Evan McMullin feels the Trump effect

A reader nominated Deep State presidential candidate Evan McMullinm ex-CIA agent, for induction into the Trump Effect Hall of Shame.

(The Trump Effect holds that engaging in a feud with Donald John Trump increases the chances of something bad happening to you, while he rolls merrily along the way.)

Certainly, McMullin's foul-mouthed campaign against The Donald in 2016, egged along by such Fake Conservatives as Bill Kristol.

Not Evan McMullin.

Remember?

For example, during the campaign, ABC News reported, "McMullin believes Donald Trump is a major threat to America’s national security, even saying in a speech earlier this year that he poses 'a larger threat to our national security than ISIS itself.'"

Actually, the Deep State is the enemy within.

I could go on, but readers remember what a jerk he was.

McMullin is more qualified to run a McDonald's than he is to be president.

His campaign for president may be his undoing.

"The Federal Election Commission sent numerous letters to the McMullin For President Committee over the last year warning that the organization risks fines for failing to file and for making errors on financial statements it did manage to submit," the Daily Caller reported.

"McMullin’s committee was nearly  $645,000 in debt just after the 2016 presidential election, according to a financial statement the group filed to the FEC in December 2016. By July 2017, it increased to nearly $670,000, that month’s filing shows.

"That was the last financial statement McMullin’s committee filed. Since then, the organization has missed three deadlines, including one that passed Sunday. The FEC has consequently sent the group warnings that it could face penalties if it doesn’t provide the necessary information."

McMullin now makes a living delivering Never Trump propaganda to the cable news fakers.

"CNN and MSNBC did not return a request for comment about whether McMullin’s potential legal issues would interfere with his ability to be a guest. McMullin did not respond to a request either," the Daily Caller reported.

So, readers, should we induct him into the Trump Effect Hall of Shame?

  6. If I owed uncle sugar ten-grand and failed to file or pay, u.s. marshals would come and take me away to jail. Equal protection under the law? McCabe, McMullin, the Clintons, the Obamas, the Podestas and thousands of other crooks sidestep punishment by paying big money to crooked lawyers who find loopholes in the millions of pages of 'precendent' that allow their clients to skate. When\If the Article 5 Convention of States convenes, Congressional reformation of the judicial system should be at the tippy-tippy top of the Agenda.

  7. Wrong, Evan couldn't manage a McDonalds. He wouldn't know his secret sauce from a griddle muffin. Besides, with the quality financial management like he displayed in his campaign, he wouldn't qualify for a franchise.
