Just before the inauguration, 37% of Americans felt the country was headed in the right direction.
Now, 47% do -- the highest number in at least a dozen years.
Americans really have hope because they really have change. No more being the sucker of the world.
That’s up nine points from the previous week and the highest level of optimism in over 12 years of regular surveying. After being in the mid- to upper 20s for much of 2016, the weekly finding has now been at 30% or higher every week since mid-October. This is the first time it’s been in the 40s since late 2012, but it remains to be seen whether this finding represents a new burst of optimism or is just a one-week statistical hiccup.We will Make America Great Again.
And that is a good feeling.
