Kanye wears MAGA cap on SNL

And the seething mob reacted exactly as expected.

Fox News reported, "Kanye West delivered an impromptu speech defending his support for President Trump at the end of his Saturday Night Live appearance, receiving boos from the audience and causing some of the cast members to shake their heads in disapproval.

"West, wearing a Make America Great Again hat, ended his season premiere guest spot on the show with the performance of 'Ghost Town.' But instead of just thanking the audience and walking off stage, the rapper went on a political rant after the broadcast ended. Clips posted by audience members, including comedian Chris Rock, captured the speech."

He told the Washington Examiner: "They bullied me backstage. They said, 'don't go out there with that hat on. They bullied me backstage. They bullied me! And then they say I'm in a sunken place.

"You want to see the sunken place? Okay, I'ma listen to ya'll now — or I'ma put my Superman cape on, cuz this means you can't tell me what to do. Follow your heart and stop following your mind. That's how we're controlled. That's how we're programmed. If you want the world to move forward, try love."

So, West politicized a show that the bosses at Comcast (owner of NBC) want politicized. Maybe the show will ban him.

What did he say?

"I wanna cry right now, black man in America, supposed to keep what you’re feeling inside right now,” he sang as he paced the stage.

"The blacks want always Democrats you know it’s like the plan they did, to take the fathers out the home and put them on welfare. Does anybody know about that? That’s a Democratic plan.

"There’s so many times I talk to like a white person about this and they say, ‘How could you like Trump? He’s racist.’ Well, if I was concerned about racism I would’ve moved out of America a long time ago."

Woke, meet Walk Away.

Kanye West -- Ye -- is one of the most interesting people on Planet Celebrity, as is his wife.

His father is Ray West, a former Black Panther, so it is not like Kanye West is not familiar with the Black Liberation Movement (now called Black Lives Matter).

His mother is an English professor, so it is not like he's a ghetto child.

President Trump met him at Trump Tower after the election. People thought it was celebrity stuff, and maybe it was. But it is getting real now.

Self-promotion? I don't know and I don't care. West tweaked the SNL crowd. I love it.

  1. Tip of the iceberg.

The blacks want always Democrats you know it’s like the plan they did, to take the fathers out the home and put them on welfare. Does anybody know about that? That’s a Democratic plan.

That's why all the pundits and pollsters are trying to gin up the Democrat vote. Blacks - and Hispanics and kids and women are catching on. Demos are scared.

    They ought to be.

  2. the Dems do not like a Black man who is off the plantation-or a white man who is empowering the black family.
Racism is at the heart of the Democrat Party

  3. It is my fervent hope that he's the first surfer on a giant red wave that will bring a lot of black folks with it.

The Democrats have kept their slaves on the plantation far too long, and I'm glad to see that the pretense that they're "protecting" blacks is beginning to wear thin!

  4. White people don't like a black men who thinks for himself. Especially white people who live in segregated all-white enclaves. Such as hipster Brooklyn (or San Fran or Seattle or Portland or Northside Chicago). Bull Connor and Orval Faubus and Theodore Bilbo, Democrats all, whole-heartedly agree with forcing a black man to get back in place before he starts going after our white women.

  7. White people can chose to be liberal or conservative. Black people have the choice made for them.

I'm pro-choice and against White Privilege.

    1. Interesting spin, but don't make a nabit of it. People will get cross-eyed trying to keep up.

  8. He is truly liberated. Whether or not he and I agree, to me he NOW feels he can speak HIS mind; just as this 73 year old, middle class, working class now business owner, white guy will and does do. That I can respect coming from anyone. Even a rapper and I can't stand rap.
