Showing CNN's boobs

ESPN has a commentator named Jemele Hill who tweeted that President Trump is a white supremacist. ESPN apologized. She didn't. She is still on the air because she is a liberal. Disney owns ESPN. Disney is run by a Friend of Hillary.

And I don't care.

No one should.

Hill is a commentator, not a journalist. She is paid to give her opinion. Her opinion and five cents are worth a nickel.

But ESPN supports her racist rant because her comment is ginning up the ratings by trashing the president. Liberals love it.

CNN -- another cable outlet that sold its soul for ratings -- tried to steal some limelight and invited Clay Travis, a Fox Sports radio commentator to comment on Brooke Baldwin's CNN show.

Here was the exchange on Friday afternoon:
TRAVIS: Well, I think because ESPN is not in the business of commenting randomly on political-related issues. If you look at their history, they established about 18 months ago that they don't believe their people should be in involved in non- sports-related political controversy.
They suspended and then fired Curt Schilling for saying that he disagreed with the North Carolina transgender bathroom bill. And that had absolutely nothing to do with sports. And they said, look, you can't have this opinion, it is too conservative. We are not going to allow it. I think that's a bad move.
I'm a First Amendment absolutist. I believe in only two things completely, the First Amendment and boobs. And so once they made the decision that they were not going to allow a conservative, non-sports-related commentary...
(CROSSTALK)
BALDWIN: Wait. Did you just say you believe in the First Amendment - and -- hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. I just want to make sure I heard you correctly, as a woman anchoring this show. Did you say -- what did you just say?
TRAVIS: Yes.
Free the nipple!
BALDWIN: You believe in the First Amendment and B-O-O-B-S?
TRAVIS: Boobs, two things that have only never let me down in this entire country's history, the First Amendment and boobs. So, those are the only two things I believe in absolutely in the country.
And so I don't think Jemele Hill should be fired. But I do think, straight up, that once you make the decision that you were going to let Curt Schilling go, that you have to also make the decision that you're going to let Jemele Hill go.
I think that's a bad decision. I think ESPN has made bad decisions that have led to 13 million subscribers bailing on the network. They have made bad decisions that have led to ratings collapsing.
Jemele Hill's television show is collapsing. Ratings were down 20 percent last week over last year. I think that is why she's angry. I think that's why she went after Donald Trump. She's begging for ESPN to fire her, so she can work somewhere else.
BALDWIN: OK. OK. Keith, what are you thinking?
KEITH REED, FORMER ESPN SENIOR EDITOR: Listen, I'm astonished at almost everything I just heard. One of the things that -- and Jemele is a personal friend, not just a colleague, but a personal friend.
One of the things that Jemele has had to deal with her entire career, and many women who I'm friends with in this business and have been friends with in this business for a long time, is sexism, blatant sexism, comments about her appearance, comments about her racially, comments about her inability or perceived inability to be able to comment on sports because of her gender.
So, for somebody to come on CNN and to say something like the only thing I believe in, and the discussion about...
Hmm. Let's see. Reed worked at ESPN with Hill and said she has had to fight sexism all her career. Therefore, ESPN is sexist.

Right?

The exchange continued.
BALDWIN: I'm just -- I'm still there, too. And I just want to make sure I'm you hearing correctly. B-O-O-Z-E or B-O-O-B-S? Because, as a woman, I'm -- I'm...
TRAVIS: I said boobs. I believe completely in the First Amendment and in boobs. Those are the only two things I believe 100 percent in, in this country.
(CROSSTALK)
BALDWIN: Why are you sitting here live on CNN speaking?
He was there because CNN invited him.
BALDWIN: Why would you even say that live on national television? And with a female host, why would you even go there?
TRAVIS: I say it live on the radio all the time, because it's true, and that's what I do, because I like boobs and the First Amendment, which is exactly what I said.
REED: Listen, Brooke, I think that speaks for itself. I love the First Amendment as well. I also love women.
TRAVIS: You don't love boobs, too?
REED: As one who truly -- I'm not going to talk about that on television, because it's irrelevant to the topic. It shouldn't be brought up here.
TRAVIS: Why not?
REED: I'm a supporter of women in their careers.
I'm a supporter and a staunch supporter of women like Brooke, who I have shared the airwaves with before, and like Jemele, who is a personal friend of mine for a long time.
Apparently you cannot say boobs in front of a woman because, well, just because, because Brooke Baldwin was offended.

She ended her segment:
BALDWIN: I'm done. I'm sorry. I'm done.
REED: And to have her anatomy brought up, to have anyone's anatomy brought up in this conversation, completely.
Clay Travis knew exactly what he was doing. Oh, he was being a jerk. But he made his point. Perfectly. He said something that offended them, and they wanted to kick him off the air.

Travis did not say a word about Hill's anatomy, but Baldwin and Reed tried to shape-shift the debate as that.

Liberals are all for free speech as long as it pleases their ear. But how quickly they want to shut up anything they find offensive.

They're boobs. CNN is staffed by bobs. A few of the staffers have boobs. But they are all boobs.

Halloween for trick-or-treaters in Baldwin's neighborhood. If you want to scare her, don't say Boo.

Say Boobs.

Hat tip: Power Line.

  1. Hill was not fired because she is a liberal and a woman and a woman of color. ESPN employees would have revolted. They did not, so I am revolted.

And if Boob Baldwin wants to wear a dress like that, she is apparently flaunting boobs and like Clay Travis, likes them too.

  2. How many of you were exposed to Stan Freeedburg LP's in the 50's - early 60's?

This is what the American MSM is today. Everyone trying to outdo one another to get their TV ratings up so they can stay employed, and hopefully get more money somewhere else. They get all worked up and animated over nothing (ever listen to Mike Greenberg on ESPN's 'Mike & Mike In The Morning'? Nothing is too trite - he can do a full-hour on a 5 year-old girl playing jacks on the sidewalk).

From sports broadcasters that act like Saturday afternoon wrestling announcers promoting the next big tag team match to TV black racists getting all indignant over something someone didn't say (see Trump, D - Charlottesville) to uncertified Climate Scientists playing Chicken Little every day the whether changes to unemployed DC bureaucrats and politicians trying for either a TV analyst position and/or some sort of consulting contract.

President Trump just cares about results. Period. That is why he is the man for the times, and why each day more Americans are coming around to love the man....because all he's trying to do is to stay within the US Constitution and make their lives better by providing opportunity for those willing to work for success. A welcome and long-overdue change to 50 years of maneuverings in the pig trough that is Washington, DC.

  6. It's funny how women like to flaunt their boobs and then act offended if men take notice. Kudos to Clay Travis. He's a real, red-blooded, no PC BS American. Here's to speaking truth to boobs. (She does seem to sport a nice pair. Too bad her head isn't on as straight.) - Elric

  7. Hill wasn't fired because she's black. Standards were lowered for blacks in the '60's - at the time they were considered "culturally deprived" so we couldn't expect them to be as informed or well behaved as whites.

50 years later, it is now part of our culture to hold blacks to no standards at all.

Isn't this the left saying that blacks are the only ethnic group incapable of learning and succeeding in modern society? Why isn't the left called out for their racism?

  11. Dump ESPN. Dump CNN. Dump sports (unless you are playing). Dump cable. Dump TV. Dump it all but don't dump Trump. He is your life preserver. He is your sword and your shield. He is the only clean player in a dirty game and he is the only game in town.
