Press knew six months ago Hillary was sick

Hillary's health problems and hatred of Barack Obama was an open secret in Washington, according to purloined emails revealed today.

A wealthy private equity investor told former Secretary of State Colin Powell that Hillary Clinton 'HATES' President Obama in newly leaked emails between the two men that were leaked by D.C. Leaks and obtained by The Intercept.
Jeffrey Leeds wrote to Powell in one email which was posted on Twitter by Lee Fang that all Clinton wants is to win the upcoming election, and that she might not win in the end.
He then went on to say: 'It's the one prize she wants. She has everything else. And she HATES the President ('that man' as the Clintons call him) kicked her a** in 2008. She can't believe it or accept it.'
In another March 2015 email exchange between the two the men talk about Clinton's health, with Leeds stating that Rhode Island Senator Sheldon Whitehouse informed him that 'she could barely climb the podium steps' when the two gave a speech at the same event a few months prior.
DailyMail.com has reached out to both Leeds and Whitehouse for comment.
That man?

The press knew this at least six months ago. From the Daily Mail:
Leeds also wrote to Powell about other problems he believed Clinton would be facing in the upcoming election.
'No one likes her and the criminal thing ain't over,' wrote Leeds.
'I don't think the president would weep if she found herself in real legal trouble. She'll pummel his legacy if she gets a chance and he knows it.'
That message was sent with a forwarded email from Politico declaring that Bernie Sanders had won Maine in the primary election.
Interesting that Powell is bestest buddies with Democrats.

Oh and Condoleezza Rice called the hearings on Benghazi "a witch hunt."

These are your conservative icons according to Washington wisdom.

  1. The press and the ruling class are on the same team. So much for speaking truth to power.

  2. "She'll pummel his legacy if she gets a chance and he knows it."

Which is why I thought he'd make sure she'd be indicted. So what changed the political calculus that he let her off so easy? Was it that Biden told him he would not run under ANY circumstance? Even Obama is smart enough to know that Bernie could not win as the party's nominee. What other options did the Dems have back then, or even now?

  3. As she once said, "Clintons have long memories".

  4. Back in the day, back in the early 1980's, I called myself a conservative and identified as a Republican. I was an American Traditional Patriotic Nationalist, and for that identity "conservative Republican" was the only political bet.

I remain an American Traditional Patriotic Nationalist, and I note that I have not left the conservatives or the Republicans; instead they left me.

  6. Powell doesn't surprise me. He's been stabbing Republicans in the back for quite some time. He allowed Scooter Libby to be hung out to dry since it was his assistant who had outed Valerie Plame, not Libby or his boss. He was an affirmative action military dude. Republicans made him Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and SecState and we saw just how much gratitude he had for that and in the end, skin color was more important since he voted for Obungler twice. It apparently does not bother him what Prez Hussein has done to the Army. Condi Rice surprises me, but she is one of many SecStates who changed when taking over the State Department. There must be something in the water in DC.

  7. I think Trump's approach to the Presidency will be in some ways similar to that of a firefighter or an ER doc.

As in, you can't save everyone and everything, but you sure as **** go out and TRY.

  8. Condoleeza Rice "impresses" me a lightweight RINO weather vane. Maybe she can play the piano, BFD. I never bought this fiction that she "speaks Russian." She may know some words, I got $100 says she ain't fluent. She's a conservative like the bushes. I think she sucks.

    1. Just like all the other Foggy Bottom-feeders, "Condi" does NOT want to be excommunicated from the brie'n'Chablis crowd, so she'll go along to get along.
