Europe needs our Second Amendment

Move over, Barack Obama. You no longer are the king. German Chancellor Angela Merkel is the new Gun Saleswoman Of The Year -- because Europeans are arming themselves after her failure to protect German women from hordes of Muslim invaders raping them because they are white.

Instead, European officials are now going after protesters of this ugly New Year's Eve violence.

But the people of Europe are not falling again for dismissing as "neo-Nazis" those who do not want to be raped by marauding Muslim gangs.

Europeans are taking up arms.

From the Local: "The number of weapons permits issued in Vienna and Styria for pistols and revolvers has multiplied in recent months, a trend which is seen to have taken off after the terror attacks in Paris and in the wake of the increasing number of migrants and refugees entering Austria."

And the government is feeding them lies. From the same article: "However, criminal sociologist Reinhard Kreissl says that Vienna is still generally a very safe city with a low crime rate, and warns that statistics from the USA show that as more people buy weapons for self-defense, the number of armed robberies and attacks increase."

The opposite occurs. But governments lie all the time -- everywhere.

Childhood has ended for Europe. Big Daddy Uncle Sam, who shielded Europe for 70 years after World War II, has become old and weak. The election and re-election of Barack Obama is a sign of a national delirium that holds that if we wish real hard, our enemies will become our friends.

Europeans are arming themselves. The smart ones. And the really smart ones are not bothering with permits or registration.

If I were a member of the European Union, I would introduce the following legislation: "A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

You said a mouth full there, Don.

It's worth noting as well that Europe needs a First Amendment almost as badly as a Second.

  3. Europe, in fact the entire world has our Second Amendment, it is a god given right to all man. It is evil governments that have stripped it's people of this most fundamental right.

  4. The situation in Europe offers stark proof that a population which is dependent on it's government to protect it is at the mercy of evil doers.

  5. There is no way to guarantee that American style gun laws would change the outcome in Europe. But without them you can guarantee that the outcome can NEVER be different.

  6. I doubt that such legislation would have much effect. As one pro-gun control fellow told me this week: "confiscation isn't infringement."
