Agent Peter Strzok was just fired from the FBI - finally. The list of bad players in the FBI & DOJ gets longer & longer. Based on the fact that Strzok was in charge of the Witch Hunt, will it be dropped? It is a total Hoax. No Collusion, No Obstruction - I just fight back!
Trump is fixing Washington, one deep stater at a time.
ReplyDeleteI'd wager he still gets his full pension.
ReplyDeleteFirst thing I thought too...
DeleteNext-indictment...
ReplyDeleteWe are watching Strozk twisitng slowly in the wind...

I would tend to agree.
ReplyDeleteStink made himself expendable during his performance in front of Congress.
But it took a decision by the Deputy Director of the FBI to overrule the opinion of the head of OPM, who recommended merely a two month suspension for Strzok. What the hell does it take to get fired by the government these days? Horowitz's weak IG report which claimed to find no evidence of anti-Trump bias in Strzok's official performance may have been accurate to the letter, but it made it doubly difficult to get rid of Strzok in the absence of a criminal indictment.
ReplyDeleteWhoops, sorry, that was OPR, the Office of Professional Responsibility within the FBI itself, not OPM, that recommended a suspension.
DeleteThe Resistance whose only real knowledge of this lowlife scum was his bizarre, asinine performance in front of Congress will have him elevated to sainthood in roughly 2 days and forgotten in 7.
ReplyDeleteI see a job at CNN in his immediate future.
DeleteCo-hosting a new show with Jim Acosta.
DeleteWhat took them so long?
ReplyDeleteI think the slow rollout is beginning. All will be known in due time. Time to impact the election. Not too soon that swing voters will forget. Nothing major before labor day.
ReplyDeleteUnless the firing of Strzok is soon followed by an indictment for some crime, this will tend to work against Trump. In the absence of an indictment the defenders of Strzok can legitimately argue this indicates he did nothing illegal and that he was fired for entirely political reasons. Now I believe his behavior was egregious enough that he deserves no further trust from his superiors, which is sufficient reason why he should be fired, but whether that's sufficient under any civil service regulations that might cover his employment, I don't know.
DeleteSo is Pete going to keep his secret clearance? All the other swamp scumbags have kept theirs.
ReplyDeleteHe supposedly had his top secret security clearance revoked in July according to a DOJ spokesperson in answer to an inquiry by the DailyCaller. However, this is all so vague you have to wonder how reliable that statement is. Should we trust anything that comes out of Jeff Sessions' DOJ? I don't think so.
DeleteNow I see he's set up a GoFundMe, and worse, morons are gleefully and blindly contributing to it. Don't they remember when all the (probably the same) suckers fell for McCabe's similar shtick? BTW, what did McCabe do with all that loot, 500k+ wasn't it?
ReplyDeleteI remember when people were saying the FBI couldn't be rotten because the people with high morals there would just walk out.
ReplyDeleteNone of them did.
And when Stroke gets fired his exit msg advertises a GoFundMe account. What a travesty.

"You wanted miracles, Theo, I give you the F...B...I..."
Delete-Hans Gruber
I hate that the FBI is taking such a beating, and Hans' declaration of what a clown show he thought the organization was just reverberates in my head.(*spoiler alert 30 years later: the "miracle" was something stupid/predictable needed to be done to further their plan).
Peter “The Adjuster” Strzok to the TSL?
ReplyDeleteHopefully when Wray and/or Sessions is interviewed on television they are asked this question: " Can you assure the American People that the FBI will not interfere in the next election?"
ReplyDeleteThe reputation of the FBI has been tarnished beyond repair. They will not regain the public's respect in our lifetime.
