The experts in Washington told you killing General قاسم سلیمانی ignited World War 3. I told you it would bring peace. I trusted President Donald John Trump. They hate him. I got it right. They didn't.
Hate makes you stupid.
Killing قاسم سلیمانی jeopardized Iran's terrorism program which he headed. Today, President Trump followed through with a Middle East proposal that creates a Palestinian state, opens Temple Mount to all three Abrahamic religions, and invests $50 billion to create a million jobs for Palestinians.
Matt Drudge ignored the story of the century in favor of the Corona Virus and impeachment, both of which are overhyped with little impact on humanity. Remember when we removed Bill Clinton and ebola wiped us out?
President Trump's plan creates a Palestinian state out of Israel. The United States and other countries (read that Saudi Arabia and the Gulf states) would invest in the Palestinian state.
The Washington Examiner, "The plan was three years in the making and spearheaded by Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner.
"Palestinians have presumptively rejected the proposal, with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas calling Trump a dog.
"'They called me from Washington, and I did not pick up the phone,' Abbas said, according to the Jerusalem Post. 'I said no and I will continue to say no ... We are going for difficult days, and we are beginning to bear the consequences of the refusal. Resistance must be escalated at all points of friction. All young people must be encouraged.'
"Protests rocked Gaza on Tuesday ahead of the announcement, with demonstrators burning tires and chanting."
His reluctance stems from a desire to keep power through fear. But an increasingly dollar-starved Iran is running out of money and will to support Abbas financially. Economic sanctions and the occasional missile put pressure on Iran to give up terrorism.
This is a business deal.
The Jerusalem Post also reported, "The peace plan, which Trump said was already supported by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his main rival Blue and White head Benny Gantz, would give Israel full control of the settlements and its undivided capital in Jerusalem."
Israel's election is March 2.
The plan states, "The sovereign capital of the State of Palestine should be in the section of East Jerusalem located in all areas east and north of the existing security barrier, including Kafr Aqab, the eastern part of Shuafat and Abu Dis, and could be named Al Quds or another name as determined by the State of Palestine."
That's a huge concession by Israel.
Hitler's suicide ended World War 2 in Europe. Killing Soleimani avoided World War 3 and brought hope for peace.
I don't see how an independent country along side of Israel will work. The missiles will flow into the country and then be fired at their neighbors.
ReplyDeleteWhen the missiles are then fired from that new sovereign nation into Israel, Israel will then be able to declare formal war via the U.N. and as a consequence do 1000X more than they can do now about ending it once and for all. I wonder if the hajji's have taken 'that' into account.
DeleteI made the same argument in support of the Israeli withdrawal from Gaza. I still think that was a good idea, but the 'international community' never accepted that Gaza had to behave itself not that the Israelis could treat it as an external threat.
Delete"President" Abbas - elected in 2004 to a 4 year term and still "in office" and running the place, if you can call it "running".
ReplyDeleteThis is what the Democrats claim Trump wants - which is a major case of projection, since it is what the Democrats want.
Anyway why does everyone call him "President" as if he is legally in office (according to the wonky Palestinian idea of "legal")? Why not something more accurate, like "Thug-In-Charge"?
Let me guess, the US is PAYING the mideast for peace. I'd rather we bomb them back to the stone age.
ReplyDeleteThat wouldn’t be cricket.
DeleteThe good news is that we don't play cricket.
DeleteTo get to the stone age they would need to advance a couple of millennium..
DeleteI've always thought that a second state would be a boon to Israel. Once that happens, rockets and terrorism become acts of war. Thus allowing for national response by the Israelis.
ReplyDeleteOne rocket, Israel invades and conquers. Problem solved.
Mike, dammit...don’t you KNOW the consequences of breaking a pinky swear?
DeleteA noogie?
DeleteWinner winner...
DeleteThat's what they said about Gaza: "if they shoot rockets into Israel it'll be an Act of War and Israel can lower the boom." Hasn't worked out like that. If this plan takes effect it's just another "strategic" retreat to a less defensible position. The Pals will never accept the status of a disarmed enclave within Israel.
DeleteIf Abbas and crew had a functioning brain and wanted peace and prosperity, think of the nice resorts they could have on the Mediterranean. But no, they want suicide bombers, squalor and death to the infidels. As someone said, they never miss an opportunity for an opportunity.
ReplyDeleteThey never miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity.
DeleteAbba Eban said Palestinians never miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity. He was right.
ReplyDeleteThank G-d the arabs will refuse this plan, so Israel doesn't have to. The arabs got Gaza, built up and beautiful, and they destroyed it. If they get anything else they will destroy that too. They don't want to live in Israel, they want to destroy Israel.
ReplyDeleteThe arabs think "compromise" is another word for "LOSING." Like POTUS, they have contempt for losers, so they would never stoop to compromise. If they did agree to one, they would conveniently ignore the "promise" part and just go ahead with doing what they were doing, thinking that anyone dumb enough to believe them deserved being cheated.
--- We got Mexico's Texas fair and square in the 19th century, and we ain't giving it back--- Israel got Palestine in 1948, and it's theirs...forget divvying it up for a band of angry misfits. Expel 'em to the Jordanian desert for a few decades again as refugees, if they can't accept Israel as their sovereign. Tje Temple Mount is Israel's and they can do as they please with it. If they want to put a Hilton Hotel there, it's their land, their call. We developed every bit o' sacred native American bit of ground on Manhattan Island; they put casinos on their own reservations. Israel has rights and it's time for Jared to stop playing cartographer/ and mapmaker like the idiot Brits did causing three of the World's hotspots: India/ Pakistan; Palestine; and Iraq. Here, endenth the rant. ZBest
ReplyDeleteI'm with you 200%, but I still think this plan is great ... because just as the mighty Trump pulled away the veils covering the frauds that are the US administrative state and the "foreign aid" money-laundering arrangement, so too will he reveal the endless "peace process" as another scam designed to perpetuate Judenhass and enrich the corrupt pols, QUANGOs, and "experts."
DeleteWhat does "Judenhass" mean?
DeleteJust like the swamp critters, Trump is showing the public that the Palestinians are composed of evil and that there's no negotiating with them.
ReplyDeleteTrumps offered the carrot. I suspect the stick will follow when the Palestinians refuse to accept it.

