2,139 DACA "kids" convicted of other crimes

Barack Obama's unconstitutional "law" that protects people who claim they jumped the border as "children" is actually keeping 800,000 adults here who arrived illegally.

Breitbart reports that 2,139 of these adults protected by Obama committed crimes including murder -- and cannot be deported as judges pretend DACA is the law.

The disinformation campaign about this program -- Fake News -- is  production of the Washington Establishment at its best.

Obama's unconstitutional order protects 800,000 adults who claim they came here as kids, which can mean they were as old as 17.

Another falsehood is that you need a clean record to qualify for protection under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program.

Untrue.

From the Daily Caller:
However, DACA recipients can have a criminal record, just not one that includes the following: a felony, a significant misdemeanor, or three or more other misdemeanors.
Additionally, those who have a criminal record that includes a felony, significant misdemeanor, or three or more misdemeanor may still qualify for DACA if they show “exceptional circumstances.”
The “exceptional circumstances” are not laid out in government writings on DACA and thus appear to be subjectively applied by the Department of Homeland Security. That means that DHS could grant delayed action to whomever they choose, even if that person’s criminal record would typically bar them from DACA status.
This already is happening.

From Breitbart:
Cinthya Garcia-Cisneros, an illegal alien protected by DACA, was convicted in 2014 of two counts of felony hit and run after she killed two Forest Grove, Oregon, stepsisters — Anna Dieter-Eckerdt and Abigail Robinson ages 6 and 11 respectively — who were playing at the time of the incident, as Breitbart News reported.
A judge also threw out Garcia-Cisneros’ deportation case after her murder conviction.
The government no longer protects citizens.

If it did, Cinthya Garcia-Cisneros would be in prison for killing those children, and then deported once she finished her sentence.

  1. So the rubber is finally hitting the road.

If the US Congress decides that The Wall is not necessary, tax reform/cuts are not necessary, Obamacare repeal is not necessary, but that what is important is granting amnesty to these 800-900k people as well as their parents that brought them into the US illegally, so be it.

Let them go back to their districts starting next Spring as they campaign for re-election to explain their actions to their constituents, over 85% of which are law-abiding American citizens. Polls yesterday show that well over 70% of American citizens support President Trump's actions on DACA.

Long been time to put a due date on Congress. Long been time where those elected officials become accountable to the American people and not the lobbyists.

  2. When you finally realize that not only do government officials, and the press that is supposed to keep them honest, lie to you, but blatantly continue to do so when they know the jig is up means you are living under a tyranny.

It's as if you catch someone stealing, tell them to stop, and they then realize that you are powerless to stop them. They then go on to take even more than they otherwise would have.

This is the state of our so-called republic right now. The people in charge know that we know that they are a bunch of dishonest crooks (I'm looking at you, Paul Ryan) but they think we can't touch them.

  3. When the "respect for the rule of law" only applies to us it is time to bring back tar and feathers or necktie parties.

  4. I can't tell from either Breitbart or you, Don, if that woman is in the slammer for killing the two girls, or not. I'm guessing she is.
