  21. Our Lord protect you. You are missed. We will move on without you, but in a diminished way.

  22. “To everyone he knew he wrote that he was going on a very dangerous mission. "They asked for volunteers. It's very dangerous, but someone has to do it. I'll write you the instant I get back." And he had not written anyone since.”
    ― Joseph Heller, Catch-22

  23. Happy Easter to our absent host and all his readers.
From the endless hinterlands of Western Australia, a story to gladden the heart:
"The Bruce Rock community has rallied together to create a temporary supermarket after the town’s only grocery store was burned to the ground last month."

  24. Thankfully I can "Older Posts" back far enough to not remember and get my daily Surber fix.

  25. Prayers to you and your family---

  26. Happy Easter my friend. Gonna be a tough week without you. See you when you get back.

  27. I saw this post and immediately thought of Michael Corleone saying, "Today I settle all family business"

Then it occurred to me that "Don" could be a title rather than a name.

  28. Charles Vavruska, Town Hall:

“At 10:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 25, while still in this waiting area, my doctors gave me the bad, but unsurprising, news: I had tested positive for COVID-19. Within an hour, they put me on hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin, which appears to enhance HCQ’s therapeutic effects.
Thursday morning, March 26, the doctor confirmed that I was taking the anti-malarial HCQ and Zithromax together. “The Trump Treatment?” I asked. “Yes,” she replied. “The Trump Treatment.”
That night, doctors transferred me to a room. I already felt better, just 19 hours after I first took the HCQ and Z-pack. Once in the room, which I shared with another man, everything was calm, and the care went from great to excellent.
Friday morning, a nurse asked me how I was.
“I feel good! I got the Trump Treatment.”
He laughed and asked, “Is that what they’re calling it on the street?”
Later that day, the same nurse told me that he had to give me a blood thinner. “Why?” I wondered.
“Because you are lying around and doing nothing all day,” he said. “We call it the Obama shot!””…….

  29. I earned $5000 ultimate month by using operating online only for 5 to 8 hours on my computer and this was so smooth that i personally couldn’t accept as true with before working on this website......>>>

  30. I'm not sure if giving up for Lent or doing without Mr. Surber for 3 days was longer. Glad you are back.
