Will President Trump actually live in the White House?

Candidate Trump flies home most nights to sleep in his own bed. It's a pretty nice bed. My question is, why would he give it up for the White House? Look at it.

And the entrance to his building.

And his breakfast nook.

The White House seems pretty shabby by comparison.

So maybe he will commute.

I don't know.

I do know he will not put his feet on the Resolute Desk.

  1. Actually, he was asked that very question a while back, and he said they'll live in the White House.

  2. It'll definitely be a step down, but as for me...long as I have my SelectComfort and MyPillow, I'm good to go. Besides, I've heard the guy only sleeps about 5 hours a night anyways. ANOTHER important qualification to be POTUS...

  3. I hope he has the place fumigated.

The Choom Gang does not strike me as a group that cleans up after itself.

  4. I imagine Mrs Trump will redecorate it beautifully. Even our own homes usually need fresh paint after 8 years or so. Ivanka Trump will bring elegance and style to these historic rooms.

    1. The name of Trump's wife is Melania. Ivanka is Trump's married daughter. There's no reason why Ivanka and her family would live in the White House.

    2. Yes, Melania, of course! A bit of brain mis-filing on my part. Thank you for the correction!

  5. Between The Donald and Mrs. Trump the White House will become the most beautiful, elegant, classy home in the U.S., if not the Western Hemisphere or the whole world. - Elric

  6. Maybe the Trumps can replace the official White House furnishings Hillary claimed as hers (i.e., stole) when she and Bill vacated the premises back in ought-1.

  7. Usually when we speak of rich folks moving in to government housing we are referring to the Ken Lays and Bernie Madoff's of the world.

  10. Of course the media who were silent when wjc, hrc and biden charged the secret service rent they will attack Trump relentlessly.

There finished. I seemed to get caught endlessly in identifying river pictures and street numbers and couldn't finish earlier.
