Now it is Obama's turn

On March 4, 2017, President Donald John Trump tweeted that Obama had wiretapped him. Earlier, a front page story in the New York Times on Inauguration Day had quoted transcripts from the wiretapping.

Quickly, Democrats changed their tune. Anna Giaritelli of the Washington Examiner on Match 5 filed what seemed to be a minor story, "Democratic Sen. Chris Coons backtracks on Trump campaign-Russia claim."

Her story began, "Sen. Chris Coons, D-Del., on Sunday said he was not aware of any collusion between President Trump's campaign and Russian officials to rig the election despite saying days earlier that there were 'transcripts' of such activity."

Well, well, well.

Coons had proof, then poof, he had no proof.

He told Chris Wallace on Fox News, "I have no hard evidence of collusion. To the extent those comments that you just replayed might in some way be misinterpreted as leading to a hyperventilating attitude here in the Senate about this, I apologize for that.

"What I was trying to make clear, Chris, and I appreciate a chance to restate this, is that I don't have, and I don't know of, any conclusive proof one way or the other about whether there was collusion between senior levels of the Trump campaign and Russian officials."

They had him on tape saying it, but he denied saying it.

Coons had given the party line that would be repeated over and over again by John the Commie Brennan, James Clapper, and Jimmy the Weasel Comey. They denied the transcripts they read existed.

But now we know unequivocally that they wiretapped.

Obama spied on Donald John Trump as early as 2015. He used the national security apparatus on citizens because he believes he is entitled to defy the law, the Constitution and decency.

On March 6, 2017, in light of Coons denying he had evidence after saying he did, Glenn Reynolds wrote, "Hypothesis: The spying-on-Trump thing is worse than we even imagine, and once it was clear Hillary had lost and it would inevitably come out, the Trump/Russia collusion talking point was created as a distraction. Now it’s being rowed back because the talk of 'transcripts' supports the spying-on-Trump storyline.

"Will we ever know? Maybe, if there’s a proper investigation into Obama Administration political spying.

"Meanwhile, the rumors being floated about Trump are being retracted, and once everyone from Comey to Clapper has denied that he was ever under investigation, future 'leaks' will come pre-discredited."

Two months later, President Trump fired Comey, and a special counsel was appointed. For nearly two years, President Trump displayed anger on occasion but he never fired Bungling Bob Mueller or interfered with the investigation.

Mueller cleared President Trump.

Now it is Obama's turn to face the music.

We can start by squeezing the little finks like Lisa Page and Peter Strzok until they squeal, and then go up the ladder -- Susan Rice, Jimmy Clapper, John Brennan -- until we finally get Mister Big.

And afterward, President Trump can file a RICO lawsuit against the Clintons, the Obamas and the DNC. Bankrupt them.

They tried to fundamentally transform America into a banana republic without the bananas. There is a price to pay for such ambitions that we must extract for the sake of the Republic.

  1. When they start investigating Obama and the Clintons the left will scream "witch hunt" and say "It'time to move on." And all the bad apples in the Obama administration will be free to rejoin government in the future.

  2. Nothing will happen to Obama or Hillary. First of all I doubt Trump will order an investigation.

    1. Obama can't be indicted as a traitor to America because as we all know, he never was a legal American citizen.

    2. Lndsey Graham (Chairman Senate Judiciary) today:

"WHAT I WANT TO DO IS SEE AS SPECIAL COUNSEL. I FULLY REALIZE THAT THE OVERSIGHT ROLE OF COMMITTEE IS LEGITIMATE BUT WE ARE REPUBLICANS, THEY ARE DEMOCRATS. I'D LIKE TO FIND SOMEBODY LIKE A MR. MUELLER THAT COULD LOOK INTO WHAT HAPPENED WITH THE FISA WARRANT, WHAT HAPPENED WITH THE COUNTERINTELLIGENCE INVESTIGATION. AM I RIGHT TO BE CONCERNED? SEEMS PRETTY BAD ON ITS FACE BUT SOMEBODY LIKE A MR. MUELLER TO LOOK AT THAT SO IF NOBODY ELSE, THOSE WHO BELIEVE THAT THE FBI AND THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE WERE PLAYING POLITICS, THAT THEY WANTED CLINTON TO WIN AND TRUMP TO LOSE, THAT SOMEBODY AND SATISFY THEM, THAT THAT WAS LOOKED AT, THERE SOME PEOPLE WHO WILL NEVER ACCEPT THE MUELLER REPORT, WHAT I SAY WHAT MR. BARR DOES. BUT BY ANY REASONABLE STANDARD, MR. MUELLER THOROUGHLY INVESTIGATE THE TRUMP CAMPAIGN. YOU CANNOT SAY THAT ABOUT THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STORY, AND WHAT HELP MR. BARR WILL DO IS UNDERSTAND FOR THE COUNTRIES SAKE APPOINT SOMEBODY OUTSIDE THE CURRENT SYSTEM TO LOOK INTO THESE ALLEGATIONS CAN SOMEBODY WE ALL TRUST AND LET THEM DO WHAT MR. MUELLER DID."

