Will the judge clear Flynn?

UPDATE: No. See post: "Judge Sullivan sold our country out."

ORIGINAL POST: The press has ignored the implosion of Bungling Bob Mueller's case against retired Army three-star General Michael Flynn, but I haven't. I have told readers the case is slipping.

Apparently the Bungler knows this as well because today he had two associates of Flynn arrested on charges unrelated to President Trump, General Flynn, or Russian collusion. Mueller's conduct in this witch hunt would give Cotton Mather pause.

The press chases this squirrel because reporters and their bosses know Mueller needs cover.

But Republican Congressman Darrell Issa thinks Judge Emmet Sullivan may let Flynn off the hook on Tuesday because the FBI lied about his lying and destroyed evidence that would clear him. Tuesday is sentencing day for Flynn.

Issa told Fox Business News: "Tomorrow is going to be a very different day for Comey, particularly in light of what we've learned -- the misconduct during the Flynn investigation was all about, thanks to a judge that demanded to understand what had happened."

Sullivan overturned the conviction of Republican Senator Ted Stevens in 2009 because federal prosecutors cheated and failed to disclose evidence that would clear him.

Issa said, "I would not be surprised a bit if the conviction of Flynn is overturned, because of the Justice Department and FBI's misconduct -- and that in fact, we go potentially all the way to the Supreme Court, with new protections -- when the FBI and the Department of Justice lies to someone and tricks them into making statements, and then charges them with a lie they entrapped them in. ... This kind of conduct we haven't seen in a long time."

The FBI has too much power and scumbags like Comey and Mueller have no ethics. They are Lavrentiy Beria, Stalin's secret police chief, who could always mint a crime to put someone away. Stalin called him "my Himmler."

History Today noted, "Beria, who went on to run the Soviet network of slave-labor camps, was notorious for his sadistic enjoyment of torture and his taste for beating and raping women and violating young girls. Bald and bespectacled, by the time of Stalin’s death in 1953 he was one of the most hated men in the country."

Three months after Stalin died, they executed Beria.

I doubt we will do anything to Mueller or Comey -- certainly I oppose their execution -- but I hope we receive some small justice for General Flynn.

Even if you see no evil, hear no evil and speak no evil, do you post no evil? Do you think no evil? Do you want no evil? Do you do no evil?

    6. We need to resurrect an old Soviet joke. They used to say, "I don't believe anything until I hear Pravda deny it." Same for our own lamestream media.

  2. "Sullivan overturned the conviction of Republican Senator Ted Stevens in 2009"

I'm told that the those responsible for framing the Senator got a slap on the wrist. And ObamaCare passed with Stevens gone and the MA Repub Senator (Brown) elected but not yet sworn in.

  4. The weight of evidence just keeps building.

If Trump wanted a prosecution of the clowns, would the public support him?

    I'd guess they would.

  6. Trump should reimburse Flynn's $3 million expenses out of the FBI's budget.

    1. Agreed. Flynn had to pay all his legal expenses while the government prosecutors use our tax money as they thought they have deep pockets. Flynn is now essentially broke. FBI guys still have a house - Flynn had to sell his.

  10. I hate to be the pessimist, but there's something in the water. The same substance that turns Democrats into bold warriors also turns Republicans into timid lambs.

Time and time again, the Democrats come out on top of these things. Scooter Libby goes to jail when it's his word vs a reporter's word. The Clintons have shady money questions the size of the planet Jupiter, and nope, nothing to see here.

    Flynn's going to prison.

    1. Agreed. I hope the judge refuses to accept Flynn's plea due to Mueller's corruption, but I just don't see him being that bold, revealing to the entire nation how the FBI's top guys abuse their power.

REALLY!? Shouldn't it be a GIVEN that Flynn will be let off in light of even MORE FBI corruption!? LOL! At what point will America do the RIGHT THING???
