Trump is like JFK, Bill Gates said

Huh?

From CNBC:
President-elect Donald Trump has an opportunity to establish "American leadership through innovation," Bill Gates told CNBC on Tuesday.
"A lot of his message has been about where he sees things not as good as he'd like," the billionaire Microsoft co-founder said on "Squawk Box."
"But in the same way President Kennedy talked about the space mission and got the country behind that," Gates continued, "I think whether it's education or stopping epidemics ... [or] in this energy space, there can be a very upbeat message that [Trump's] administration [is] going to organize things, get rid of regulatory barriers, and have American leadership through innovation."
Gates looks at President Trump as a CEO.

The press looks at President Trump as a television celebrity.

There is a reason Gates is worth billions, and the most of the people in the press are worth jack.

Well, many are the reasons. This is one.

  2. "Space, the Final Frontier." Look at all of the technological spin-offs from the space program in the 1960s. They started whole new industries and transformed (for better or worse) our living standards. Military technology eventually is turned to civilian uses as well. Prioritizing NASA and the military will create new products and industries as well as providing employment at above-minimum wages. Moonbase, anyone? - Elric

  3. Interesting that even while his enemies are trying to concoct a constitutional crisis that they said they were afraid he would cause, that many are talking about Trump as if he were already president and forming images of him in that role in their minds. Gates being one of them.

  4. When the moon base is established, I have some suggestions as to occupants.

    1. Like the penal colony of Ruta Penthe? That's a possibility. Gitmo is too close. Life sentence to the moon mines sounds good to me. - Elric

    2. I would not expect fallen arches up there. Also, the likely penalty for screwing up is death. Got to be very, very, careful with life support systems.

    4. Elric, the moon is also too close. Lets colonize Pluto for a penal colony and make Cankles and Barry the first two sent there. The second ship should be Human, Rice, Kerry, the entire California dem delegation.....

  5. The optimism Trump is generating indeed reminds me of the Kennedy era. If he is successful and the media keep him on the screens while spewing hate day and night Mr Dutcher's comment will have even greater relevance than it would under today's already abnormal circumstances. The greater he gets the higher the personal risk for him. Nothing creates anger like the success of an enemy against whom you feel powerless. As I recall recently the media was upset when he went unannounced to 21 for dinner. The excuse for their agitation was: it was their job to be present if he was assassinated. They lust for that task, believe me.

    1. If anyone tried that, the press would be shot for being witnesses. The press/media aren't smart enough to realize that.

    2. In the Trump era, those MSM SOBBs would probably police up the brass for any assassin, and hand him a far wad of used C-notes for travelling money.

In case you are following a weight loss plan and you are getting a few exercise, the need for dietary supplements isn't going to be a promoting point for you. instead the critiques will inform you about how someone used those products and had harmful aspect consequences. http://musclegainfast.com/ef13-muscle-supplement/
