Judge threw out PA election in 1994 over fraud

Some say that President Donald John Trump cannot get the courts to stop the steal, but it has been done before.

In Pennsylvania.

The New York Times reported on February 19, 1994, "Vote-Fraud Ruling Shifts Pennsylvania Senate."

The story said, "Saying Philadelphia's election system had collapsed under a massive scheme by Democrats to steal a State Senate election in November, a Federal judge today took the rare step of invalidating the vote and ordered the seat filled by the Republican candidate.

"In making such a sweeping move, the judge, Clarence C. Newcomer of Federal District Court here, did for the Republicans what the election had not: enable them to regain control of the State Senate, which they lost two years ago.

"Judge Newcomer ruled that the Democratic campaign of William G. Stinson had stolen the election from Bruce S. Marks in North Philadelphia's Second Senatorial District through an elaborate fraud in which hundreds of residents were encouraged to vote by absentee ballot even though they had no legal reason -- like a physical disability or a scheduled trip outside the city -- to do so.

"In many instances, according to Republicans who testified during a four-day civil trial last week, Democratic campaign workers forged absentee ballots. On many of the ballots, they used the names of people who were living in Puerto Rico or serving time in prison, and in one case, the voter had been dead for some time.

"'Substantial evidence was presented establishing massive absentee ballot fraud, deception, intimidation, harassment and forgery,' Judge Newcomer wrote in a decision made public today.

"The district, which includes white, black and Hispanic neighborhoods, is overwhelmingly Democratic by registration. Nonetheless, campaign workers testified that widespread voter apathy had prompted them to promote a "new way to vote" to insure a victory. Door to Door for Votes

"In addition to specific instances of wrongdoing, the state Republican Party, which filed the suit, contended that the door-to-door solicitation of votes by the Democrats was not permissible under the state election code, which says the Philadelphia County Board of Elections 'shall deliver or mail' the ballots to a voter."

Vote fraud is not new.

They did it in 1994, got caught, and a federal judge stopped the steal.

Stopping the steal in 2020 will not be easy. The swamp is filled with devious creatures. And really, will Justice Amy Coney Barrett fear the mob ransacking her house?

But the president will take those odds. He fights.

Actual liberal Alan Dershowitz, who still believes in free speech and racial equality, told Breitbart News that President Donald John Trump will prevail in his lawsuit to win the Pennsylvania election back from the Democrats who stole it.

Via the Law Officer, Dershowitz said, "I do think that Trump will win the Pennsylvania lawsuit … namely, the lawsuit that challenges ballots that were filed before the end of Election Day, but not received until after Election Day.

"The [Pennsylvania] legislature had basically said no to that, and the state Supreme Court said yes because of the pandemic. That may have been the right decision in some theoretical sense, but the Constitution doesn’t permit anybody in the state but the legislature to make decisions about elections."

His precedent is the Bush v. Gore ruling in 2000.

The law says the ballots must be received by Election Day.

The Democrat-controlled court rolled the dice. 9 showed up. So they said ballots received 9 days after the election still count.

Democrats have planned the Big Steal for years. They rented computer election software to states, and then programmed the software to change votes. They exploited the pandemic fears to use mail-in ballots to steal the election.

This is a battle for America. Under a Democrat administration, everyone will lose citizenship. Already, Democrats and RINOs have used covid 19 to abridge the rights of association and freedom of worship. Breitbart calls it covid 1984, an apt name.

While Dershowitz concentrated on the Pennsylvania case, the court also should take up Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, and Wisconsin -- states where big city Democrat machines stuffed the ballot box in the wee hours of the morning to strip rural and suburban voters of their voting rights. Cancellation of a vote by an illegal vote is the ultimate voter suppression.

Another old school liberal, Geraldo Rivera talked to the president, who is upbeat and positive.

Rivera tweeted, "Just had heartfelt phone call with friend Donald Trump who said he's a realist who'll do the right thing, but he wants to see 'what states do in terms of certification. He sounded committed to fighting for every vote and if he loses, talking more about all he's accomplished.

"He seemed like a heavyweight champion who is behind in points leading into the final round, but determined to fight on, knowing all the refs have scored the fight for the other guy. Still, he's going to answer the final bell, looking for the knockout he knows is a longshot."

He is Rocky.

He always was a longshot.

The nomination.

The election.

Surviving 4 years of deep state hell.

Now this.

Alex Parker at Red State wrote, "I’ve marveled at the guy’s resilience. Never before in contemporary American politics has someone been treated so colossally absurd."

