Sleepy Eyed Todd shows his thin skin

Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin appeared on Chuck Todd's misnamed "Meet the Press" show. It is "Meet the Todd."

Rather than just discuss tariffs, record high stock markets, and lowest unemployment in this century, Todd talked about Todd.

Lame.

Last night, the president called Todd a "sleepy son of a bitch."

Rather than blow it of as part of the game, Todd went into a tantrum over it.

Waah. He called me a name.

Tom Brokaw tweeted about it.
Waah. He called Todd a name.

It is not as if every week this Fake News show does not gang up and bad-mouth the president.

On Saturday, he pushed back.

They cannot take it. They cannot handle what they dish out. They are the biggest sore losers in the world -- and thin of skin on top of that.

Via Breitbart, Sleepy Dwarf Todd asked Mnuchin, "Todd asked, 'So you are saying that’s acceptable behavior for the rest of the administration or is this unique to him?'"

Mnuchin told him to stop obsessing about it.

So Todd asked, "Should we stop covering the campaign rallies? Do you think it’s a mistake to cover them, it doesn’t matter what he says? If we’re to dismiss everything he says at a campaign rally as I think you are trying to imply, then are you saying we shouldn’t cover these things?"

Is Todd five?

  1. They should be happy with what Trump calls them. The rest of us wouldn't stop at name calling.

  3. Tom Brokaw: "Why are you calling that journalist a SOB?"

Donald Trump: "Why are you calling that SOB a journalist?"

  4. They're all so sure it is (or should be) all about them. Surprise! It's not. They're not elected. And they're crappy at their jobs.

    1. I watched the event via Youtube Livestream. It was great. No moralizing. No drama. Pure Trump.

  7. Secretary Mnuchin had nothing to do with President Trump's remark. If I were Secretary Mnuchin I would have asked, "Are we going to discuss the topic at hand - the reason I'm sitting here - or are you going to continue being a complete, thoroughgoing son of a bitch?" - Elric

  8. My kids are 16 and 14. I asked my son (16) what he thought about President Trump calling Chuck Todd a "sleeping SOB" and he asked "well, is he." Typical. My daughter asked who Chuck Todd was. Again, typical. So, I'm betting America's children weren't scarred by the event.

  11. It's been a spectacular 24 hours. And, he hasn't even formally started the Whack-A-Mole tour.

Trump took the passive out of their aggressive.

  12. He should be happy the insult was so mild, most of America would not have been so nice.

  13. Tim Russert would never have done anything that would have gotten him called a name by the president of the United States, but if one had called him a name, he would have simply done his show and talked about real issues without making himself the main issue.

And these idiots don't understand why we don't watch them any more.
