Mo Dowd's meltdown

Maureen Dowd took the exoneration of President Donald John Trump well.

Said no one ever.

Photo of Dowd. Eight years ago.

The Queen Maureen wrote on Sunday, "After 675 days, more than 2,800 subpoenas, nearly 500 search warrants, $30 million spent, endless jaw-jaw on cable and countless whiny Trump tweets, we have come down to one fundamental truth.

"And it’s the same truth that has been terrorizing us all along: Donald Trump’s dirtbag machinations are driven by insane vanity.

"The First Narcissist’s all-consuming blend of braggadocio and insecurity has turned Washington and its rickety institutions into a dystopian outpost of his id."

Actually, the investigation was into whether Putin and Donald John Trump conspired to throw the election to him.

Mueller found nothing.

Nada.

2,800 documents and thousands of hours of testimony and they could not find a smidgen of evidence of collusion

And Dowd cannot handle this truth. After two years of crying her eyes out because America elected Donald John Trump president, Dowd cannot deal with reality.

She is not alone.

Legions of Fake News artists like her refuse to accept Mueller's vindication of Donald Trump. They pretend he obstructed justice but you cannot obstruct justice unless there is a crime.

And Mueller found no crime.

We shall see if the dirty cops and conspirators who perpetrated this hoax are brought to justice.

We shall see if the Secret service escorts Obama from his mansion in Kalorama to the federal courthouse on Constitution Avenue.

We shall see if Hillary winds up in the federal prison in Alderson, West Virginia.

But one thing we shall not see: President Donald John Trump brought down by these inept usurpers and mutineers.

I sure enjoy a good liberal meltdown, don't you?

  1. No meltdown. Facts have never mattered to them. Power matters. They want more and they won't rest until either they have it or are dead. Our job is to make certain that the second of those two options is the one that works out.

  2. Look at that photo of “mutton dressed as lamb”, and tell me you don’t see insane vanity.

  3. She is projecting. About the only insanity I see is on the left - Dowd’s crowd. Except of course for the handful of outed Chardonnay conservatives like William Kristol, Jonah Goldberg, Max Boot and George Will.

  4. She is a brain dead idiot that has been given influence that far outpaces her intellect.

When you cannot voice your opposition in rational, concrete ideas, then the problem is you.

  5. I used to have a theory that one's personality becomes indelible on one's face after a number of years.

That theory may have some holes in it. But you couldn't disprove it with the MoDo pic above.

An interviewer once told Ringo that the girls thought he looked unhappy.

Ringo replied, "Ahm nought unhappy, it's just me face."

MoDo wrote a book, "Are Men Necessary?" in which she wondered out loud about why men are repulsed by "successful" women.

Maybe it wasn't the men's fault, MoDo.

    1. Regarding Ringo, certain girls favor bad boys, certain girls favor sad boys.

  6. This whole sordid mess of Fake News makes me wonder how many other fake news (major) stories have been published over the decades? How much of our history has been re-written ... and accepted as fact?

  7. Thought crimes in the book "1984" was the crime of thinking anything contrary to Party's (Democrats) ideologies or against the party (Democrats). What I have read/heard in the Mueller Report is information indicating that now what you would like to do is criminal even if you do not follow through.
I hope the statue of limits is over for thought crimes so I don't get arrested and spend the rest of my life in jail. /sarc

  8. The left re-write history all the time Kitty. The media has always been biased in their reporting, at least in the older days people knew which side of the story they would get by which papers they bought. Over time the news media pushed they were only reporting facts, pretending that their ever growing biases never touched the story they told.

That mask has been falling off the media since Bush, till W came along and defeated Gore the media still pretended their lack of bias, despite the coverage Reagan got vs. any leftist President. W. got the news people to drop their fa├žade of bias with a lot of stories they told. Obama had the benefit of having all his scandals brushed aside as nothing. Trump has caused all pretext of "unbiased" reporting to go out the window.

Just look at the lionization of Kennedy, the LBJ history being hidden for the racist he was, FDR and all his socialist moves, his love of Uncle Joe over Churchill. The history as accepted about these and others of the left is far different than most are taught about them.

Goebbels had it right. Telling lies often enough makes it so for far too many people. Just look at Schiff-for-brains and his claims which do not match reality. He believes his own lies because they fit what he wants them to be.

  11. You must not have read the report. Stop repeating Barr's summary. There is plenty of "collusion". What Mueller did not find was collusion that he deemed to be a criminal conspiracy. Mueller found "collusion". He also found 10 counts of obstruction of justice. The rest is up to Congress.

    1. Actually what Muller cited as obstruction was hearsay and opinion. Had he not been in charge of his own report he would have been fired for incompetence. To make your demons go away try colder vodka over a crushed maraschino cherry.

    2. "Collusion" that's not a criminal conspiracy is a meaningless term. Otherwise, every marriage, every partnership, heck, every conversation between two people would be "collusion."

As for "10 counts of obstruction of justice" - so you think that thoughts should be criminalized, huh? You know, 1984 was written as a warning; you seem to think it's an instruction manual.

    3. And you're gonna hold your breath and stomp your feet until everyone admits there was collusion, aren't you. To call you morons petulant children is an insult to petulant children.

Boss Obama is the final endgame, tho I'd be happy with Clinton indicted and tried.

Waiting eagerly for news of the criminal referrals from Nunes, and what Barr is doing with them.

Fearful that a DOJ full of Dem deep staters won't do anything.
