Democrats for fascism

Barack Obama's refusal to lead his party to a peaceful transition of power a year ago has inspired an increasingly violent "resistance" both within and without the government. The best example is Sally Yates who refused a legal order as acting attorney general. That act of insubordination should disqualify her as a lawyer. But we no longer have a rule of law in this country. Witness Hillary Clinton and Huma Abedin not being tried for their national security breaches.

Now Democratic Congressman Keith Ellison, the No. 2 man in the DNC, has embraced the Antifa fascists.

In so doing, he makes the Antifa black shirts the brownshirts of his party.

From Fox News:
In a post on Twitter, Ellison said that he found the book "Antifa: The Anti-Fascist Handbook" at a Minneapolis book shop and said it would "strike fear in the heart of @realDonaldTrump."
"Antifa," written by former Occupy Wall Street organizer and current Dartmouth visiting scholar Mark Bray, is promoted on Amazon as "a smart and gripping investigation ... of the full history of anti-fascism from its origins to the present day." The book's Amazon page includes complimentary reviews by The New Yorker, The Washington Post and the San Francisco Chronicle.
Since Trump's election as president, Antifa activists have initiated violent clashes on college campuses and at other gatherings. The group has been accused of using coordinated violence against people they deem to espouse far-right ideology.
How alarming it is that the mainstream press has become a platform for these fascists.

Since electing Barack Obama president, Democrats have seen their party decimated nationally and at the state level.

Those remaining are bitter radicals. Ellison's embrace of violence is alarming. Americans rejected Obama's Marxism.Let's hope it rejects Ellison's Muslim Marxism -- especially as he has no problem promoting an increasingly violent movement.

Please enjoy my two books about the press and how it missed the rise of Donald Trump.

The first was "Trump the Press," which covered his nomination.

The second was "Trump the Establishment," which covered his election.

  1. That's the First Amendment for you. Even the fascist "anti-fascists" get to spew their hateful speech. Is this a great country or what?

    1. 'Tis. But they are not allowed to throw punches or keep others from expressing themselves.

    2. I dunno, Don. As far as being allowed to throw punches or keep others from expressing themselves, I think it depends on whether the town/municipality administration is Democrat or not.

  2. Our side has more brass if it comes to that.

    1. History shows it will.

"Here is nought at venture, random nor untrue
Swings the wheel full-circle, brims the cup anew.

Here is naught unproven, here is nothing hid:
Step for step and word for word--so the old Kings did!

Step by step, and word by word: who is ruled may read.
Suffer not the old Kings: for we know the breed--

All the right they promise--all the wrong they bring.
Stewards of the Judgment, suffer not this King !"

  3. The more openly violent they get the better for us.

    1. Still, they need to be stood up to.

  4. "The book's Amazon page includes complimentary reviews by The New Yorker, The Washington Post and the San Francisco Chronicle." All the usual suspects. Yep!

  5. It certainly gets confusing, doesn't it? The totalitarian "anti"- fascists who call themselves Antifa are actually communists; who have always been anti-fascists because by comparison, the fascists are to the right of the communists.

However, both groups are socialist, think of themselves as being "liberal" and are actually on the far Left. Historically the Antifa were anti-Nazi, because what good Soviet Commie wants to support the German Socialist movement? Today it's awfully hard to read the scorecard, as both groups are evil, both are totalitarian, both are far Left and both are anti-American.

Now that's all understood, remember that in Australia the (more) conservative party is called the Liberal party! (They're not so conservative as to oppose gun-banning, sadly.)

I do hope you've got all that, the quiz starts soon!

    1. And you gave up your guns like good little boy scouts and the Sudanese gangs are running wild in the streets of your cities

    2. Well I didn't, the Aussies did; but I'm almost in that pickle myself, as I live outside the real USA-- in California.

Where Walmart can't sell me ammo, because they don't yet have the new license which is now required; I wonder if I'll still pass the background check, when they finally get the license (oh yes: background checks to buy ammo. What was that about "shall not be infringed" again?)

It's time to move from the once-Golden State, which is now Brown (and smells it, too.) Alas, here we're no better at resisting tyranny than in Oz. It creeps in on silent cat feet and grows to be a monster, and the choice is to go to jail, die or leave.

Somehow we don't get the option to throw out the invaders who now outvote us, and hang the officials who let them in, but I'd vote for that if I could!

    3. Commies are just international fascists; nazis are national fascists. Islam is religous fascism. All brothers under the skin.

    4. Still legal to buy ammo across state lines Citizen so grab the wife and go shopping,Arizona,Nevada and Oregon welcome your business

  6. Ellison is the perfect face of the New Democrat party.

  7. Instapundit linked at 10:09PM.

  8. Really? It looked like a fairly peaceful transition of power to me.

    1. Time to pull your head out:

  9. Just one more responsibility Barack Obama had, as President of the United States, that he failed to meet. I'm not sure if people have picked up on this, but Barack Obama had many things he should have done, as President, that he failed to do. This is just one of them. If we had a free press in this country, I'm sure they would have noticed more.

  10. Numerous Dem party hacks were transitioned from appointed political positions to permanent positions protected by civil service regulations. It's gonna be a mess.

This goes back a long way, here's former Pres Obama egging them on, saying he is "heartened" by violent protests at airports during the first phase of the Travel Ban.
"After a weekend of chaos at airports, mass protests and diplomatic outcries, criticism of Trump’s proposal even came from Barack Obama, who broke his silence for the first time since leaving office.

“(FORMER) President Obama is heartened by the level of engagement taking place in communities around the country,” Obama spokesman Kevin Lewis said.

  11. "In so doing, he makes the Antifa black shirts the brownshirts of his party."

To be fair, Antifa has served as Hillary's Black Shirts since the very beginning.

Ellison is a bit late to the party.

Oh, and it is big "F" Fascism.

The only Democrats that are not Fascists are those that are one step further Left and are Communists.

Easy way to distinguish them: Those that support Obamacare (indirect central govt control of the economy, through endless regulation) VS Those that support "Single Payer" - govt seizing the means of production.

  12. Actually Don, "black shirt" is appropriate for antifa...because Mussolini founded the fascist movement after he quit the communist party. The black shirts were his storm troopers. Hitler copied it, but used brown as the shirt colour because Mussolini had already opted black.

    1. In Nazi Germany they used black for the uniforms of the Allgemeine SS. They were the bad boys who put paid to the brown-shirted stormtroopers on the Night of Long Knives. - Elric
