The FBI is the security threat

The Washington Post ran a column, "The FBI can't neutralize a security threat if the president is the threat."

The President of the United States is never a threat to national security. He is national security. We elect him commander in chief. The FBI works at his command.

Jimmy the Geek Comey and his crew committed mutiny when they began an investigation into Our President.

Their actions are treasonous and in violation of their oaths to defend the Constitution.

The crime of lying to the FBI is a farce that becomes a tragedy when you realize the upper echelon of FBI are oath breakers.

The casualness by which they acted informs me that this was not the first time FBI men and women abused their authority to sabotage an election. They needed an insurance policy to protect their illegal, immoral, and unconstitutional politicization of their actions.

The president should fire and prosecute the lot of them.

The Constitution provides a body to oversee the president.

It is called Congress. We directly elect each voting member.

The Constitution also provides a means for removing the president. It is called impeachment. He gets a trial by the Senate -- not the media or the FBI.

  3. This should be blasted on every TV screen and front page every day until we see some arrests and trials of these perpetrators. You are right that we need to investigate EVERY case McCabe, Strzok and all others were involved in over the last decades. If I was in prison because of one of them, I would appeal my case immediately. Sue the FBI and DOJ until the country wakes up. This can never happen again.

    1. You have no idea how many millions of regular citizens agree with you, yet NOTHING ever happens to these criminals Still, no one is indicted, charged, arrested for treason etc...sickening.

  4. No president has the legal power to do what you wish and his adversaries knew that then. But for another reason they know now they will pay zilch for their activities. Comey was talking about himself when he said the inability to prove intent would make HC invulnerable before a jury. He knew he could claim he was acting in good faith on secret evidence from the CIA etc. But now he and his fellow cons realize it is in the fact that Trump is not a vindictive man their salvation lies.
The Beezlebub Post is projecting its fears onto a President it hates and misrepresents to cover its owner's own ambition, namely to buy the entire US government (or now maybe just half of it.) Its "editors" are his apparatchiks dreaming of how They would take care of business if they were in charge or better their Master's personal whore at whose feet they were expecting to sit and slather while she El Chapoed his enemies with a DOJ blow torch. Running dogs on The Beezles leash, jaws flecked with foam.

  6. The media needs to remember the adage "if you find yourself in a hole, stop digging".

Each story and excuse is easily refuted and hopefully, when PDJT decides to bring the hammer down, it will have severe consequences for the law breakers and seditionists.

  7. The entire concept of civil service needs to be rethought out. It makes no sense at all to elect a government that is incapable of changing how things are administered in accordance with the will of the people. I'm thinking that a majority in congress should be able to fire half of federal employees by simple majority vote, and that this vote would cover the most senior employees, with thos people being released on pensions rated on how long they have served. Some of them would get a really low payout, the others could apply for social security at the appropriate time.

I'd exempt the military from this, but firing half the generals once in a while wouldn't be a bad idea.

    1. A simple Tenth Amendment test should suffice:

"Are the powers exercised by this office delegated to the United States by the Constitution?"

If the answer is no, shut it down. That should get rid of over half of non-military federal employees.

  8. Totally agree. This has gotten out of control. A major housecleaning is needed. Wouldn't mind if whole departments were terminated.

  9. It's also the CIA, NSA, and DoJ.

Brennan put dossier info into Obama's daily briefing memos. Those memos were dispersed to 30 some odd people in the admin. The same memos that Susan Rice had to unmask names (Trump and/or his campaign staff) for "context".

Moreover, Brennan's CIA also gave the FBI intel for their counter-intel op against Trump.

Pretty much when Trump came down the elevator to proclaim he was running for President, there was a significant uptick in unauthorized, ie illegal, FISA searches of the database that we keep.

Bwah! Tricky Dick couldn't have said it better. Agent orange sitting on Putin's lap, saying Putin's words, doing Putin's bidding is not "national security".

