CNN's jury tampering

CNN and other news organizations are interfering with Paul Manafort's God-given right to a trial by a jury of its peers.

The attempted doxxing of jurors by CNN and its coven of Fake News artists sent a clear signal to them of dire consequences if jurors fail to convict. This is part and parcel to the Fake News media's desire to fundamentally transform America into a lesser nation.

The Federalist reported, "In a motion filed in federal court on Thursday, CNN and several other media outlets requested that the court release the names and home addresses of all jurors in the Paul Manafort fraud case. Jurors haven not yet rendered a verdict on any of the 18 charges against Manafort, who briefly served as President Donald Trump’s campaign manager in 2016."

Given the violence and harassment by Democrats and their Antifa wing, this is a threat to the judge and jury

Remember this from the New York Times in 2009?

Headline: "Scorn Trails A.I.G. Executives, Even in Their Driveways."

Democrats sent busloads of "protesters" to harass A.I.G. employees at their homes. This was an orchestrated plan by Democrats and their minions in the media to lean on A.I.G.

Story: "The A.I.G. executive who was nicknamed 'Jackpot Jimmy' by a New York tabloid walked up the driveway toward his bay-windowed house in Fairfield, Conn., on Thursday afternoon. 'How do I feel?' said the executive, James Haas, repeating the question he had just been asked. 'I feel horrible. This has been a complete invasion of privacy.'

"Mr. Haas walked on, his pink shirt a burst of color on a slate-gray afternoon. The words came haltingly. 'You have to understand,' he said, 'there are kids involved, there have been death threats. ...' His voice trailed off. It looked as if he was fighting back tears."

Death threats.

They won. Haas gave up the money he earned because the Fake News media misrepresented his compensation. Democrats put in jeopardy a total of $165 million that A.I.G. employees earned. This was done to coerce A.I.G. to cooperate with the nascent Obama regime.

He promised to fundamentally transform America. The press happily cooperated by demonizing A.I.G.

This pattern of fascist intimidation continues.

Death threats are why U.S. District Court Judge T.S. Ellis III sent the jury home this weekend. CNN and its Confederacy of Fascists succeeded in stripping Manafort of his rights.

I single out CNN because it colluded with the Communist John Brennan, Obama, and others to give credence to the Fake Russian dossier, which had been used to justify Obama's use of national security to spy on Donald Trump, and which triggered this Mueller Witch Hunt.

There must be consequences.

As head of the judicial branch of the federal government, Chief Justice John Roberts must make it clear that the identity of jurors is protected, and that anyone who attempts to dox them -- as CNN and the rest tried -- will be investigated for jury tampering.

Because that is what CNN tried to do.

  1. I am sure that the PI's that CNN has probably hired to follow the jurors will come up with the information, but it really doesn't make any difference now as the message has been delivered. Manafort now simply needs to use jury tampering in his appeal if he is convicted. Thanks CNN.

  2. It looks like the Judge has a pretty good handle on the trial but it's surprising that he didn't sequester the jury.

  5. It looks like the Judge is "on to them" - and the JUDGE has been threatened:

  7. I loved watching Dan Blather frog-marched out of the Demo convention in '68 at Richard Daley's order.

Watching something on a grander scale done to Commie News Net would be even better.

  9. I assume they were already given the list by Mueller's crack team of Hillary donors. They just want the judge to okay it, to launder their dirty info, much in the same way they got a FISA warrant months, if not years, after they were already wiretapping the Trumps.

  10. How is CNN’s behavior different from a Mob boss sitting in the courtroom making throat-cutting gestures at the jury?

  11. It's jury tampering and juror intimidation.

  12. It's grounds for a mistrial now, and grounds for a reversal on appeal if there's a conviction.

  13. And now some CNN hack d-bag is crying because HE got doxxed after an idiot tweet about the jury. (Kascynski - oh, the irony!) This one is old as the hills and twice as petrified but I must say it again: If it weren’t for double standards, LibCommies would have no standards at all.

  14. "CNN and its coven of Fake News artists" conjures up a great image. Double, double, toil and trouble for Fake News.

  16. I wonder if CNN has considered the consequences if Manafort is convicted, has the conviction overturned, and sues the pants off of them.

    1. I was thinking that Manafort, if conv8, could apply for appeal based on jury tampering.
