Why we should deport them all, not just the "criminals"

Cristhian Bahena Rivera, 24, had a clean criminal record -- except for the fact that he was a Mexican living in the United States illegally.

The Associated Press reported, "A search of Iowa court records revealed no prior criminal history" for Rivera. People described him as a quiet man who kept to himself.

On Tuesday, the AP reported Rivera "has confessed to kidnapping college student Mollie Tibbetts while she was running in her small Iowa hometown, killing her and dumping her body in a cornfield, authorities said Tuesday.

He lived in Iowa for four to seven years, arriving when the Obama regime was in charge.

Under Obama's policy, the United States would not deport Rivera because he had a clean criminal record. Indeed, if he arrived here at 17, he could be eligible for Obama's DREAMER program. His program is based on no law.

Republican Governor Kim Reynolds of Iowa said, "As Iowans, we are heartbroken, and we are angry. We are angry that a broken immigration system allowed a predator like this to live in our community, and we will do all we can to bring justice to Mollie’s killer."

To be fair, one reason illegal immigrants migrate to her state is that companies hire them, no questions asked. Big business supports open borders as much as Democrats do. The AP noted that Division of Criminal Investigation special agent Rick Rahn "declined comment on his employment history."

Marxists say immigrants are less likely to commit a crime than native born Americans. Maybe legal immigrants do, but every illegal immigrant broke a law. And besides, 60% of illegal immigrants live in sanctuary states and cities where police do not bother recording their status.

Kick them all out. We have enough criminals already.

  1. Regarding companies hiring illegals, the Trump administration is on the job:

    Excerpt, dated 8/9/18:

(Sleepy Eye, MN) – An immigration raid Wednesday at Christensen Farms company headquarters in Sleepy Eye was part of a large federal operation that targeted business in Nebraska and Minnesota.

U.S Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) said in a press release that the raid led to the indictment of 17 business owners and managers indicted for fraud, wire fraud, and money laundering. Fourteen were taken into custody, while another three are still being sought

  2. "a broken immigration system"

Bullsh*t. It was broken politicians who don't believe in borders because they no longer believe in America.

    1. Is that the same Chap of Didquick and then let her drown?

  3. Have a nationwide registration program for all persons without legal status.
During one weeklong period pick up a form at any post office, fill it out and mail it in. Just full legal name and any names used for employment or with law enforcement, address, employment status, taxpayer identity number, date of entry. After feeding all the data into a computer begin deportations in the following order.
Those we can catch who had not registered.
Those who falsified imfo on the registration.
    Known criminals.
    Using public assistance.
    Those not paying taxes.
    Newest arrives.
    Oldest arrival.
    Thats everybody.
If you came a long time ago, behaved, worked and paid taxes, your turn at being deported might never come. Try to avoid the process and you can go first.

    1. We used to have something like that. When I was a kid (1950's)there was a public service announcement that ran on tv. It began "Attention Aliens" and then words to the effect that non-citizens residing in the USA were required to register. I don't recall the details but it was similar to today's Selective Service registration announcements.

  4. No need to deport them. Too expensive. Instead, put a bounty on them. Just $1K per head ought to do it. Then stand back and watch them rush for the exits.

  5. The killer's employer in Iowa has stated that he passed an e-verify check when he was hired. Will the Feds look into that?

    1. I think we all know the answer to that question, but it sure doesn’t hurt to ask.

    2. i found it intersting sorta in that they are wealthy republicans, my guess is, he isn't legal, but then the left would have a hey day if they were in the wrong.

  6. Broken immigration system = no wall. No wall because the uni-party wants open borders. Build the wall! - GOC

  7. I wish President Trump would loudly and clearly announce that anyone currently residing illegally in the USA needs to self-deport immediately - then we get TOUGH

  8. SEND them all home. last yr i think it was i read sev thousand come legally, i say fine, go thru the system like my friends did. Although the system isn't easy for them either they had to jump thru hoops and wait.

  9. We have been paying for our illegal visitors for decades, it is well past time to hunt them down and return them to Mexico.
I don't have a problem with legal immigrants, no matter their color, race or religion but for them to invite themselves into my house at my expense is the bottom line.

Take them to the border and have them returned to the hole them came from and built.

    1. The Obummer would say, "They didn't build that!" He'd say we built it and that's why they get to come here. Idiot. All the wealth in the world won't save them if the world economy starts to look like say Venezuela. And the enablers are usually the first to be shot after the revolution.

  10. Apparetly his Iowa emplpoyer is a GOPe type, and we all know the GOPe is for open borders.

  11. And of coarse we have the make believe Indian,

Asked about Mollie Tibbetts being murdered by an illegal immigrant, Elizabeth Warren says "I know this is hard" for her family, but they "have to remember" that we need to focus on "real problems" like illegal immigrants not being able to see to their kids"

  12. He had a stolen ID and social security card.

The employee checked it with social security and it wasn’t flagged.

Your point about emploers is absolutely true, but in this case the employer was not at fault.

    1. I had the same thing happen to me. I owned a bar and restaurant for 17 years and my best cook used his cousins name and social security number. When I found out I fired him but that happens all the time
