Olson Johnson reviews Democratic debate

Democrats held a debate last night. Guest poster Olson Johnson from the movie "Blazing Saddles" reviewed the performance of Bernie Sanders:
Now who can argue with that? I think we're all indebted to Bernie "Gabby" Sanders for clearly stating what needed to be said. I'm particularly glad that these lovely children were here today to hear that speech. Not only was it authentic economic gibberish, it expressed a confusion little seen in this day and age.

  1. Dr. Carson's spent his adult life in Maryland, which last elected a mainline Republican to the Senate in 1970. It has been more amenable to mainline Republicans statewide in the last 15 years than it ever was previously. Still, a very uncertain bit of business. Electoral politics is ordure. He ought to just enjoy his retirement. He's earned it.

  2. Mr. Johnson's comment was Exceedingly FINE.

  3. Now we just need to know what the Blazing Saddles school marm thinks about Bernie.

    "Leading what, Miss?"

  4. Well, the '08 campaign was often described as the Blazing Saddles candidacy (Well, to tell a family secret, my grandmother was Dutch).

    Thanks, you made my day.
