Sexist Trump pays women more than men

President Trump is so sexist that he pays women more than men in his White House.

Obama paid men 10% more than women.

President Trump also trimmed the number of White House staffers by 20%.

The story of equality in the White House is buried in a Bloomberg story:
Among assistants to the president, women make an average of $664 more than their male counterparts, according to the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity to provide gender pay data. For deputy assistants, the second-highest rank, men earn $4,603 more than their female counterparts. For special assistants, the third-highest rank, women earn $3,786 more, the official said.

As a CEO, Trump hires people based on ability.

Sadly, since it is government money, he has to cap salaries at $179,700 a year. 22 people make the max.

From the story:
In one of the wealthiest administrations in recent history, the top salary in Trump’s White House is $179,700, earned by senior officials including Chief of Staff Reince Priebus, chief strategist Steve Bannon and senior counsel Kellyanne Conway.
Then there is the guy who makes what a journalist makes:
Gary Cohn, the former Goldman Sachs Group Inc. president, now earns $30,000 a year as Trump’s top economic adviser, after leaving his former employer with more than $284 million available in bonuses, stock holdings and other investments. Trump’s daughter, Ivanka Trump, and his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, both senior advisers to the president, do not take a salary. Financial disclosures show the two have assets valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
That, my friends, is true government service -- unlike those grifters the Presidents Clinton and Obama put on the public payroll.

  1. The NPR article headline just stated Trump had more higher paid folks, not that he has fewer on staff or that the total of the salaries is less. Good ol' selective headline writing. I'm surprised it didn't also say minorities and women hardest hit.

    1. Especially given the number of women and blacks who lost jobs when the affirmative action white house louse went on vacation.

  2. Barry hired people based on ability..... Their ability to make him look smart. Those kind of people are hard to find and worth every cent... As in only the amount to the right of the decimal on their pay check.

  3. Damn that Trump! Messin' with the media minds (such as they are).
