Trumping Hillary

Donald Trump just used the teleprompter to devastate Hillary Clinton, calling her and her husband out as the crooks and liars they are, for selling out America.
Hillary Clinton has perfected the politics of personal profit and theft.
So much for the nonsense that he is not major league candidate. He looked like a Hall of Famer.

Trump calmly laid out the case against Hillary and her husband rationally in a speech that was delayed a week by the Muslim's terrorist attack in Orlando. From Trump:
Hillary Clinton has perfected the politics of personal profit and theft.
She ran the State Department like her own personal hedge fund – doing favors for oppressive regimes, and many others, in exchange for cash.
Then, when she left, she made $21.6 million giving speeches to Wall Street banks and other special interests – in less than 2 years – secret speeches that she does not want to reveal to the public.
Together, she and Bill made $153 million giving speeches to lobbyists, CEOs, and foreign governments in the years since 2001.
They totally own her, and that will never change.
The choice in this election is a choice between taking our government back from the special interests, or surrendering our last scrap of independence to their total and complete control.
Those are the stakes.
I cannot imagine anyone else with the brass to tell it like it is. There is no turning back:
Her campaign slogan is “I’m with her.”
You know what my response to that is? I’m with you: the American people.
She thinks it’s all about her.
I know it’s all about you – I know it’s all about making America Great Again for All Americans.
Our country lost its way when we stopped putting the American people first.
We got here because we switched from a policy of Americanism – focusing on what’s good for America’s middle class – to a policy of globalism, focusing on how to make money for large corporations who can move their wealth and workers to foreign countries all to the detriment of the American worker and the American economy.
We reward companies for offshoring, and we punish companies for doing business in America and keeping our workers employed.
This is not a rising tide that lifts all boats.
I love it when a Republican quotes JFK.

And what a succinct summation of what this election boils down to. She's for her, he's for us.

That makes sense. He does not need the presidency to validate his life. She does. He has everything he could want. Fame. Fortune. A gorgeous and loving wife. The presidency offers him nothing along those lines. His would be a true public service.

And there is this:
In 2009, before Hillary Clinton was sworn in, it was a different world. Libya was cooperating. Iraq was seeing a reduction in violence. Syria was under control. Iran was being choked by sanctions.
Egypt was governed by a friendly regime that honored its peace treaty with Israel.
ISIS wasn’t even on the map.
Fast forward to 2013: In just four years, Secretary Clinton managed to almost single-handedly destabilize the entire Middle East. Her invasion of Libya handed the country over to the ISIS barbarians.
Thanks to Hillary Clinton, Iran is now the dominant Islamic power in the Middle East, and on the road to nuclear weapons.
Just devastating.

Bravo, Trump. Bravo.

  1. So Trump needs a teleprompter to sound presidential - just like Obama. Interesting.

    1. We've also seen Trump speak off the cuff and actually be able to use complete sentences, unlike Obama who stammers and stutters if he has to think on his feet.

    2. Riiight...great analysis, sparky. I guess it doesn't matter that he beat sixteen other primary opponents using 3x5 note cards. You know, it's morons like you that have gotten this country into the deep steaming pile of shite it's currently in. Go cash your welfare check, you pathetic loser.

    4. I see Soros' standards of 'employee' excellence remain, shall we say, amusing.

  2. It's got nothing to do with the teleprompter -- it's Trump's message and vision for America, his experience and success, and hillary's lifetime of corruption, incompetence, and lying.

    1. I think the teleprompter has a lot to do with it. Reading this message off the teleprompter is his way of telling everybody, "These words coming out of my mouth are the words that I *mean* to say."

There can be no speculation that this is some random, "intemperate" train-of-consciousness he spouted off the top of his head.

He went to the trouble of having it written down before he delivered it. Using this unvarnished language to call these crooked bums what they are is more than enough to secure my vote for Trump.

  4. 1. Diamond and Silk will now be "white" blacks to the Dems and the media.

    2. "The choice in this election is a choice between taking our government back from the special interests, or surrendering our last scrap of independence to their total and complete control." Nailed it.

    3. "We reward companies for offshoring, and we punish companies for doing business in America and keeping our workers employed." Exactamente!

    4. "A gorgeous and loving wife." Third in a row.

  5. Trump's takedown of crooked hillary today was epic. I never have seen anyone holding political office speak so directly and sharply in calling out a lying, useless corruptocrat. If not for Mr Trump, we'd have Jeb out there as the sacrificial dope in the hillary coronation. I think reading it from the teleprompter really helped. It all was deliberate and direct and smashed the old bag in the face, hard, like she never has gotten it before. Oh does the DNC have their underwear in a wad about now.

  6. Trump was never at the top of my list until he was the last one standing. But I always knew the risk of the 16 dwarves was that they would soft pedal an opponent running for office already having committed "High crimes and misdemeanors" sufficient for impeachment many times over. If nothing else, Hillary will stand trial in the Court of Public Opinion with Trump as High Inquisitor.

  7. And that's why Trump will destroy Clinton in the presidential debates which are predicted to destroy all previous viewership records.
