People who cannot condemn Roy Moore

If the accusation is true that Roy Moore had sex with a 14-year-old in 1979 when he was 32, I condemn him.

Every decent human being does.

But Meryl Streep, Whoopi Goldberg, Woody Allen, Jack Nicholson, Martin Scorcese, David Lynch, and hundreds of other Hollywood celebrities cannot -- because all of them are all OK with drugging, raping, and sodomizing 13-year-old girls.

Each one of them defended Roman Polanski who was convicted of drugging, raping, and sodomizing a 13-year-old girl -- at Jack Nicholson's house.

He jumped bail and fled the country to avoid sentencing.

Nevertheless, Meryl Streep -- a close friend of Harvey Weinstein -- and the rest want the United States to open its doors to this pedophile.

Forgive and forget, eh?

Goldberg even said, "It was something else, but I don't believe it was rape-rape" -- as if statutory rape would have been OK. Well, that appears to be Moore's crime.

Peter Knegt reported on September 9, 2009:
AFP is reporting that a grand assembly of filmmakers, actors and producers from around the world have signed a petition urging the release of director Roman Polanski, who was arrested Sunday in Switzerland on a warrant for a 1977 underage sex case in the United States. Woody Allen, Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu, Martin Scorcese, David Lynch, Wong Kar Wai, Harmony Korine, Stephen Frears, Alexander Payne, Michael Mann, Wim Wenders, Tilda Swinton, Julian Schnabel, and Pedro Almodovar are among the 100 and counting film industry figures who have signed the petition, coordinated from France by the SACD, an organization which represents performance and visual artists.
“We demand the immediate release of Roman Polanski,” urges the petition. “Film-makers in France, in Europe, in the United States and around the world are dismayed by this decision… It seems inadmissible to them that an international cultural event, paying homage to one of the greatest contemporary film-makers, is used by police to apprehend him.”
To his credit, Barack Obama did try to bring Pedophile Polanski to justice.

The list of the 100 celebrities who were cool with raping a 13-year old includes Asia Argento who is upset about Weinstein.

While the signers of the petition were mainly French, IMDb listed 37 English-speaking stars who came out for Polanski. There are some overlaps.

Moore stands accused.

Polanki stands convicted.

But there are other accusations against Polanski.

From Maureen Callahan on October 5:
On Wednesday, German actress Renate Langer, 61, publicly accused Polanski of raping her on two separate occasions in 1972, when she was 15.
“This has had an influence on all my life,” Langer told the New York Times. “I felt ashamed and embarrassed and lost and solo.”
She’s coming forward now, she said, because her parents have passed away — “my mother would have had a heart attack” — and because another woman, known only as Robin M., held a press conference last August accusing Polanski of sexually assaulting her in 1973.
Robin M. was 16 years old.
Actress Charlotte Lewis has said Polanski sexually abused her when she 16.
I condemn Roy Moore -- if true. My belief in due process is nearly absolute.

I condemn Roman Polanski because it is true.

I also have little use for those who defended Polanski.

  1. If true they would've dragged Moore through the crucible during the fight over the 10 Commandments. They did not because this is a political hit job. To be clear the fun I've had at watching the leftists get destroyed is over, I knew it would be, I knew eventually they had to turn it on those in the GOP its their standard MO.

  3. Big D, your 24 hour rule!? Pop a Bud, man, and let this play out.

  4. I see that the deadline for removing his name from the ballot is now past. It looks like it was planned that way so that the GOP couldn't field another candidate. Something stinks, and it smells like Democrat desperation. - Elric

    1. The Torricelli precedent is still in effect (if needed).

    2. Evidently the Post was planning on holding it (maybe for closer to the election?).
Breitbart got a scoop on what was going on and that forced the Post to print.

  5. It feels like the floodgates have opened and the slime is oozing out. I'm 'glad' the pervs are being unmasked, but it's still disgusting. I read about them and feel in need of a hot shower. Louis C.K. Crossed a Line Into Sexual Misconduct, 5 Women Say

  6. This is the Left's GoTo method for removing someone from public life.

    1. Actually, the attack may be coming from the Establishment Right. Remember, the Left doesn't think there's anything wrong with abusing kids.

  7. But Don, these are our moral superiors, so they say.

Looks like Bitch McConnell may try to get a Dimocrat elected in Alabama. - GOC

  8. shame on you! If you were truly objective you would have phrased your sentence starting with 'if true I condemn him.'

and how will you, or anyone, corroborate a claim of something happening 39 years ago? all these years gone by and no one else has made a claim? sounds very Anita Hill to me. All the times he was elected as judge and not a peep till now?

  9. Why is anyone even paying attention to this "story," or anything the Washington Post says? It's nothing but a hit-piece, and not a particularly clever one. Fake News, remember? It's no different than when they tried to smear Trump during the campaign.

  10. What planet does Streep live on? Polanski isn't in jail, he's free as a bird; he just can't come back here, as we do lock up child molesters.

Whoopi Goldberg, of that liberal think tank known as The View, said that what Polanski did wasn't "rape-rape," which wasn't that bad.

So if drugging a 13-year old girl and then sodomizing her isn't "rape-rape," then what the hell is it?

All these Hollyweird "celebrities" are disgusting.

    1. The rules are simple-- If you're a Liberal, then you're a good person, no matter what you do. If you're a Conservative, then you're a bad person, no matter what you do. That's how they think.
