U.S. media officially is communist propaganda

"The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist" -- Charles Baudelaire, 1821-1867, as translated.

The devil's second greatest trick was convincing Americans that communism is dead.

Li Yuan of the New York Times ran a strange piece, "With Selective Coronavirus Coverage, China Builds a Culture of Hate. The state propaganda machine highlights other countries’ mistakes while suppressing China’s, fueling anger toward foreigners and domestic critics alike."

The piece was almost as if the Times were on America's side for once.

It was a rare story on Red China that used the word communist. Twice.

The story began, "Trevor Noah, the host of The Daily Show, has won praise on the Chinese internet for his searing criticism of the Trump administration’s mishandling of the corona virus pandemic. So has Jerry Kowal, an American who makes Chinese-language videos chronicling the dire situation in New York."

Trevor Noah as a front man for communist propaganda? That's absurd. Why he's as American as apple p--

Oh wait. He's from South Africa. In a nation of 328 million people, Comedy Central could not find a presenter for its nightly Fake News show. Maybe the network is trying to break into the Johannesburg market.

The clips from Noah's show are used to shield the Communist Party, according to the New York Times. Chairman Xi is not mentioned in the story, however, I kept double checking the source to make sure it was not OANN, as Yuan wrote as if communist propaganda is a bad thing.

The story said, "Using the West’s transparency and free flow of information, state media outlets chronicled how badly others have managed the crisis. Their message: Those countries should copy China’s model. For good measure, the propaganda machine revved up its attacks on anybody who dared to question the government’s handling of the pandemic.

"For many people in China, the push is working. Wielding a mix of lies and partial truths, some young people are waging online attacks against individuals and countries that contradict their belief in China’s superior response.

"These tactics aren’t new. Many Chinese children of my generation read a newspaper column for students called 'Socialism Is Good. Capitalism Is Bad.' Each week, it described the wonders of China alongside the hardships of capitalist societies. The lesson: Socialist China takes care of its people, while people in the United States go hungry and the elderly die alone."

Socialism Is Good. Capitalism Is Bad?

Who knew the peasants of Red China were getting an Ivy League education?

The story said, "The Chinese official media and online commenters loved Mr. Noah even more after Bill Gates, the billionaire philanthropist, said on his show that the ebbing of cases in China was 'very good news.' Global Times subtitled a clip of the praise, which has been viewed nearly 18 million times and liked a quarter of million times on the tabloid’s official account on Weibo, a Twitter-like platform."

As an aside, I always wondered about one thing in Animal Farm. It ends with the pigs dining with the farmers. I wondered why farmers ate with pigs. Bill Gates has answered my question. Pigs of a feather flock together. It is all about power over people.

The communists praise Noah. One said, "Trevor has the correct value system." Another said, "I love this guy."

If your show has the official seal of Red China's Communist Party, you are doing it wrong. Calling propaganda satire does not make it so.

Noah and much of the media are promoting Red China's Communist Party line. Red China wants to strike fear in Americans and undermine the American economy. The plan is working.

Some people wanted to be convinced. The rest of us know better.

    Ditto.

  4. Speaking of communist propaganda, I saw this on cnbc a few minutes ago titled: Stocks fluctuate on news of possible coronavirus treatment.

"The Dow slashed a 400-point gain and nearly went negative after The Financial Times, citing documents accidentally published by the World Health Organization, said that Gilead Sciences’ drug remdesivir did not improve patients’ condition or reduce the coronavirus pathogen in their bloodstream. Those findings, according to the report, came from a clinical trial in China."

After reading that paragraph, I asked myself 'Why after all this, would anyone believe ANYTHING that comes from the WHO or China?'

  5. Wonder what’s going on at the NYT as well. Another story was “ Where Have All the Heart Attacks Gone?," which was referenced in this excellent article - https://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2020/04/covid19_lockdowns_are_killing_thousands_of_americans.html

  6. Your headline has been obvious to anyone with critical thinking abilities for quite some time. Communist propaganda began in the U.S. even before the Bolshevik Revolution. In a free country there will always be a Fifth Column trying to subvert it.

Propaganda: What lies behind us and what lies before us are small matters compared to what lies right to our faces.

    1. Waiting, waiting, waiting for the return of common sense. There are some encouraging signs. A lot more torches and pitchforks would help. In the meantime, it would help if they left their guns at home. It makes for bad optics, which is something we don't need. - Gary B

  8. Yikes. I might have to get off my keister. Vanguard, my mutual fund company, did an online article entitled. “Why Global Recovery May not look like China’s.” It was written an, ahem, Chinese-American woman (?), Vanguard’s Asia-Pacific chief economist, and included much “data” from the National Bureau of Statistics of China. Alles heil Sieg heil! Holy dragon shite, Batman! I’ll be lodging a formal complaint with my rep here in a few minutes.

  9. I would love to see Trevor Noah move to China and start mocking President Xi five nights a week on the Commie News Network.

TRy to get away from them now.
Just read a long piece on Diane Feinstein.
Her and her husband's China dealings are appalling. She should be investigated. She was one of the chief shills for setting policy to reduce our strength and hand it over to China. No one should be surprised though. All Bolsheviks play well together.
