What if everything they said about Trump were true?

What if everything they said about President Donald John Trump were true?

What if he really is a buffoon?

A clown.

A Nazi.

A fascist.

A liar.

A bankrupt.

I can go on all day withe the epithets which are churned out by Sorosbots in some s***hole place like Haiti, Somalia, or Cambridge, Massachusetts. They really come up with some doozies, like the nonsense about his hair being a toupee, he could have done better in a stock index fund, and he's a puppet of Putin.

What if every claim were true?

All this would only be further proof of how corrupt our previous regime was. The failure of Barack Obama to bring the hope and change he promised is an indictment of a political system rotted to its core.

Obama led the nation back into the dark recesses of post-Vietnam America when forces of evil tried to break down society. The nation's regression was neither happenstance nor bad luck.

Remember the 1970s? After Nixon left, our economy languished, our rights withered, and our mores disintegrated. Cocaine replaced cocktails. "Deep Throat" replaced "Love Story."

Terrorists including Obama's mentor, Bill Ayers, were pipe-bombing, killing cops, hijacking planes, and robbing banks. In retrospect, no one should be surprised by Obama's lethargic responses to terrorist attacks. Such attacks are political theater to him. He sat passively listening to Jeremiah Wright preaching his hatred on September 16, 2001, when Wright said America got what it deserved on 9/11.

We knew all this and still elected Obama president?

As the first black president he surprised me by making a sharp left turn on race to re-open racial wounds. The Black Liberation Movement returned, re-branded as Black Lives Matter.

Electing Obama president was suicidal. We only now are assessing the damage. We know the IRS, FBI, and NSA were all ruined and politicized. We may never know how many moles Obama embedded in our government.

After eight years of the ugly spectacle of his loathsome presidency, 52% of America had it. They did not vote for Obama's hand-picked successor.

Most of that 52% went with The Donald. For many people (not me) it was a move of desperation for which they are grateful President Trump has not burned the nation down.

In fact, just about every supporter is overjoyed with the progress. Many are outright flabbergasted.

But the battle wages on. The credential class is now the resentful class. They circle like a volt of vultures waiting to swoop down upon him.

Meanwhile the Obama machine has moved on to corporate America to push its anti-American agenda of killing babies in the womb and such. The Marxists and disruptors of American life wait their turn. It is scary.

President Trump was our last hope. Buffoon. Clown. Nazi. Fascist. Liar. Bankrupt.

They can call him whatever they like, but he is the president. He is the antidote. Even if he were all the things they said, he is better than any other potential candidate was or is.

And he's going to need more than two terms to Make America Great Again. The task unfolds as harder every day.

The media chose to go to war with Donald John Trump in 2017 rather than accept him as president.

The media chose poorly.

From Leslie Eastman's review at Legal Insurrection:
Surber, a recovering journalist with over 30 years of experience, has been cataloging the #FakeNews that has been regularly offered as serious analysis of President Donald Trump’s actions, policies, and opinions. He has brought his enormous collection together in the longest, most serious book he has yet written: Fake News Follies of 2017.
Fake News Follies of 2017 is available on Kindle and in paperback.

Autographed copies are available. Email me at DonSurber@GMail.com for details. I am including a "director's cut." I will give you the original Chapter 1 that I cut because while the chapter was amusing, it really had nothing to do with the Fake News Follies of 2017.

Electing any Dimocrat president is suicidal. The Dimocrat Party has lurched so far to the left that it is virtually indistinguishable from the Communist Party. And the corruption? It is a criminal enterprise masquerading as a political party. - GOC

  2. "President Trump was our last hope."

Same thing was said about Reagan, Bush I, Bush II, etc. and yet America survives and flourishes.
Such a post means you see the end is in sight for President Narcissist now that it is obvious he is as every bit as covered in dirty swamp water as his predecessors.
I get it Don, Trump said all the things AWM wanted to hear, but truth is, he is no different than the rest. You ought to give the Obama talk a rest though. Who is bringing Trump down? Republicans. Senate and House committees investigating Russia: Republicans; Special Counsel-Republican appointed; Unprecedented staff turnover-Republicans; "White House morale is real bad" - Republican Scaramucci; Appointees spending tax payer money lavishly-Republicans. List goes on.
Two points. 1. I posted numerous times here that the next president (regardless of whether it was to be Hillary or Donald) was going to usher in a dark era for America. 2. I am grateful for the Oompa Loopa for at least showing an Independent can be elected president. Let's hope in 2020, an Independent who is mentally stable will emerge and represent true Americans.

  3. I thought the swamp was large and draining it would be a chore, but the size and depth of it is mind boggling. Thank heavens we have someone who has the guts and drive to begin the process and try to see it through, or pave the way for his 2024 successor to continue the process.

  4. The Battle of Good vs Evil is about ready to explode. When I wonder if I am on the right side of this battle, I look at who is most vehemently fighting against President Trump: Islamic jihadis. Hollywood. Soros. Planned Parenthood. The transgender cult. I'm not saying Donald J. Trump is on the side of the angels, but I am saying that those most aggressively fighting the fight against him are pure evil. So in the ultimate fight of Good vs Evil, I know if I am on the opposite side of Evil, I've chosen correctly.

If you had told me years ago that I would be strongly supporting Donald J Trump as our field general in the fight against Ultimate Evil, I don't think I would've believed you.