President Trump is in the lion's den. The Archangel Michael guards and advises him.

U.S. Grant fought to end slavery.

Donald Trump fights to stop its return.

We did it in 1994. We can do it in 2020.

They're trying the old Ozark Mafia tactic of just brazening it out. Won't work this time because somebody won't stand for it.

    1. Yep ed. 73 million (and counting) are NOT going to go quietly into the night if by some miracle the election is stolen.

But, no need to worry. Trump sure ain't, as he rode through some of that 73 (and counting) million in DC this afternoon to go golf. But, but, they tell me Trump is dejected, and is ready to concede. Yeah, riiiight. That sounds of desperation.

There will be more evidence coming. Per Lin, Sydney, and others.

    2. Agreed.

And when he wins either now or in 2024 he will drive the moonbats on the left insane. Again.

  7. Georgia’s recount seems very odd. Doesn’t include the senate race. They aren’t validating write in ballots to see if they are legal. Lyn Wood has become another indispensable man.

  8. Also, PA is not enough. He has to run an inside straight. Not likely.

But narrowing the margin of defeat still has a purpose. It denies Bidet (sic) a mandate and gives Trump continued relevance to harangue the clown from the sidelines during his four-year re-election campaign.

Also, Ann Coulter really ticked me off blaming this loss on Trump. Without Trump we would be facing Hitlery Clinton's second term.

    1. Ann Coulter is a pathetic worn out act. This is a person who has eagerly supported Mitt Romney and Chris Christie in the past.

She is ALL about herself and her act.

She is not “principled” at all.

In her own unique way, she is another Matt Drudge.

  10. Sidney Powell dropped some pretty big news yesterday regarding the electronic portion of this fraud. The military has seized the servers overseas. She says the Kracken will be released. This is tracking with what Thomas Wictor has been saying.
    Let's wait and see.

If she really has the numerical goods on Dominion (include seven-figure numbers of votes having been discarded or changed), will be naming names, and has evidence tracing much of this back to hostile foreign powers... well, let's get on with dealing with it.

    3. We just watched the Lou Dobbs interview with Sydney Powell. Wow!! It's 8 minutes and well worth the time to see it. She is livid, and when she vows to "release the Kraken", you can be sure this is far from over.
It's available on any number of platforms, we watched from the post by Sundance at CTH.

    5. Yep. We will soon be shown the clear evidence of fraud, and foreign intervention in this (and other) election. Stay tuned, and hold on, as the ride is going to get rough. For those involved, of course.

Trump is letting the states and their political leaders show themselves. He is doing this Constitutionally. He's got other evidence coming, that once the crooked states and courts show themselves, he will then show evidence that exposes their theft. No one who is down and ready to concede acts like this. Trump is using patience to set his trap to expose the maximum number of crooks.

Also, I believe a federal judge overturned an election in north carolina due to some fraudulent activity by a repubican. He or she required a do over.

  16. In 2016, Trump's unexpected victory felt like receiving a death sentence pardon from the governor. It was such a wonderful feeling I - and millions of others - couldn't stop smiling. If Trump wins this I cannot imagine what I will be feeling. Right now I feel like I am strapped in the electric chair and the executioner has his hand on the switch.

  17. Whatever happens, the Democrats do not have the mandate they expected and their attempts to ride roughshod will be met by a resistance that dwarfs what they threw at Trump.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Only the rank & file of Dems expected a mandate, and only because that's what the "news" told them to expect. In actuality, President Trump received the landslide victory that we on the Right had expected, but were cheated out of.

The chief crooks in the Dem hierarchy knew that if they were lucky, it would be close enough for them to steal the election thru their well-setup vote fraud plans. They were caught out by not even coming close, so they panicked; thus we see all kinds of impossible vote counts, and the big giveaway of Trump's going from a big win on Nov. 3, to a complete turnaround on Nov. 4, following huge fake vote dumps in the wee small hours of the morning.

Soon, as Sidney Powell has said, "the Kraken will be released." And as Thomas Wictor has said, "Trump's a showman, he's letting the suspense build before the third act, when the hero turns the tables on the bad guys." (Paraphrased, not an exact quote.)

I hope you're well supplied with popcorn & drinks, the celebration will be huge! So will the relief we will all feel!

    1. In the above referenced Sydney Powell interview, she says that "If these states are stupid enough to certify a fraudulent election, they will be facing federal felony charges."
And the constitution is quite clear. If neither candidate gets that 270 EC threshold, it goes to congress; each state getting ONE vote.
