He likely spied on Mitt too

Mitt Romney's reaction to the Mueller report was odd. He attacked the victim of Obama's lying to spy.

Does Romney not realize that Obama very likely spied on him too during the 2012 campaign?

That would make no sense at all because it would require having an Obama who was willing to risk jail to elect Hillary in 2016 but not willing to do so for his own re-election.

There are many signs that domestic spying was routine. Susan Rice was very casual in discussing unmasking -- that is reading transcripts of Americans who were spied upon.

Indeed, Obama had no problem sharing transcripts of his wiretapping of Donald John Trump with the New York Times. He did this so the Times would blast in on Page One on Inauguration Day to cast shade on President Trump's triumphant entrance into the Oval Office.

Training intelligence resources on his domestic rivals made sense.

Obama saw Iran as a friend. He gave it $170 billion. Cuba was a friend. He dropped the embargo in exchange for, well, nothing. Russia was a friend. He let it control one-fifth of America's uranium supply.

Instead, he spied on the people he considered his enemy. Donald John Trump was not the only one. He was not the first.

Romney should bear that in mind.

  1. After a week of spying, the Black Jesus’ disciples came to learn that a Big Night at the Romney house involved Mittens rearranging his magic underwear. “We can stuff those ballot boxes with impunity,” thought the disciples. They then resumed harassing Christians. And Satan laughed in delight.

  2. Romney is just one of many who Trump exposed as an enemy of the people, whose interests they claimed to represent all these years. As a politically-bankrupt stooge, he's barely worth mentioning in our current battle with thousands of his ilk. He's a footnote.

    1. Well said, Gary B. I agree. I don't even think of Romney.

It is still shocking to me how many people who rose to highest "leadership" were & are not "up to the job" of standing up for our nation's future and principles. The old saw about picking people at random from the phone book being better is absolutely true.

    2. Tina, in addition to ripping the cover from Democrat and Media lying, he totally exposed RINO's decades of foot dragging on conservative issues. Once elected and getting into office with their conservative campaign rhetoric, they would issue excuses such as, "Well, it's a lot more complicated than we thought." Or, "Now is not the right time. We must be patient." How many times have we heard that BS? Boehner and Ryan were experts at this.

Then, Trump gets elected and, within months, conservative stuff gets done, even though the entire swamp has attempted to set his feet in concrete. These accomplishments have unmistakably tagged these so-called Republicans as either total sellouts or stumbling half wits. The former is more likely. I believe this is the basis of Never Trumper's burning hatred of the People's President.

Beyond this unmasking of RINOs, Trump has exposed the entire DC cauldron of criminals for the reptiles they actually are.

  3. Until proven otherwise, I contend Obama, and his cohorts in crime, began spying on January 20, 2009.

  4. What brilliant "out of the box" deductions. I never really thought of it because I never think of Mitt Romney. But, it makes sense.

  5. Mitt's reaction would make sense if he believes he was spied on and believes that damaging information had therefore been collected.

  6. Mitt probably is still holding out hope of running for President again. He has to be different from President Trump so he does what he does. He's either compromised and being blackmailed or he's getting really bad advice. His ship has sailed and not getting on the Trump train is going to relegate him to the ash heap after his term is over. Mittens is blackened toast!!!

I and many like me will vote third party but never again for a Vichy Republican. So, give up that dream!

  7. Everything Mitt has done makes perfect sense if you consider the likelihood that Obama had something on him that actually caused him to take a dive in the second debate and the election overall. The fact that they couldn't do the same to Trump that they did to him would make him envious, and since he can't lash out against his blackmailers, who are now seen as his protectors in Stockholm Syndrome Theory, he lashes out at the next victim, instead.

Romney turns out to have been one of the weakest men ever to have run for the presidency.

    1. You are correct. I've never seen anyone take a dive like Mittens.

    2. There must be some serious malfeasance in Romney's life that would at very least stain his reputation. What always perplexed was why he went on to do his owner's dirty work instead of quietly fading away. Perhaps Stockholm syndrome, but it looks more like blackmail to me, alas we may never know.

  8. What a coincidence that a lot of top people in the Obama administration had communist parents or actually were (Comey, Brennan).

The Obama administration was on a mission to change America for its own good, by any means possible...

  9. Romney wasn't a threat in the political arena. An uninspiring lightweight without much substance old Mitt wasn't seen as danger to the progressive agenda but as a possible ally.

  10. The obamanation communistas, aka fascist scum, have an abundance of hi def video and crystal clear audio on all these treasnous, fake conservatives' shit crusty bung holes.

Just the final nudge to their innate grafting greed natures.

The miracle here is that we citizens managed to get the fuck off our asses in 2016 and deny the obamanation scum their presumed final solution to their problem of American Freedom.

We, Americans all, must make 2020 the not at all surprising MAGA mega schlonging that will provide the next few decades worth of time to inform, aka educate, our progeny on our nation's Constitutional Republic's true legacy of fucking Freedom.

Freedom to be governed for and not lorded over by.

    WE must make this so.

WE must deny the fascists, aka communistas, aka fuckbrained globalistas, not only further gains but any powers whatsoever to fuck with our nation's Constitutional Republic.

    WE must do this.

    WE must MAGA.

    Now, more then ever before.

  11. Meh. I think Romney is part of the globaiist cabal. He wasn't meant to win in 2012 but if he had, he would have kept the same agenda.
In 2016, Romney backed the CIA Operative, Egg McMuffin, hoping to derail Trump's candidacy.
(Sorry McMuffin fans, I can't remember the man's real name)
Romney is and was a NeverTrumper. He would have been willing to play along if Trump had given him a cabinet position so he could run in 2020 or 2024 but Trump knows Mittens is not trustworthy.
You give Mittens too much credit, Don.
Obama didn't need to spy on the man. They are on the same side.

I think you meant, "that is reading transcripts of Americans who were "accidentally" spied upon."

  16. Oh, Mitt knew - but the deal to re-elect Bathhouse Barry was already in the bag.

I hope Mittens throws his name in for the 2020 primary - then President Trump could end Mittens' own presidential ambitions once and for all.
