Fake "Muslim ban" is now a "refugee ban"

You don't have to ask a Democrat to know what the party's latest talking point is.

The talking point is highlighted in the headlines of our partial and unfair press.

Remember the "Muslim ban"? President Trump signed two executive orders calling for a moratorium on travel in six countries. The word Muslim did not appear in either.

But the media called it a "Muslim ban" in January, February and March.

Marxists challenged the orders in court, but the Supreme Court let the orders stand pending a hearing later this month.

The story died until this week.

Look how it is reported.

ABC in LA: "Supreme Court allows Trump administration to continue ban on most refugees."

Agence France-Presse: "US Supreme Court keeps tight refugee ban in place."

Associated Press: "Trump administration appeals to Supreme Court on refugee ban."

Bloomberg: "Justice Kennedy Temporarily Restores Trump's Refugee Ban."

NBC: "Supreme Court Keeps Refugee Travel Ban in Effect."

New York Times: "Justice Kennedy’s Order Temporarily Leaves in Place Trump Travel Ban on Refugees."

Reuters: "Hawaii urges U.S. top court not to lift Trump refugee ban curbs."

Looks like "refugee ban" scored better with the focus groups than "Muslim ban" did.

One of the countries involved is Syria.

Who would ban refugees from Syria?

Anyone concerned about America's national security, that's who.

The Islamic State has 11,000 blank Syrian passports.

Once again, President Trump has shown his critics to be wrong. They don't care. He has the truth. They have focus groups.

  1. I'm certain this will work as well as their other cunning plans.

    "I have a plan sir."
    "A cunning plan, Baldrick?"
    "Yes sir."
"As cunning as a fox appointed professor of cunning at Oxford University?"

  2. This is what Pat Cadell found in polling starting in 2014 and what held through the 2016 election:

o 80% of America citizens believe there had been far too much immigration - particularly illegal.

o Over 70% of American citizens believe the country was headed in the wrong direction.

Fast forward to last week. Two days after President Trump did not illegally sign an extension for DACA people, multiple polls showed that between 72 and 78% of those polled agreed with his actions. Not surprisingly, those polls have not been publicized. Rather we saw the usual media hysteria about how cruel and unfeeling President Trump is by going along with the laws in place.

    Postscript....

The media has been pushing President Trump tying DACA amnesty to money for The Wall. This would provide Congressional "cover" for many Congresspeople to vote for amnesty by saying it's what they had to do to get funds for The Wall (in the same way McCain provided cover for multiple RINO's that would have voted against the Obamacare skinny repeal).

Last night President Trump put word out that he will not sign any legislation tying anything to the DACA issue. Maybe it was a negotiating tactic. We'll see. But President Trump is learning the game, and is letting all the House reps and 1/3 of the Senate that are up for re-election starting in next Spring's primaries, that he will get their votes about amnesty for illegal aliens on record so that they'll have to defend them to their (primarily irate) constituents.

Not even the mainstream media can protect them.

  3. I'm all for sending the refugees we already have here back to their home countries. They are bringing nothing but trouble and expense with them. - Elric

    1. Or just ship them to Hawaii. Seems a certain feral judge anointed by an Indonesian communist is fonda them.

    2. If that judge thinks the Syrians should be admitted, he should volunteer Hawaii to take them in. I mean, it's only FAIR.

  4. The thing is, we need a Muslim ban. We will have a Muslim ban because the Muslim just can't resist murdering and destroying as it is his religious duty. The only reason there is less of that here than elsewhere (as in the latest London bombing) is that they are fewer in number. Like any gang of cowardly bullies they wait until their numbers are sufficient, then they attack without mercy.

    1. Officially declare war on terrorism making them an official enemy providing for censorship of their propaganda and recruiting in the US and banning them from the US, even as refugees. Otherwise they are protected by our constitutional rights and the rule of law.
