Who gets indicted first? Trump or Obama?

John O. Brennan, Obama's second-term CIA director, threatened President Trump after the Department of Justice  fired Andrew McCabe for leaking classified information and for lying to investigators, the latter is a felony.

"When the full extent of your venality, moral turpitude, and political corruption becomes known, you will take your rightful place as a disgraced demagogue in the dustbin of history," Brennan tweeted.

For the sake of accuracy, the sentence better applies to Obama, who corrupted every tentacle of the federal government, including the IRS, to go after middle class Americans and their supporters. Instead of spying on foreign threats, Obama turned the telescope around and spied on the political opposition.

Brennan is a mole. I am convinced of that. Canadian billionaire Conrad Black wrote of Brennan's tweet, "It was seemly that someone who voted for Gus Hall, the American Communist leader, for president in 1976 would invoke Marx."

Gus Hall was the American communist who it turned out was on the Soviet Union's payroll. The proof came when they opened the records after the Soviet Union fell. Coincidentally, liberals lost their affection for Russia when the Soviet Union collapsed.

Their disaffection for the United States continues, hidden under President Clinton but accelerated under Obama.

The past year featured competing investigations. The much-heralded Mueller investigation has nearly a daily news story. The inspector general investigation of the FBI headed by Michael Horowitz has slipped by the noisome press.

One targets Trump for political reasons. Brennan and the rest of the cabal of covert communists refuse to cede power to the populist reformer.

The other investigation targets Obama for running a Big Brother operation. Brennan is a liar. McCabe too. Comey as well. These were not men acting independently. Obama hired a rogue's gallery of two-faced liars.

Diogenes would be beaten and robbed of his lamp had he entered the White House in the Obama years.

How far will it go? Trump will shut the apparatus down but I think he is too nice to indict Obama, which is a shame because that will tempt the next Democratic president to go even further.

  2. Quote of the Day: "Trump will shut the apparatus down but I think he is too nice to indict Obama."
So you are saying Trump is a wimp? Can't argue with you there. After all, against everyone's advice, including his closest staff members, he congratulated - publicly - his master, Putin, on his "election" win.
"I am going to appoint a special prosecutor on my first day in office to investigate Crooked Hillary."
Trump is not "nice" - he is a coward.

    1. But, of course, when Obama congratulated Putin he was just being "presidential".

Good old, "Tell Vlad I'll have more flexibility after my next election" Barry.

    2. That "Vlad" quote was in 2012 when Putin was about to become the new Russian leader for the first time. By 2014, Obama totally changed his tune toward Putin, including expelling Russian diplomats, closing Russian properties on US soil, deploying missile defense systems in Europe and make very critical statements of Russia and Putin.
Trump refuses to say nothing critical of Putin but I guess it's kind of hard for Trump when he has black and blue knees.

    3. If you think that Trump is Putin's puppet, then your brain is 'Anonymous' - Just one example of how our true President is not bowing to Russia, witness the sale of anti-tank weapons to the Ukraine. Go back to HuffPo.

    9. Anony at 9:08 or so:
Not sure what you meant by "new Russian leader for the first time" but Putin had been president of Russia from 2000 to 2008, then switched to a lower position but still ran the show, then went back to Prez in, I think 2012. So he'd already been to that rodeo and rode that bronc.

No matter what the situation, though, Obama was a pox on the American Presidency and body politic. He needs to be in jail.

  3. I still love to hate the story about Soetero walkin through th White House urging his people to "stay on offense." Offense against who?
Why, us, of course. What a rat bastard. And he's still publicizing his NCAA tournament picks. Does he honestly believe anyone gives a shit? What a dooshbag.

Nice hasn't got anything to do with it. Or cajones, either, for that matter. It's all about race. To indict Obama would be like detonating an atom race bomb in this country.

You've often told us to trust Trump's instincts because he knows what he's doing. And I agree.

  6. Ya' gotta' wonder how that traitorous SOB ever got into the CIA, much less confirmed a s Director. What an a$$hole!

As the late, lamented, Lee Rodgers (KSFO Host) used to say: "He should be so far into prison that it'd cost Ten Bucks to send him a postcard".

  10. "rogues gallery" - I bow to the poetic accuracy of this phrase.

Obama will not be prosecuted due to the long-standing rule that presidents don't arrest their predecessors no matter how well-deserved - and in this case it is historically well-deserved.

Nevertheless, that rule does not apply to any of the rest of them and if any respect is to be restored to Justice or the FBI, there will be quite a few of them wearing that new fashion statement the orange jumpsuit.

  11. Anybody who says stuff like, "venality, moral turpitude, and political corruption becomes known, you will take your rightful place as a disgraced demagogue in the dustbin of history", is playing to the gallery.

My guess is it's a bluff.

  12. Not a bluff, just the usual Dem/progressive wing channeling their own biases, prejudices, and actions, which they unfailingly project onto conservatives.

    Projection, pure and simple.