    It's gotten real.

    1. Such "Good vs Evil" has always existed and America has always prevailed but I'm not siding with Trump - and Republicans are turning on him now - because Russia is the now the new No. 1 influence in the world thanks to Trump. Their jets buzz our planes and warships with no White House response; top military brass are openly saying Trump is not giving them authorization to enhance counter cyber-security measures against Russia; Putin shows a video of "indefensible" nuclear missiles raining down on Florida and it's crickets chirping from Trump (Rocket Man anyone?); The Russian-backed Syrian govt is using chemical weapons on its people (again!) but this time, Trump is silent (is it because he retaliation efforts last time against Syria were laughed at they were so lame?). Why?
Can anyone answer why Republican-led Senate and House committees continue to investigate Russian meddling in American affairs? Why isn't Trump enforcing a bi-partisan bill of sanctions against Russia?
Until President Small Hands grows a pair, it's obvious we will continue to shrink in stature around the world.
Note to haters: Respond with how Trump is truly confronting and punishing Russia for its unprecedented transgressions against the U.S. and I'll leave this blog forever.

    2. The Russian transgressions occurred under Obama and Hillary's watch.
      You can leave now..

    3. I doubt the leaks from top military brass. Finally we have leadership that is not telegraphing our moves and countermoves.

To answer your question, assuming it was legit and not Dem talking points:
Why look into Russian collusion? For the Hillary coordination with the Russians? Because Russian money financed the Steele dossier that was used by the Obama administration as the pretext for spying on the Trump campaign? Obama laughed and laughed at the idea of Russia being a geopolitical threat back in '12 (His oh-so-presidential statement about the 80s wanting their foreign policy back? Ring a bell?)

Now all you Soros-lickers want us to believe that Trump is the one in the piss-soaked bed with the Russians when it was Hillary and Obama who took their money and looked the other way until they needed an excuse for being super-losers on November 8, 2016. Go suck a Faberge egg.

  5. Try to stay focused on today's realities, Don. Whatever we didn't like about Barry, Bill and Hill - they are in the past - and Donald Trump's chaos, lies, criminal behavior and his attempt to run this country as a dictator are where we are.

As Forrest Gump's Mamma always said: "Stupid is, as stupid does." Today's stupid includes the steel and aluminum tariffs and yesterday we had the crazy juvenile gun control meeting. BTW, I see where Trump's billionaire confidant, Carl Icahn coincidentally(?) dumped $31.3 million in Manitowoc Company stocks on Lincoln's birthday. Manitowoc builds giant cranes.

    2. Run the country as a dictator?

The guy who lets everyone keep MORE of THEIR OWN MONEY, cuts miles upon miles of red tape, and makes the first serious effort to defend our Southwestern border since 1917 if not 1847, and you think he's running the country as a dictator?

This is why we can't have civil conversations any more -- because half the country is disconnected from reality.

  6. What if everything they said about Trump were true? That he could attract and keep good talent? That had any concept of morality or ethics? That he maybe wasn't running the country like a mid-sized dysfunctional family business? That he was more than what simply appears to the poor, dumb & weak as rich, smart & strong? Sounds like a guy that wouldn't need to be on a "reality" show--just like the folks who have really figured out financial success don't need to hold seminars at the Airport Holiday Inn. What if?

  7. Well Don must be getting more traction. His troll drone count has trippled in just a few weeks although they don't hit much . However their presence also reveals how clever the media has become at staying alive thanks to DT.
In the 30s Serial short movies were produced starring some adventure character. In the fifties these were sold to TV as weekly serials. Personally I liked Flash Gordon, who is not unlike DT. Every week his adventure would end with him and his friends, Dale and Dr Zharkov, at great risk from his opponent, the evil Emperor of the planet Mongo, Ming the Magnificent, whose plan was to destroy Earth with a death Ray. It always looked for sure like Flash was a goner. I could hardly wait to find out if he escaped or not. In those days we always rooted for the hero but the media has found a way to attract those who hate the hero as well as those who love him. Two for one, impossible so long ago. Trump hero or villain is making them rich. But the serial story line is the same: the hero is in trouble but they want to attract people hoping for Trump to lose as well as to win. The important thing is to put him in jeopardy which they do with mostly Fake News if they are ambitious, or just lies if free pizza is being served in another room as they write. The next day he escapes and the store begins again.
Here in Surberville we see the trolls rooting for Emperor Muller the Malignant or now his fanged Mafia General Don Putin the Sly. Most of us here of course root for Flash, but all of us, for or against, are being actively manipulated by the producers of this Serial to tune in every day.
They are clever men, but they have nothing else. They know Reality is just too slow to keep their mark's finger off his channel button.

  9. wow, I am shocked to read the vile hatred on display here of DJT by some commenters. As Sundance at the Treehouse says, there are trillions and trillions of dollars at stake. The globalists nearly won using fear of global warming by CO2 to control the world's economy and to bring down America, and DJT is opposing globalism, China, Russia, and bringing America back to life again. I admire him and pity him at the same time, because the hatred is so deep, they will pursue him after the eight years, and his family.

  12. When Trump weaponizes just about every government agency like Obama did we'll know he's well on his way to becoming the dictator the left yearns for. And frankly, I hope the hell Trump does it...it'd be nice for the left to get a little dose of their own medicine.
