The 11th Amazon review of Trump the Establishment" is from a cyber-buddy who really got into it.

The review revealed things in the book I had forgotten were in there!

When Trump was asked why he was running for president, he said, “Politicians are never going to turn this country around.” (pg. 149)

The MSM were still using their old playbook of journalism and never took Trump and his millions of supporters seriously. In fact, reporters and journalists gleefully took every opportunity to sneer at Trump personally and laugh at any chance of his winning. Weekly, sometimes daily, they predicted the end of Trump (pg. 165) while helping to make Hillary the first woman president. They never saw what was brewing outside their cloistered existence and were gobsmacked on election night. "The race was over. Gone in thirty minutes as Michigan counted its votes.
