The fix is in, as Clinton skates again

So much for thinking anyone in Washington, DC, has any sense of honor, justice, or care for the protection of this country.

FBI Director James Comey disgraced himself by refusing to recommend the indictment of Hillary Rodham Clinton, who is a career criminal who was protected by the upper crust in Arkansas, as was her rapist husband, as well as in Washington, as was her perjuring husband.

Donald Trump is the only hope for the nation. Hold your nose with both hands to vote for him if you must, but if you are a member of Never Trump after this, I pity you. I do not care if he buggered your dog, the nation matters more than you do. It's Trump or continuing as a banana republic.

  1. Comey let Lynch off the hook. Now she can "accept" his recommendation and look forward to being AG in the Shrillary Administration.

  5. Hillary wasn't exonerated at trial so I suppose during a Trump Administration with an AG appointed by him, it's possible she could be charged, tried and convicted in the future. It may be the best reason I have for voting for Trump.

  6. Comey could not find intent (a necessity to convict in a this case), only careless incompetence,(ie she should be fired). Obama has repeatedly exhibited both, yet his poll numbers are higher than ever. Comey said to the country, just as Justice Roberts did, if you want to fix a political problem , do it yourself. Trump is the only way out now to the clear field of competence and good intentions. I hope the country has the moral strength to choose a path to his door. If Putin has a juicy email or two he could help.

    1. The laws she violated do NOT require intent to convict. Incompetence is sufficient grounds for indictment and conviction, as actual past cases of application of the law clearly demonstrate.

It's one law for us, another law for her.

    2. PS: Did Hillary "intend" to violate the law regarding the handling of classified documents? Probably not. Did Hillary intend (!) to hide her work emails from FOIA requests and thereby to violate the 1950s law regarding the preservation of government documents? Absolutely.

    3. Comey said what he did, not me. A common saying in NY is any prosecutor who wished could get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich. Making an indictment stick with a successful prosecution is what good prosecutors want.
Comey was saying this would not happen and given the selfish individual nature of our citizenry now I don't disagree. He would probably have said something else if he had found some foreign power had used info from her to kill someone or steal nuke secrets. But he didn't, possibly because even though it happened whoever may have done so, or we ourselves, will not reveal that they did. I believe Comey when he said his inquiry was apolitical but I also believe someone in the FBI told Obama and Lynch about his findings long ago and that he had no objection. Americans know Hillary for what she is but then again they are what they are. Neither will change in the near future so one has to hope Jefferson was right.

  8. I have no doubt Pissy told Comey (and you know this is his decision) there would be no presentment.

He made his Administration a copy of what Chicago has been for better than 80 years. Any losers that want to whine about how the Republic is dead better understand it died sometime during the first Gilded Age.

  14. Let me get this straight:

Richard Nixon was "Not Above The LAW" on some piddling little breakin, but Hillary lays State Secrets bare to all of our enemies and she IS "Above The LAW" because she didn't have INTENT?

(Setting up an illegal communications system shows plenty of intent)

Try that next time you get pulled over by a cop:"Oh, sorry officer, I didn't MEAN to run that redlight."

    See where it gets you.

  16. The result is that Hillary will NEVER be prosecuted for what she has done. If she wins the presidential election come November, it's over; there's no one with the authority to prosecute her. And if she loses the election, Obama gives her a presidential pardon so his successor cannot prosecute her. Comey has done his best Obi-Wan act: "These are not the criminals you were looking for."
