infuriating the media.

Third, he needs to use Lin Wood in his specialty, which is libel law. Wood should notify CNN, the New York Times, and the Washington Post that they must correct and retract all their Russian Collusion stories. They will believe this is a step toward libel litigation, which they will likely ignore because they foolishly believe a president will lose any and all libel suits.

Instead, President Trump should use this refusal to correct their mistakes (and the list should be so lengthy, none will) as an excuse to remove CNN, the New York Times, and the Washington Post from the press room.

If a judge orders him to reverse that, he should simply close the press room down entirely -- which is the goal -- and invite reporters into the White House on a case by case basis. Kiss up or get cut off. It is an American presidential tradition that predates John Adams.

Fourth, he must downsize government. Let the Pentagon swallow up Homeland Security -- without expanding the Pentagon payroll. Commerce can absorb the departments of education, labor and agriculture, as well as the EPA, again without an expansion of its payroll.

Likewise, the intelligence community will be pared, and the FBI turned into a training center for state and local law enforcement, National Instant Criminal Background Check System, and museum. A fish rots from the head and the FBI is now an unsalvageable Leviathan.

Elsewhere, freeze hiring. We do not need ICE to be infiltrated with communists like every other agency of the government.

The president must be willing to use the looming budget crisis as an excuse to shrink government. Make the deep state shallow again.

Finally, the president should not hesitate to fight the courts. DACA must be revisited, and the ability of a mere district judge in Hawaii to stop national policy must end as well. President Trump must use that new 5-4 conservative majority to correct decades of judicial abuse.

I also would lean on Roberts and Breyer to retire. If not, add two justices and pass a constitutional amendment making an 11 member court a permanent number.

Let three little words guide him in Term II: That's not nice.

And if it is not nice, do it with relish.

  1. By all means lean on Breyer and Roberts to retire, Breyer being first because that might make Roberts look at his hold card.

But I would advise against "packing" the court by adding justices to it, especially since we were so adamantly against it if Biden/Harris were to do the same thing. Nine is a nice number.

    1. Nine is good, but there should definitely be a constitutional amendment setting the number in stone.

Breyer is currently 82 years old. He’ll be gone soon. He may try to pull an RBG and claw his way to 2024, likely with the same result as RBG. She made it to 87, but the life expectancy of white men is 5 years less than white women.

Roberts is only 65, but propping up the two flaming leftist feminists will probably get old very quickly. He’ll likely exit SCOTUS at the first opportunity, but with the Socialist Party left decimated and demoralized by Donald Trump, he may die in office before that happens, too.

    2. Word is, what they have on Roberts is what they have on Willie, but I'd like to see some verification; the name John Roberts being awfully common.

The Wise Latina as a diabetic and, from the look of things, what my wife (nurse of 50 years' experience) calls non-compliant, so any sign of health problems should get some pressure.

The other person that might need a hint is Clarence Thomas. A good man, an honorable one (especially in view of the slugs who tried to destroy him) and one who earned his tenure. He does, however, needs to go in good time. Don't let him RBG.

      Friends don't let friends RBG.

    3. Seen the speculation on what the deep state may have on Roberts, but won't repeat it here. It may well be nonsense.

However, it seems pretty obvious that he's compromised. Gorsuch called him out when writing the opinion on the NY State case refusing the closing of religious institutions while allowing liquor stores, etc. to remain open. Roberts is not a Judge, he's a political activist.

I've heard numerous people say to stay tuned the next week or two to see what's coming out - from Sidney to Lin to President Trump to numerous real journalists on Twitter that have been proven to be right over the pat 3-4 years. All claim they've ween the evidence. Rest assured Justice Roberts is a part of it.

Just need a little more patience. What will be dropped will be unlike anything America has seen about it's government in perhaps our history. It's why this election had to be stolen.

P.S. Agree with Don's suggestions. The US government is hardly the solution to the nations problems. It needs to be realigned and shrunk. It has lost its way.

"Just need a little more patience. What will be dropped will be unlike anything America has seen about it's government in perhaps our history. It's why this election had to be stolen."

That's the most prescient two sentences I've read in months, and it's spot on!

The crooks had no choice. They KNOW President Trump knows everything. They KNOW 90 million of us (maybe more) know as well.

If President Trump got 115 million votes they would have said that idiot got 120 million. They had no choice.

President Trump has the right military spies in the right places. He wasn't caught off guard. The next 2 weeks - 2 months is going to be unbelievable.

God what a time to be alive!

    5. Why would they need to have anything on Roberts? Maybe he's a fellow traveler.

I was doing projects today with the thought equivalent of an ear worm (song in your head you can't get rid of) thinking, "What if Peter Strzok's 'Insurance Policy' was John Roberts?" He owns the FISA courts. He loathes Donald Trump. He's an Ivy League elitist. Trump's magical power is exposing the Swamp and Robert's as much a Swamp creature as anyone. A 'Bush conservative' is pretty much anything but.

    9. If Trump had spies in place and has mountains of evidence, why is he telling agencies to prepare for transition? I'm confused by the two movies being played on this screen here. Is Trump the only guy who doesn't know he won? Seems to me if things were otherwise Trump wouldn't be telling anyone to transition, quite the opposite.

    12. Evidence shows nobody has anything? Really?

Trump is the only guy that doesn't know he won?

Understand this - the American public is not just distancing themselves from the mainstream / big tech media in droves (including Fox News), they're using the Internet to communicate to one another and read alternate sites staffed by actual journalists to determine what is going in in our country.

The real reason the Soviet Union fell was because they could not control the free flow of information in a world in which computers were needed by countries to be competitive. Red China elected to solve that problem by controlling what people can see on their home computers. They enlisted the help of American Big Tech which is now implementing the same censorship here. But it will not succeed. Three are too many tens of millions of people here that are bright enough to make their own networks and communicate. Same thing is happening in European countries, Asian countries, and others all over the world.

As for this American election - people around the world know it's fixed. Even those that hate Trump know it.

    1. How many of you have seen the Johns Hopkins article from a few days ago that was since pulled?

Analysis of the data showed that in spite of the so-called COVID deaths, the US death rate in 2020 is pretty much similar to what it has been for years.

Yes, there have been deaths due to COVID - particularly to older people with conditions that undermined treating COVID cases....in the same way people with diabetes limit a Doctor in what he/she can do treating diseases that subsequently result in a persons death.

As I've said before - were the CDC a private business, it would have hundreds, and perhaps thousands, of class action lawsuits against it today. I recently told my Primary that I was confused over what the CDC was saying. His professional statement was that "Yes, it can be difficult to understand if you're not a Doctor". Then he paused and said, "Medicine is not supposed to be political".

Conserning the last, I do admit that making the assumption that Fauci's actions are due to incompetence is quite a stretch — but it is important to state “incompetence” as the reason. If you don't “shut the door” on him by highlighting his “radioactivity” he'll just wait a term then get his mits back on the levers of national manipulation.

Thus, it is a heavy burden Trump carries. As sitting POTUS, he has the EOs to act, along with the evidence to show, and the Military to use in rounding up the perpetrators who attacked the critical election infrastructure. This will cause massive civil unrest like non seen in our lifetimes. But he desires a peaceful resolution which, does NOT involve him conceding. He will bring the evidence to the SCOTUS, because they must hear it. I do not envy Trump's position, but I am so glad he is the sitting POTUS, because I trust no other person to "do the right thing" in this unprecedented time.
