Down ballot proves Democrats cheated

The New York Times ran this weekend, "How Democrats Suffered Crushing Down-Ballot Losses Across America." The story -- and that is what all political reporting is, stories -- would have you believe that 12 million Americans were so angry with Drumpf that they spent hours in line to vote against him, and then they turned around and voted a straight-ticket Republican ballot.

It is not as if Democrats only wanted President Donald John Trump overthrown, they targeted Republican congressmen and state legislators.

And yet they failed to flip the lesser races where no one really gave a damn. The Democrat House campaign was flush with money, and yet at last count they had lost 10 seats.

But we are supposed to believe there was a magical Biden Landslide that carried only him and nobody else.

The story said, "That dawning truth is evident in the narrower majority that House Democrats will hold in Congress next year, and especially in the blood bath that the party suffered in legislative races in key states around the country, despite directing hundreds of millions of dollars and deploying top party figures like former President Barack Obama to obscure down-ballot elections.

"This year, Democrats targeted a dozen state legislative chambers where Republicans held tenuous majorities, including in Pennsylvania, Texas, Arizona, North Carolina and Minnesota. Their goal was to check the power of Republicans to redraw congressional and legislative districts in 2021, and to curb the rightward drift of policies from abortion to gun safety to voting rights.

"But in all cases, Democrats came up short. None of their targeted legislative chambers flipped, even though Mr. Biden carried many of the districts that down-ballot Democrats did not. It could make it harder for Democrats to retain a House majority in 2022."

The 2020 Census becomes official next year, which will require re-districting by state legislatures for congressional and legislative seats, as well as lesser offices.

We know what happened.

All the signs point to a Trump Landslide.

Democrats would have you believe Michiganders and Pennsylvanians were so angry with President Donald John Trump that they voted him out -- but voted Republicans in down the ballot.

If so, why did Ohio not flip? President Trump carried Ohio by 8 points in 2016, and by 8 points again in 2020.

Biden and company campaigned their hearts out in Florida. President Trump carried it by 3 after carrying it by 1.2 points in 2016.

Not convinced that Democrats stole the election?

Try this.

The Times reported, "In the Phoenix suburb of Chandler, a Republican won a Statehouse seat in 2018.

"This year, outside groups spent $1.3 million trying to unseat the Republican state senator from Chandler, J.D. Mesnard. Although Mr. Biden carried the district, Mr. Mesnard won by an even larger margin than two years ago."

They spent a million on a $2 seat and wound up proving they cheated Arizonan voters out out their presidential electors.

The U.S. Supreme Court has until a week from Tuesday to fix this theft. We shall see if we still have justice in America.

But we do know who we elected president on November 3rd, and it was not Joe Biden.

  1. I find it typically myopic that the article talked about not flipping a single red state legislature, but didn't mention New Hampshire flipping from blue to red. https://www.thedartmouth.com/article/2020/11/republicans-unexpectedly-gain-control-of-nh-state-government

Typically myopic? there's no need to cast doubt where Trump won because the Republicans weren't engaged in massive voter fraud neither were they enabling domestic terrorist groups to destroy cities while telling police to stand down. 2. This. This is the Canary in the Coal Mine. Down ballot candidates never, ever do better than the lead candidate, especially in Presidential races. “I think Donald Trump drove a whole bunch of people who are willing to vote Republican out of that column at the federal level,” Muirhead said. “They didn’t want Trump supporters in Congress. They didn’t want Trump supporters in the Senate. And they didn’t want Trump in the presidency.”

  3. Good column Don. Not enough angry Americans are out in the street, protesting the voting fraud that stole the election for Harris/Biden.

Either that, or the MSM has effectively prevented coverage of the numerous spontaneous outbreaks of massive numbers of protesting Americans.

Without such protests, all the work of President Trump and his team of lawyers will come to naught.

I tend to agree with other commenters on this site who claim President Trump, his family, and his close and trusted political team are already in the process of gaming out the next four years; with President Trump outside the White House.

Facing reality does not mean conceding defeat; it means understanding the battlefield and planning for the next major engagement.

Way too many on our side who could have fought back at the time, sat on their lard butts and ALLOWED the massive Democratic Party machine voting fraud operation to take the election away from us.

Let that sink in. It hurts, and it should.

    3. Right now, it's on Trump, because he prepared this trap, and he has the goods, and the method to use them. He is using the courts first, to expose the fraud to the public (along with the slow leaking of other details), and the elite cabal of fraudsters who fell for this trap. As they learn more about how this trap caught them, hopefully they will realize their best action is to concede. But, hubris is a powerful drug, and right now the fraudsters are high on it. Trump has another path, and carlosmezon pointed some of it out above.

Be patient. If the courts (SCOTUS) don't do their job, then Trump will do his. Trump lets his supporters know when he needs them by organizing rallies. Like he did prior to the election, when he inspired them to vote for him in record numbers; numbers that overwhelmed the software, such that the mail-in and absentee ballots were used to overcome Trump's lead. You can always use the option of contributing money if you fell you must do something.