I've seen a map like this before.

If we and other countries have 50 billion to spend on Palestine, why don't we just use that as award money for turning in terrorists? That could be the best economic plan ever. It would work something like this: any Palestinian who calls the hotline and provides evidence leading to the arrest of a terrorist planning an attack or a wanted terrorist that has committed attacks in the past is awarded $500,000 cash, and a house, car and furniture worth $500,000 inside Israel. It would be like the witness protection plan so they wouldn't have to fear of reprisals. So at a cost of $1 million a piece they would be able to remove 50,000 terrorists from Palestinian territories (probably a greater number than that since some of the tips will lead to multiple arrests, but the million dollar reward is per tip, not per terrorist). After the first 1,000 or so are taken out, the distrust among Palestinians would grow to intolerable levels. After about 20,000 are taken out or imprisoned, many terrorists would consider getting a day job!
ReplyDeleteI don't think they would have to spend the whole 50 billion. Once enough of the trash is removed the normal people can take over the streets and get to living their lives again. Whatever money is left can be used for real economic development in a safe and stable market that will start to attract investors once Hamas is gone for good.
Just a thought. In any event, there can be no deal as long as Hamas is still there.

President Trump's offer is not as good as offers that the Palestinian Authority rejected in 2000 and 2008. Israel also insists on retaining the Jordan valley to prevent arms trafficking to the Palestinian state. However, this is the best that the Palestinians can get and it won't get any better for them if they hold out. Significant segments of the Arab world have had enough of throwing away their money on them.
ReplyDeleteNB
Political commentators never miss an opportunity to quote Abba Eban on Palestinians never missing an opportunity.

The point of this is to expose the "palestinians" for what they are: genocidal terrorists.
ReplyDeleteThey are being offered everything they could possibly hope for, everything they claim to have desired for decades - and they reject it out of hand.
Because it would prevent them achieving their real goal: genocide. They'll settle for nothing less than the extermination of every Jew in Israel and the absolute obliteration of the nation of Israel.
This offer makes it impossible to plausibly contend otherwise - from now on.
The Pelishtim (the Hebrew word for Palestinians/Philistines) will refuse the offer. The Arab states will then cut off any more aid. The US SHOULD follow suit. That would leave only Iran (which can't afford it) and the EU to support them. They don't want to lose control of the $$. After all, Arafat, died with $900 million estate...money he stole from his own people...Abbas has stolen even more. Who wants to give up access to the money spigot?
ReplyDeleteI don't know about this plan. We fail to see where and how we're gonna' get paid...
ReplyDeleteAs they say: "The Palestinians never miss a chance to miss a chance".
ReplyDeleteNever forget Abba Eban's dictum "The Palestinians have never missed an opportunity to miss an opportunity." This is their best deal ever, snd they've already turned it down.
ReplyDeleteThe bottom line is they don't want a 2-state solution, they want Israel destroyed. Ultimately, they may get destroyed themselves. Donald Trump just did to them what he's been doing to Democrats: offering a solution they won't take, freeing his hand to ignore them in the future.

The map is the real innovation. The "Palestinians" know that if they don't make a deal, ten years from now, their portion will be much smaller.
