Tweet of the day

John Lewis is an upscale British retailer known for its "memorable Christmas television adverts" as Wikipedia put it. Punchline is brilliant, explaining why Trump used that as his anthem.

  1. Nowhere to comment on the N8Ag post so I'll do it here. Propagandists tend to be lazy. Note how he draws significant conclusions on a paucity of evidence. And the evidence isn't even presented in such a way as to allow the reader to come to the conclusion himself. He doesn't trust even his one-sided information to drive the point home. He has to say it outright from the beginning and continue to drive his point home repeatedly. Some "scientist".

    1. Sorry about not flipping comments on. I shall. Today's college graduates confuse arithmetic for science. Put a number up and it is science. The more numbers to the right of the decimal, the more scientific.

  2. I just love being told by some ignorant leftie that "You don't *believe* in science, do you?"

That's usually after I tell them Glowball Warmening is a scam. They are True Believers, though! Evidence, reason, and facts are not required or desired. They have such complete and unquestioning faith that, as a Christian, I can only envy.

  3. I don't "believe" in science. I demand science prove itself on every point.