There is no folly on Trump's part, or actions. Sidney Powel and Rudy Guiliani both confirmed yesterday, that Trump watched the election in real time from the SCIF in the Eisenhower Building. Google what a SCIF is if you don't know. That confirms he was not taken by surprise. He was there to capture what was happening in real time, and to run the intel op on the attack of the critically designated election infrastructure.

    6. What makes you think that President Trump "is not up to the task"? What exactly would you have him do now? I believe that he is doing every thing (within his power) that can be done right now. The good news is that, every day, more evidence of massive fraud is being revealed. Including more people that were eyewitnesses to what occurred on Election night and beyond. This will all add to the very compelling and (hopefully) convincing argument that the Election was indeed fraudulent and stolen. Then it will be up to the certifying state legislatures and (likely) the Supreme Court to weigh in and decide. Patience is needed in the meantime.

Reading between the lines of this crisis, I see that The People are no longer necessary. I hope that I don't need to explain what a bad position it is for us to be in. Just in the last 4 weeks, we've discovered that the powers that be can manufacture as many votes as they need to elect any President or Congressman they want- all by will, Media coverup, printing press and electronic manipulation. Turn us into Venezuela. Give us their choice of candidates (on both sides), and create a mirage for the election.

Thankfully, Trump had other ideas, and formulated a plan since at least 2016 to set this trap. You have to let the enemy show themselves. He had a preview of how the cheat would work in 2018. And because Trump's supporters voted in record numbers this last election, the cabal had no choice but to show the steal right out in the open. They are caught. The only question is will they take the smart move and concede, or will their hubris cause them destruction, along with massive civil unrest.

    2. The main problem with voter laws is that they are of the state not the US gov. The SCOTUS does not have the power to intervene into most of these cases unless a federal law was broken. And since the troublesome states have elected Democrat Supreme judges there is little chance of them ever overturning an election that was stolen.

      Delete
    3. Oh hell yes the SCOTUS can, and has, intervened into state election matters. See Gore vs Bush. Some of the same arguments used then, are being used by Guiliani and his team in his arguments against the fraud. For instance, the violation of the 14th Amendment, the equal protection clause, is being used because the rules were different in the counties with high cheating, where Slow Joe won, than they were in the low to no cheating counties where Trump won. Further, two, or three of the sitting SCOTUS judges argued the Gore vs Bush case (on behalf of Bush) to the SCOTUS.

This has been discussed on the internet in many blogs. You may need to find other sources if your source has not informed you of this.

  16. Let's keep in mind that if things go right, neither SCOTUS nor any of the courts (!) will have to get involved or matter. The most promising route right now is that the state legislatures in at least some of the "affected" states will use the obvious fraud to invoke their Article II responsibilities.

There are six affected states, five of which have GOP control of the legislature. Roughly speaking, fix three and that flips the main contest.

Personally, I want the repairs to go further - since, inter alia, the MI Senate seat was clearly stolen as well (give it back!).

BTW, not sure exactly what went on late yesterday in GA ("Yes. No. Yes." Shakespeare, Richard II - I think), but getting an order that the machines have to be left untouched for an audit puts the bad guys in a bind. If they don't "clean up" they'll get caught, but if they do "clean up" they will be wide open to a spoliation finding - which is actually the poorer outcome for them! (That's why the spoliation laws are what they are - to make it so bad to do something like that that no one will even think about doing it.)

    1. Good post Snowgander. As usual. If the legislatures act according to what you propose, that is what Trump wants. It is what I want.

He can deal with the cabal of elitist fraudsters after swearing in for his second term, and the civil unrest resulting won't be near as bad. He can demonstrate that he really won in a Trumpslide, and pretty much delegitimize the fraudsters. Any punishment they incur after that, will be just icing on the cake. Plus, he will have the mandate to reform the election system.

As for GA, it doesn't matter what the fraudsters attempt to do with the machines, as the data from them has already been captured. See testimony from US Army Colonel Phil Waldron, who testified that Packet Traffic was observed from US to Frankfurt, Germany. Most likely, to a Scytl server in Frankfurt Germany. Boom! The data has been collected. All that the idiot Governor and SOS in Arizona did by certifying a (known) fraudulent vote, is open themselves up to the terms of punishment laid out in federal election law, and the EO Trump signed in 2018. It sucks to be them.

  20. I wish I could buy into this, although I am gratified that the GOP held its own in state legislative races.

However, many of the suburban House seats captured by the Dems in 2018 were not returned to the GOP this year, including two in Atlanta, one in DFW, one in Houston, one in Seattle, two in Mpls-St. Paul, two in Philadelphia, one in northern VA, and two in northern NJ.

I'm hoping that a GOP-controlled 2022 reapportionment in certain strategic states and loss of seats in blue states will correct that.
