ABC seethes over Trump presidency

Two can play this game, ABC.

Its headline read, "Trump seethes over Russia probe, calls for end to SPYGATE."

How does ABC know he seethed? The story below the seething headline was by three Associated Press reporters. They did not say anything about any seething.

President Trump tweeted.

What his state of mind was when he tweeted, no one can say.

The Associated Press, however, was little better that the Disney-owned ABC. The tax-exempt Associated Press wrote, "'SPYGATE could be one of the biggest political scandals in history!' Trump said in an early morning Twitter tirade."

Tirade?

How?

These are hot words. Seeth means "to be violently excited or agitated."

What evidence of seething do they have? Did he throw an ashtray at his husband for being caught cheating?

Tirade means "a long angry speech, usually of a censorious or denunciatory nature; a diatribe."

Trump was not speaking. I suppose colloquially we can say that of a string of tweets, but where is the anger or denunciation?

His was not a diatribe but rather a statement of facts. He was spied on by Barack Obama, who abused presidential authority in a manner that no other president abused his power.

Fake News tries to portray him as an out-of-control nut, casting every tweet in the worst possible manner.

No insane person would get to where he is.

  1. Has anyone seen or heard from The Black Jesus lately? Either he’s at a Choom Gang reunion or he (and the media) have decided to lay low for a while until this mess blows over. I hope it doesn’t. Send him to Kilauea in exile.

    1. He and his ashtray throwing husband are going to entertain a ginned up audience on netflix playing JayZ and Beyonce. Michelle will play JayZ. Beyonce will twerk a lot.

    3. I'm going to defend Michelle O here. She's trapped in a loveless marriage to an egotistical, ego-maniacal fraud who is incapable of feeling love for anyone other than the god he worships: which is himself. I cut her a little slack.

I actually feel pity for her. She has lowered her profile since the end of the Big Zero's presidency and I think she might even prefer to drop back into anonymity but the hero-worshipping mainstream media won't let her go. Not a popular opinion, I know, but it's mine. All mine. And probably only mine.

  2. The news organizations are seething because Trump has been scooping them on stuff that they refuse to report on. He has already established that what he says is more trustworthy than their lies, and they are redoubling their efforts hoping that a higher volume of lies wins out. My guess is there is some measurable record for low credibility they are trying to beat in time for the awards season.

  4. I think this is a classic case of progressive projection. They know how they would react if this happened to them so they accuse Trump of it. After all, they are the people with short tempers and hatred, especially when it comes to Trump. That will always make a person more vulnerable. -- BJ54

  6. Stories from the MSM constantly use seethe, erupt, fume, erupt, etc. to describe PDJT and paint him as an out of control dictator.

Good post Don - glad you are bringing sunlight to this fuming reader before I was about to erupt.