  3. This mob has got to be broken up. Anyone remember an oldie by the group War;
    "I hear you're workin' for the C-I-A.
They wouldn't have you in the Maf - Eye - A".

    1. But there's no point in Donald Trump asking Obama or Comey or the Hill de Beast, "Why Can't We Be Friends."

Awesome song, but C.I.A./Maf-EYE-ae is the absolute worst rhyme in all of pop music history.

    2. Terrible rhyme, but quite creative.

In C&W you have from "High Noon" the classic rhyme:
He made a vow while in state prison,
Vowed it'd be my life or his'n.

      But this one don't.

  4. The Samantha Powers wholesale unmasking of Trump campaign officials on the "Russia collusion" rationale now needs a serious re-evaluation by competent "denial of rights under color of law" experts.

  5. I think the President ought to pardon his predecessor (and only his predecessor) so his testimony can be compelled. And, since DJT is President, I believe that any assertion of executive privilege belongs to DJT and not his predecessor.

    1. Your proposal is wise, but I would still prefer to hang that sleazy little pimple Obama for his treason.

Yeah, I know it won't happen, but I can dream!

    2. No need for pardoning the face of the obamanation hog snake.

There are plenty of vermin to trap and get to flip on any and everyone a notch or two above their minion pay grade.

The rats will do all the nasty wet work devouring each other.

Just get them into the one way in and no way out cage, and they'll be demanding to flip.

The challenge on this is how to handle the volume.

For one of those rarely seen excellent purposes to expend my taxes on!!!!

The BOP will find space for all, no matter how overcrowded that space may be.

    3. As Mussolini was about to be shot, his mistress stepped in front of him and took the first salvo. No one of the women who controlled Obama's every decision will do the same for him. He is vulnerable. However going after him would invite civil unrest and retaliation at the blue polls. Besides Trump is not a vindictive man, one of his great strengths, and Barr has no interest in an endless vendetta against him and his family. Some other deal may be possible.

  6. Don, the only way to get the little finks to squeal is by putting them in front of a grand jury. The only way to get that done is for the president to direct Bob Barr to appoint a special counsel and use the first IG report as a road map.

  7. I certainly hope Trump goes after Obama. Much like digging up John McCain's bonese, it will only appeal to his childish base, and serve to alienate the rest of the country. By all means go after America's most admired man.

      Fuck pardoning the obamanation.

Dangle before the clintons an offer they can't refuse.

The pair will be fertilizing the earth sooner than the obamanation hogs, just as a function of time passing. If they are lucky, that is. If not, they get to suffer well into approaching triple digit life spans, just like every body else who keeps breathing that long.

      The clintons will rat.

      It's what they do.

  17. Obama hates Trump like no other person on earth. Obama, while monitoring all those tapes, for the first time in his life was hearing un-edited, unvarnished criticisms of "the smartest man in the room". He had never, ever heard such things before from anyone in his sheltered, privileged existence. Not in liberal Hawaii, not at liberal Columbia, not at Harvard, not in liberal Illinois, not in the press, not in Washington. Every Republican had to walk on eggshells around the guy. One false word, and you were totally finished. The only time this guy ever heard the word "no" was from his grandparents on his mother's side. He has never said a good word about those folks who devoted years of their life trying to raise him to be a good person. Listening to Trump and his associates laugh and joke about him on those tapes must have broken something inside Obama and set alight a rage that was maniacal.

Obama is very dangerous. Trump was right, Obama is sick.