    1. If that were the case, bungling Bobby Mueller would have already presented the evidence. As it is, he has stated there is nothing that he has found that can be used against President Trump. Or did you miss his statements during the Flynn matter and several of the other show trials he has held? All filed in black and white with his signature. Too bad your math addiction interferes with reality.

    2. Anony seems to forget about Obama whispering sweet-nothings in the Kremlin's ear, and playing butt-boy as Russia took over Crimea.

Or, maybe if Trump sent Putin a pallet of cash that would signal he's not about to be his puppet!

  11. I'm not sure the FBI can recover from this without a complete purge of a vengeful, political leadership that must go down several layers. Otherwise, its supposedly unbiased, non-political rank and file workforce would never have put of with this. The only time a workforce puts up with this kind of illegality is when they fear their supervisors.

  13. It's not the FBI or the CIA or the DOJ. It's the BHO.

You cannot put a Communist in the Oval Office for eight years without this kind of sedition.

  14. According to their own version of events the FBI and NSA ran an investigation of the GOP nominee without informing POTUS that they were doing so.

(If true, Obama should have gone ballistic when he found out.)

Then after the GOP nominee became POTUS they started a new investigation of him, without even reasonable suspicion.

Now the House Democrats are beginning an inquisition into Trump's entire life. They are already demanding that he produce his tax returns, as if they haven't already obtained copies via some Lois Lerner type.

    1. Candidate Trump pointed out that the IRS had audited him every year since he voiced his birtherism. So, if the IRS has audited and found nothing, what does Congress how to accomplish?
Answer: Leak every thing that can be used to harm him or those he dealt with.

Exactly. They started too late to affect the election and kept going after it. It was CYA like Hoover's dirt on everyone.

The other Republican candidates ignore that they were likely surveiled and investigated.

    1. For the same reason he has not declared an emergency and built the wall. There is a time and a place for every thing. Right now it is all about building a case that the public will accept and support. The other thing is bungling Bobby Mule ears is doing a lot of things that are helping President Trump. Yes, he is fouling this up worse than his attacks on Richard Jewell or the search for the Anthrax source, and he is making it a spectacular display.

  17. Nobody is above the law; not even the POTUS. If the FBI suspected the POTUS may be an agent of Russia, the FBI was duty-bound to investigate. Trump's reaction to the Russia probe (lashing out at Mueller and Jeff Sessions, firing Comey, etc.) raised legitimate suspicions about his relationship with Russia.

    1. What reasonable suspicion existed to justify a criminal investigation?

That is the Constitutional threshold that allows law enforcement investigations.

Probable cause that a crime exists or is about to exist is the next higher criminal threshold for warrants, (search/arrest) and on view arrests.

None of it existed or exists today.

Thus, counter intel operation which requires not much.

At no time did Comey or McCabe or Rosenstien or Mueller have publicly declared that Trump was a target of a criminal investigation.

This whole thing was a political operation to affect a presidential election and then became a Seditious operation to cover up, hamper, and ultimately unseat a duly elected US President.

This should ... should ... have most people outraged, Dem or Rep.

    2. WQell, it is well known that HiLlARy was an agent of Russia facilitating the sale of American Uranium assets to Russia. We also know her husband traded military secrets to China who then made illegal donations to the campaign of his former vice president the reverend Al Gore of the church of AGW.

"Intent" is not necessary for most of their criminal acts to be criminal; nor for Hillary's illegal server. Not too late to indict her.

  22. What do we do? To whom do we protest, complain? I've written to my Senators, Collins and King, countless times.. "Who investigates the investigators?"

I think Donald Trump is the most Pro-American President in my lifetime.

  24. they weren't all that upset when we had a cia director who was a communist and a president who was a muslim who couldn't show unrefutable proof he was an american citizen. The list goes on and on. yet somehow Trump firing Comey which others said he could and should, is suddenly grounds for suspecting he's a Russian agent.

    Phooey!
