Hillary desperate as Trump is now up 5.4

The Los Angeles Times poll has it Trump 47.8, Hillary 42.4, as the decades of evading the police catch up with her. The FBI investigation of 650,000 emails stored as life insurance (literally) by Anthony Weiner has turned her into the Most Toxic Candidate Ever.

Things are so bad for her that reporters and editors no longer will touch the astro-dirt on The Donald her minions try to peddle.

The polls are beginning to reflect the reality.

Trump's lead is so solid that the outfit doing the polling for the Los Angeles Times now has 95 percent confidence that Trump will beat her.

Among women, she is up 8.5. Among men, Trump is up 19.8

The Investor's Business Daily poll has Trump up 44.4 to 44.

The ABC poll has them tied at 46 this morning, less than ten days after having her up by a dozen points.

Rasmussen has it tied at 44.

Caught in a weasel trap of its lies and years of flouting the law, Hillary and her henchmen desperately tried to paint Trump as an agent of Putin. Her friends in the press want no part of this. Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim's New York Times reported:
F.B.I. officials spent weeks examining computer data showing an odd stream of activity to a Trump Organization server and Alfa Bank. Computer logs obtained by The New York Times show that two servers at Alfa Bank sent more than 2,700 “look-up” messages — a first step for one system’s computers to talk to another — to a Trump-connected server beginning in the spring. But the F.B.I. ultimately concluded that there could be an innocuous explanation, like a marketing email or spam, for the computer contacts.
Editors started saying that they’d passed on the story when they’d been pitched it because it was such a nothingburger. Noah Schachtman of the Daily Beast said of its flaws, “that’s why we ultimately passed on it.” John Little of Blogs of War just said he passed on account of the anonymous sources. Sam Biddle at The Intercept said that “at least five outlets including The Intercept have been looking at this for weeks and decided it didn’t add up.”
Hillary has done the impossible. She has forced the press to play it straight for once.

She has no arrows in her quiver. Look for her to try firing the quiver itself.

On the campaign trail on Tuesday, Hillary lost it.
The presidency is so close, she can taste it -- like freedom to an inmate gazing out the fence.

That's next.

Please read "Trump the Press," a fun romp through the Republican nomination that uses the deadliest weapon to skewer the media experts: their own words. "Trump the Press" is available as a paperback, and on Kindle.

  1. Finally, some truth is emerging.

"And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." - John 8:32

That is, unless your name is Hillary Rodham Clinton. Then the truth shall make you wear orange for the rest of your natural life. - Elric

  2. How's book 2, "Trump: The Trumpening", coming along, Don?

I'd like to check the Funny box, but I can't. It's sad. Long time coming, and vastly overdue, and they done it themselves. Their marriage was a Faustian bargain, and the Devil is coming to collect.

    1. Ah the book. I have learned the art of procrastination. Busy day today in Poca. Grass is growing again and the paint is drying. I'll start on the book tomorrow

  3. With Hillary right now, it's like one of those scenes where Yosemite Sam has a leaking barrel of black powder tied to the back of his belt.

No matter how far or fast he runs away, the lit powder trail catches up to him and KA-BOOM!

  4. It was supposed to be a coronation, not a run for their lives to the Swiss border.

  5. Not "procrastinating", Don.

  6. Yes, the woman who called half of Americans racist, sexist, and homophobic deplorables — the most negative and divisive thing I've ever heard from a candidate — is now sick and tired of the negative and divisive stuff.

Go away, grandma. Just go away.
